Low quality. Elevator wasn't working. Restaurant/bar that's advertised with the hotel is not in business anymore. Tub had water rings.

Was probably a very nice hotel back in its day. It needs a lot of updating. The kids felt there were too many rules and restrictions in the pool; staff even told them to play quietly because people were sleeping. It was ten a.m. Someone puked on the pool walkway and it was still there the next morning.

I couldn’t upload all the photos I took of this place. Ice machine from the 60’s and a water filter that didn’t look cleaned or changed since then. Torn carpet, room entertainment stand that moved with a push of a finger, room fridge with dents in door, exposed plumbing, poor tile and trim work, carpeting throughout had stains in halls and common areas. NOT an 8.9 in a million years.

Chose hotel because it had restaurant and bar but the web site said it did on check in I found out otherwise and after I made reservations I couldn’t cancel even though all their digital data stated otherwise. UPDATE THE WEBSITE AS WELL AS THE HOTEL APP DESCRIPTION. item of note the hotel is “in the middle of upgrades”

Great value for the money. Our room was a good size and very comfortable. The bathroom could have been bigger but was in good condition. The breakfast was amazing. Omelets made to order, and several other hot options. We stayed here twice in one week and the service and accommodations were great both times. Close to restaurants and retail.

The address is Foothill Blvd but they are not really on that street. I had to access maps on my phone to find them. You need to enter from Dewar ave. When checking in the clerk walked off as soon as she saw me walking towards her, I had to call out to get. her attention She seemed angry that she had to go through the check-in process and was pretty rude. She quoted me $50 for my dog when the website stated $25. The property was a bit dated but my room had been updated. Breakfast was good.

We all know that pictures can be deceiving, but a little surprised that reviews and ratings are starting to feel a bit off as well… Hotel entrance felt fine. Once we were past that it all felt more like lipstick on a pig… the one remaining ice maker was 100 years old, the missing ice makers were replaced by a wall hanging with plumbing fixtures still present, and the hallways felt like the shining. It wasn’t horrible but definitely aged and could be cleaner. Only complaint complaint, is the mini pillows that are provided. For some reason there seems to be a pillow shortage when more are requested….

Said there was a restaurant there which is why we picked, didn’t want to have to get in the car to go find something to eat. Well, no restaurant! Then they have a coffee bar set up, assumed that was the breakfast and didn’t see they actually serving breakfast in the lounge/restaurant are until we were headed out the door. Place was dated, not impressed by any of it.

The room was clean. The pool was warmer than most heated pools. There was always coffee and tea in the lobby. The breakfast was great. There is an omelette bar and they crack the eggs in front of you! Will definitely stay here again!!

Front desk staff was very friendly. The elevator is old, small and slow. Neighbors were in and out of the room all night with the door slamming. Overpriced for what it was.
