Complimentary breakfast, which we were charged $14.00 for was terrible, very limited choice . We were given a different menu when we told them we had a voucher.
Parking was terrible. Could not park any where near our room.

Room was Clean. Many accommodations. Great complimentary sit-down Breakfast, or off a different menu we could have taken back to room if we wanted. Very accommodating staff. Room very spacious. Very accommodating1
My wife and I used the bed next to the sliding door looking into the parking lot and mattress is worn out! Which my wife and I sunk to the middle of the bed. Interrupted sleep.Update 2/17/21. Troy, took responsibility for our stay and gave my wife and I concessions for our stay. Very impressed!

to be quite honest the room was beautiful. comparable to a Hilton for sure. the large bath and comfortable bed were great.
several odd vehicles circled the place many times driving erratically so nothing that was related to the hotel.

To many problems - first, when you book a handicap room you shouldn't have to negotiate a set of stairs to get there. next the room was cold and drafty (the window did not close properly) The heater was poorly placed in the corner behind a side table and turned on and off constantly. The bathroom was too cold to take a shower. The floors were like ice and there was no heat source. The TV remote did not work properly and first we couldn't get it on then it wouldn't shut off. I had to unplug the cable to get it off.

Breakfasts were great. Very accommodating to my families raised concerns with Covid
Didn’t get told rooms cleaned every three days. Left dinner plates and leftovers from ordering room service in the room for day thinking it’d be removed. It wasn’t and room smelled from old steak. Front desk girl rudely told me it was in the paperwork I signed and I should have read. Otherwise staff and stay was great

The staff
For the price of the room I was very disappointed

The main building was kept up and checking went quickly.
We were in building 3 and the hallways, stairs and common areas were filthy. The carpet was extremely dirty and there was a smell in the hallway that triggered a gag reflex. Just sickening. We checked out after one day of our 4 day reservation and went to another hotel. The room it’s self while dated was clean except when you opened the door and the hallway smell crept in.

No housekeeping. Trash not removed, bed not made. Too expensive.

It was close to shopping and restaurants
Night stands were not properly cleaned, brown blanket on bed had something nasty on it that was white and I can't believe it wasn't cleaned. Toilet was not properly cleaned had urine on it and that is bad on housekeeping since they should of seen it. After inspection of the bed and sheets they were neat and clean. I wish they would of served other breakfast items like pastries, waffles, bagels w/cream cheese spread. They did have fruit like bananas, oranges along with yogurt and granola. As for a hardy breakfast they had scrambled eggs, potatoes at sausage links "every morning". If you wanted to order from the restaurant the prices were pricey. room needs to be modernized with USB ports on the lamps on night stands.

They charge a $75 hold on card for “incidentals”. Takes 3-4 days after checkout for refund to appear.
