Room was gross pee on floor and toilet pubic hair on toilet seat/floor bathroom was disgusting.

If I could go on more into detail about how gross the room was, it had never been wiped down in the corners of the bathroom, The toilet paper holder was falling out of the wall with mold and stain on it pubic hair in the drain so after seeing all that, then going to lay down in the bed and think about what you’re sleeping and all night was not cool my wife is a cancer patient and has a very weak immune system so this is very bad for us. Not that that is something we usually have to think about too much or that we’re too overly zealous about! But when it’s that bad, it is something we have to be concerned about the staff was friendly. The lobby was clean, but entering the building where our room was was gross dirty dingy. I have pictures of everything on my wife’s phone if you’re interested let me know

Comfy bed

Staff were very nice. Able to make a last minute booking so that was great.

Not very clean. The bed had black hairs all over the top blanket. Had to be removed.

The room was comfortable and clean.

Access to the room was easy, The bed was really comfortable to sleep on and the room was clean.

The tv was having issues and would not turn on and the remote did not work. Called the front desk, who responded quickly, and was advised that the plug that connects to the tv comes unplugged and will not stay attached. Was also advised that the remote was an old remote and all that we could do with it was change the channel. If we wanted to adjust the volume or actually turn the tv on/off we had to do that manually on the tv itself. The breakfast options were a little underwhelming. Cold biscuits with gravy, bagels and muffins. Also did not see coffee available.

Dirty, rude manager, smelled.

Rude manager. Dirty hotel, yellow sheets not white - they wake you up even thou the do not disturb sign is on door if you don’t answer they call you for a “do you have a luggage rack”. Poor PR skills from manger the front desk and cleaning crew where nice

It was terrible and we didn’t even end up staying. We paid for another room at a different hotel.

Absolutely nothing.

Booking.com advertised an indoor pool which was not even on the property. Also, there was supposed to be a hot tub to which the door to was painted shut. Also, our room was not clean whatsoever.

I would stay here with my family again.

Our room was clean and comfortable. The staff was nice. The location was good and close to shopping and restaurants. The free breakfast is always a bonus.

We booked this hotel mainly for the location but also for the outdoor pool and hot tub listed in the amenities. Please be aware there is no pool or hot tub at this location. Also, there is no elevator so book on the first floor if stairs are a problem for anyone in your group.

Maybe next time will be a different experience

I did not appreciate that they cancelled my reservation and then told me that booking cancelled my reservation. I confirmed with booking dot com that my reservation was still showing active and it was not cancelled. They have not called me back or answer whenever I call.

The dishonesty; also I was not called before my reservation was cancelled.

Wouldn’t recommend, actually told everyone NOT to stay there.

It was close to the soccer fields we were traveling to. The actual size of the room was spacious.

Our room stunk really bad. The carpet was old and gross. The area did not feel safe. Our window opened up to a fast food drive through. Furniture was old. Breakfast was poor. Bed tipped if you sat on one side. Base of the bed wasn’t fully attached. Walls in bathroom were shabby and baseboard around bathtub was loose. Sound was very transparent from occupants above us that paced for hours late at night.

The room was spacious and accommodating with plenty of amenities. With authentic Mexican food right next door that's open until 2am you can't lose.

Gross,nasty,unpleasant

They said hot breakfast but only if you put your plain bagel in the toaster then it was hot

There was mold in our refrigerator,no hand soap in the dispenser, no coffee but had a coffee pot, the sheets had not been changed after the last person slept there I called the front desk he told me to come get new sheets instead of bringing them to me and remaking the bad the bed covers were just thin sheets next time we will stay ANYWHERE ELSE

Staff was very helpful and immediately addressed what was in their control. Rooms were spacious

The rooms were dated which wasnt the issue. 2 of the lights were out, no shampoo/conditioner, no soap. The showere head sprayed water all over the place. Previous tenant ('s)food was still in the fridge. Sheets were stained.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE

I booked two nights, checked out before 11:00 AM on the first day and was told I would only be charged for the one night but instead was charged the full two day booking. I have reached out to the hotel staff on five separate occasions with the promise of a callback from a manager but haven't received a single callback. It's been 4+ weeks since my booking and have yet to receive reimbursement, or even a callback from staff. I even reached out to Booking.com customer support and they couldn't resolve the issue either. I feel like I've been given the runaround and hotel staff, even Ramada and Booking.com customer support do not seem at all interested in helping me resolve the issue and returning my money.
