The ability to have a small kitchen makes traveling easy for easy meal prep without going out to eat. Clean, friendly, comfortable rooms, and reasonable pet fees.

It was my first time using My Place and it was so much better than I thought. Stephen who was the receptionist did his job very well and was very welcoming!

The staff at the front desk was not present on check in. Four people were smoking at the front door when we arrived. It was a bit noisy all night with guests next to our room. It really was not a restful experience and we would not likely stay here again. Small sugar ants were present in the room near the refrigerator. Not at all like we expected and made our trip across the country a bit unsettling. Not what we expected at all and probably the worst stay at a hotel all week.

We were pleasantly surprised and the size and quality of our room. Nice sized refrigerator and good sized kitchen area. Wish they had a sofa bed, That would have been nice. The staff were friendly, efficient and helpful.

This hotel staff is the nicest, friendliest, helpful staff I’ve encountered in 50 plus years of extensive travel throughout the US. We all are thankful for their help with the medical situation which we encountered on our trip. Give that staff a BONUS!

This is a no frills type hotel. Not that old so in good condition overall. I’ve stayed at it quite a few times. Staff has always been pleasant. A small area next to check that has some food items and sundries. Traffic can sometimes be a bit noisy early in AM due to its proximity to freeway. Rooms have always been clean. My only real complaint is bath towels are small and I am not a big guy. No exercise room.

The entire facility was very clean. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable. While the rooms have kitchenettes they do not come with any dishes, cutlery or cookware so prepare accordingly if you plan to cook. We weren’t cooking so it didn’t matter but the lobby store had every necessary to prepare meals for purchase at what looked like reasonable prices. We had our dogs with us for our two night stay and the facility worked very well for them. A couple places in front and the side of the hotel had grass with a poo bag dispenser. Very easy for us with the dogs. Will definitely stay at a MyPlace hotel should the opportunity arise.

Our stay was just fine with the exception of My Place Hotels complete disregard for common sense. I made the error of booking one day past our intended stay. They refused to change the date 30 minutes after it was made. We stayed at the hotel on the intended night and they charged us for both nights. After 1 hour trying to get someone to assist we gave up. 3 subsequent calls were made and promises to return our calls with help never happened. A complete lack of follow up. We then stayed at a My Place Hotel in another city and had a good experience the following night. Too bad that corporate management cares so little to assist on a simple error. I travel 120 days per year and this experience with My Place has soured me on ever staying with them again.

We have stayed at this hotel several times when returning from visiting family in Oregon. It is quiet and spacious, and the staff is very friendly. Dining options are nearby.

The staff was amazingly friendly, quick, and competent. The building was beautiful and clean. The rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable. We could not have asked for a better night stay at a better hotel than this one. I would stay here again in a heartbeat and would suggest any of my friends and family stay here when passing through.

We have stayed here many times and have found it very convenient. There is a nice on-site restaurant, the rooms are nice, and it is always quiet.

We've stayed at MyPlace's long ago and remember them having better facilities. The kitchenette had nothing in it except a toaster and there was no gym. For such a bare bones stay,the cost was as high as better equipped motels.

If you want to wait a hour to check in a be lied to and blamed for using Expedia this is the locations to go. The staff just rambles like high school children and blames you instead of providing good customer service. Any time I stay outside of a city their is like a 50/50 chance the moronic staff will mess something up. Brain drain is real.
