The staff are friendly, approachable and are willing to help if you need them.
4.3
Excellent location, but open plan bathroom in room wasn't convenient especially using the toilet and washing hands during the night disturbed my wife who was sleeping.
4.3
Bouchra B (restaurant) and safaa (checking) were amazing !!! We were refused slipper!! Because the person in charge said we weren’t VIP! Forget the Bathrobe!
4.3
Great staff and rooms

Need carpet renovation in hallways , shower no work , hot water no working complete , only 1 elevator working room to exit street,

Excellent was treated in a very nice way
4.3
Great property, very clean room and modern facility. The location of the hotel is great, walkable to many restaurants and shopping centers. Don’t miss the breakfast at the hotel, simply awesome!
4.3
A good basic short-stay hotel. The shower/bathtub was strangely setup, basically in a cupboard in the bedroom, but overall clean and friendly staff. Location is its strong point.
4.3
I liked most the staff of the hotel. They were so kind and always available to help.
4.3
Very clean
4.3
The staff and the location were great, but the property is very outdated and filthy. There was hair all over the guest bathroom floor. Overpriced for what you get.
4.3
Excellent location. Clean and reliable.
4.3
Good hotel
4.3
Don’t rely on Hotel for any transport as they charge you 4-5 times more and still not reliable. Check in took longer than expected.
4.3
Excellent property in a very central shopping area. Lots of activity around the area to enjoy. the hotel has a great pool and lovely terrace for socializing. The room was by far the best bit, with excellent wet room, soft bed with appropriate pillow.

. The unfortunate part of this hotel is the staff and this has to be the worst Radisson hotel we stayed in . The two things that stood out for me was the way staff treated certain guests compared to others . The day we checked in , we asked for a tour to be booked , it was a half day tour of Marrakesh, the poster in hotel proclaimed that it was safer and easier to book with them so I felt rest assured that this would be the case. The driver pick us up and took us to meet the guide .. his name was Saeed and we were told that he was the best guide in Marrakesh . The tour turned into a nightmare , he didnot follow the itinerary and took us through the medina( this is our first time in Marrakesh ) , he didnot walk with us but went ahead talking on his phone , he left us at a carpet store and explained that they would explain the different parts of the carpets had different meetings, we then told the owner we didnot want to buy the carpets , he became angry and switch off the lights leaving alone in the store .. this was very scary so we quickly left , the guide kept taking us to shops and we explained that this was not on the itinerary and he just yelled at us. We then asked to be taken back to the hotel . The second thing we asked about was exchanging dirhams at the hotel, the lady who checked us in said there were atms to withdraw money but the last day of our stay I saw staff exchanging dirhams for other guests. Please don’t stay here!

It is a 2.5 star hotel. DEFINITELY not a 5 star hotel. When checking in, the guy at reception desk started negotiating a different room, he said they did not have an upgrade, nontheless, he started offering 2 other paid options. We decided for a super premium room. It definitely needs a lot of maintance. The headboard has tears, floor is all scratched, wardrobe is missing pieces of cardboard, water was leaking from the WC, had to get people 3 different times to fix it, temperature control not very modern, all in all, not a 5 star hotel. Service, personnel, room, spa. I would definitely rate it a 2.5 hotel.

The team were lovely and v friendly. The hotel is well located but a taxi ride away 20 minutes from the medina. We were upgraded to a pool side view. Much appreciated. Thank you.
Room service was great and the asparagus risotto was divine.
Sadly, we arrived during the school holidays and the swim pool was full of screaming kids and historical and selfish parents who believe, everyone should out up with such annoying mess.
The hotel management MUST managed this situation better and control the noise level. Parents cannot be allowed to take over and turn the space into theirs own home lounge.
The staff simply ignores it. The only way we managed spend one day by the pool was because we were wearing Ears Plugs and sound cancelling head phones over them and even that was not enough to block the families and kids noise around us. So we simply gave up and booked days passes at a more elevated and pool controlled hotel. The only to get some sun and be quiet.
Such a shame really but I did not leave home to end up spending my week holidays in a crèche. Hell no!!
We also would have liked to have someone at hand to order food and drinks. We had to leave the chairs and make our way into the bar/ restaurant in order to order something.

Excellent breakfast and service.

Great pool and service

I loved this hotel. And, I did not like the Radisson Blu in Casablanca at all. However, happily, I really enjoyed the Radisson Blu in Marrakech. It's in a great area. The property is in excellent shape. The rooms were great, as was the gym, pool, restaurant, etc. My room was actually quiet. I also want to acknowledge my wonderful waiter at the restaurant. His name was Tarik, and he was fantastic.
4.3
Safe and secure, rooms were cleaned daily and many other requests were granted without hesitation.
4.3
Very modern, clean place. Excellent breakfast and nice restaurant area.
4.3
All good
4.3
Helpful and patient staff. Much appreciated!
4.3
Great hotel and a good services.
4.3
While they only have 3 floors with rooms and 4 elevators it took over 5 minutes to and from our room. All the time even when not busy.
There was no wifi at entrance. This made it impossible to connect with tour guides abs others.
Pool was a wading pool not one for actual swimming plus it was not open in the evening. They ran out of towels several times.
4.3
Very clean nice hotel. Amazing staff
4.3
The hotel is in great location, in the middle of Gueliz, with restaurants all around, a mall under the hotel, and a big Carrefour under the mall. Great for shopping, sightseeing, and night life. Best location in Marrakesh. It felt like a real 5-star experience. The grounds are well maintained and very luxurious.
4.3
Very good hotel. Room is spacious,AC worked, hot drink facility is available in room, big bed. Breakfast is plenty choice. Every night there is live music to entertain. Swimming pool is warm and lovely. Staff are helpful and friendly. Location is in the centre but quite far from Medina old town. The only thing that is uncomfortable was the smoking policy, as we found people smoked around pool area and in the room ( smells pot in the corridor). It is a family friendly hotel so they should banned people to do this.
