After long day of activities coming to our room to relax you find that you have, no view, no wifi, no tv. Dining is VERY limited. Either tacos or nachos. The restaurant takes no same day reservations. Walk-ins are welcome but you have to wait at least an hour. I would pay bit extra to stay by Old Faithful. Or at the West Entrance for sure.

We were very disappointed no TV. But we survived as we learnt no hotels inside the had TV

The shower was the only problem. I'm not a big man, but I bumped my elbows and head several times. The shower was so small, I literally had to push the shower curtain out when bending over to wash my lower body etc... causing the floor and bath mat to get soaked in front of the shower.

Pretty bare bones hotel. No wifi or TV. The park was closing down for the season so not too many amenities open nearby. Check in was great but in my experience ALL park employees were great.

Great place overall. Beautiful view of the lake. Disappointed that we did not get any housekeeping services during our 3 nights stay. FYI, no WiFi in the room just in the registration building.

The room looked much better online than in person so we opted to leave after 1 night. The room was cramped & dark; no lobby; loud; no where to sit and enjoy the outside. and tired. But the staff members in the main building and nearby dining hall were wonderful!

The ladies at reception area were soooo friendly and nice I believe Melissa was her name. Very welcoming

Wifi, TV, or microwave. Rooms small and beds small.

I usually pick hotels that have TVs and microwave in the rooms and these rooms did not have those the rooms were smaller than a normal hotel room and I have a handicap relative and I had requested a ground floor unit or a unit that has a floor that has an elevator and they give us the second floor with no elevator so we had to use the stairs With our luggage and everything. I understand. It’s a skiing lodge more than anything and I can understand why there’s not much there the restaurant that’s on site I called and they said I didn’t need a reservation and when I showed up there 10 minutes later, they said there’s a big group coming in and we have to wait so that was disappointing and also the menu was very limited and very expensive. They did have a breakfast buffet in the morning, which was priced fair and was good.

The hotel's only redeeming feature is its location in Grant Village, in the center of Yellowstone National Park. There's no wifi, the room was dirty, we didn't have a cup of coffee (but 8 glasses!), the shower is tiny and the water doesn't stay hot. When we arrived, the fridge was unplugged, and there was a cream cheese lying around in it... plus, they leave a doggie for sale ($20)... just to put pressure on the poor parents whose child sees the doggie... the adjacent restaurant is really bad too, and bad service... if only the price had been a bargain, but no: it's overpriced for the quality.

Just be aware that you will not find parking in the evening at your lodge. Take a look on Google maps at the parking lot. Half is taken up by bus lanes and stripped lines and then a lot of handicapped parking. I know we need some but half the parking lot was unusable. I called just to make em aware of the situation and the lady had clearly heard it before and told me to park down the street at another lodge. Why not assign at least 1 parking spot to each room? The room was as expected. Pretty bad. The restaurants were above average. The only wifi is in the main office and there were 30 people trying to use it so we couldn't get messages out. Creaky floors.

You’re paying here for the privilege and convenience of staying within the park. That being said I was fine with no TV and no WiFi or internet access. The only thing I’d say is to do some research ahead of time for your plans given the only internet access is in the registration building a short drive away.

Way, way overpriced. No way worth the cost. Captive audience pricing. Holiday Inn is much better.

Drains were very smelly. Old but ok. Coffee machine didn’t work. Restaurant closed an hour early.
Lake was amazingly beautiful. Scenery was also amazing. Very over priced.

The hotel was clean, but lack of amenities around the hotel due to end of season. No internet. Phone signal is weak inside the park, so having the internet at hotel would have been nice. Looks like they turned it off already even though they are still booking rooms
2.5
No internet and no TV but don’t need them when you truly want to enjoy the nature. Good location and perfect stay to cover entire park ank make exit to grand Teton

No wifi, no network! Otherwise excellent hotel! Don't forget to make reservations for dining.

If you have a no vacancy lodge, with everything around closed, I would recommend others stay open another week.

Room was poorly lit. Clean room. Toilet would have to be adjusted to stop running. Shower produced unexpected bursts of cold water! Very few convenient electric outlets. No internet service. Weak internet service at registration center.
Restaurant options were poor quality. Service staff tried but were unable able to overcome poor food quality and mediocre facilities at a high price!

The lady who checked me in was amazing and deserves a raise! The room overall was "cozy" and the location was very nice, we had a mama & baby elk outside our room.

Great location. Nice facilities. Property in good condition. Restaurant was excellent. Staff very friendly and professional.

Beautiful hotel. Very clean property.

Nice place thanks

The rooms were small but clean. We chose this property because some lodging inside the park doesn’t always have your own bathroom. At Grant Village we had a private bathroom and we were very excited about that.
4.0
Well positioned for access to both Eest Thumb Basin, Hayden Valley, Lake Country and Grand Canyon of Yellowstone

Clean but rustic. It’s in the park so convenience is the game.

I thought the dining was very limited. Could not get in the main restaurant and later heard from others that they weren’t pleased with their food. Stayed in Bear Lodge. Disappointed with what they called a guest lounge. Very plain kitchen type tables, one sofa, poor reading lighting, no sense of decor.
5.0
Nice place to stay with a restaurant within walking distance.

There were not many dining options. I tried reserving 3 weeks prior to our stay and only later than 9pm was possible. It’s best to walk in either at 5 pm if you’re lucky no tourist busses reserved most tables or around 7pm when the first people dining have left. The rooms are small, but manageable. There was no tissue-box in the bathroom. There was also a coffee machine but it was not plugged in, so it was inconvenient to use. Overal the stay was okay.

Beautiful Naturals environment!

Room is clean and property is located about 19 miles from Old Faithful. Main problem is no internet service, no tv, and very limited cell service. Plan on bringing dvd’s or download movies etc..

The property is conveniently located at the Yellowstone Lake on the way from Yellowstone to Grand Teton. The surrounding area is beautiful. Building and room pretty old and unimpressive and very basic; no internet, no TV.
The restaurant and service average as well.

Nice place. Nice room. Comfortable. Clean. Many activities offered including talks... No wifi, but okay for our sightseeing trip, peaceful

Poorly lit, lack of parking spots, confusing when entering at night.

The room was not as close to the lake as the pictures show.

Wayyyy overpriced for what you get. Yes its in yellowstone, however, there is no a/c in the rooms, no tv, in the rooms, no cellular service or wifi available in the rooms. Would NOT reccomend. Food at both restaraunts way overpriced and for one you need reservations to get a table. Should be advertised there is no tv, ac, or cellular service

No Wifi in room or TV but it is in Yellowstone National Park so enjoy nature!

Very small bathroom, no internet, broken pump of the body lotion bottle, room floor not very clean .

The room was clean and comfortable. The only WiFi is in the lobby. Great location for the south part of the park. The taco and nacho bar was excellent. Ample parking. When we checked in, there was an issue with the room card machine. It took the staff about 15 minutes to get it up and running again, but they were awesome! It’s one thing to be friendly and courteous when everything is going right, but to maintain that Composure stress says a lot about the staff

Old buildings and no elevator was a bit tough but overall was a great experience.
