Disappointing

The AC did not work and the room was hot and stuffy. The pool was not heated, as advertised.

Passable

The biggest thing is they were price gouging because there was a storm in the area people were broke down I called the front counter and the rooms were $200 a night but if you go on Booking.com they were $119 I think that’s kind of ridiculous

in my travels I was suddenly found with road closures and in the path of a blizzard, I would have appreciated Best Weste

Not so much the physical property, but the circumstances while at this location. I found myself in the midst of a blizzard and needed someplace to stay. Instead of offering me the usual Dailey rate (it was not a weekend) of $80, I was told the rate had increased to $149. I absolutely love Best Western and their standard for Quality, but I was sorely disappointed in this case.

Getting our money back.

Front desk help was nice. Manager was a grump. Booking said pets were allowed. I notified the hotel that we would be traveling with our dog. Upon arrival we were informed no pets, no exceptions. They blamed booking.com.

Location was great Bed was comfortable. The breakfast was nice.

It is a non-smoking facility although is hasn’t always been. The lobby and room smelled of old cigarettes.

It was a pleasant stay.

Friendly staff

No restaurant was open , no complimentary breakfast or able to dine in. No fan in bathroom in the room.

Has potential and heard good things about this place, but we will not be back.

Beds were comfortable. Hotel is cute. Very clean.

Rooms 123 and 124 had very poor air conditioning. It took 10 hours to get the room from 75 degrees to 69. Unfortunately we checked in at 11:30pm and left at 10am so we were all very hot! Key card reader didnt work on room 123 and front desk employee was not helpful. Breakfast was basically sausage and cereal. Breakfast employees were rude.

would never recommend this motel!

the staff was friendly

The rooms are very dated, smell of old smoke and the bathroom was not clean! There were whiskers all over the sink and the bathroom tile grout was NOT clean! One towel had an obvious stain, wasn’t sure it was clean! The sheets don’t fit the bed so it didn’t seem crisp and welcoming. The carpet and drapes are old and a gross decorative pillow was laid against the bed pillows. Breakfast was terrible, no fresh fruit, bagged pastries, that tasted like cardboard and a small pan of sausage!
