This place was terrific! Right along the edge of the downtown area and a 5 minute walk to the beach making it super convenient. There were LGBTQ+ Flags hung/displayed, making it feel safe as a queer person. The amenities were comfortable, the pool is heated to 95 degrees F, and there was a grassy area for my service dog to potty at. My only complaint is that their included "breakfast" was nothing more than a pastry, yogurt, and some fruit delivered to your door in the morning which was not an adequate breakfast for my guest and I but fortunately, there are lots of breakfast options nearby.

Aways love staying here!
Sad that they no longer offer Sleepy Monk coffee though. This place feels like home!

There was an extremely loud disturbance in the middle of the night with a drunken man yelling below our window for over an hour. A little off-putting.
The room was lovely, but not the room I booked, so my daughter wasn't thrilled to have to sleep with her mom.
2.5
Beautifully renevated room with lots of little touches. We really enjoyed being so close to the beach and loved swimming in the hot pool.

This was a really cute, clean, and comfy hotel near everything
My only negative is the AC/ heat unit no matter what we put temperature at came on and off all night long, but super hot in room without AC on so tolerated it.
It was super loud when coming on started out quiet and got louder it sounded like a plane taking off,
Couldn’t figure out why they left ear plugs on night stands, this wasn’t a loud area, well we figured it out. Stayed 3 nights could not sleep through it.

INCREDIBLE!!!!! My husband and I stopped here for one night on our Seattle to Red Woods commute. The staff was SO friendly and made our check in and check out process very warm. We took advantage of the bar area near the front desk & had a glass of the huckleberry cider which was amazing & we played some board games. Our room was clean, bed was so cozy & thick blinds made it so dark we ended up sleeping in by accident, shower was perfection & they had lots of amenities— robes, hygiene products, coffee set up, fridge, fireplace, plenty of pillows. Close walking distance to lots of fun things & we felt safe walking back at night. All around incredible, especially for the affordable price. If we ever come back, we’re definitely staying here again. While we walked around the city we saw the other hotel/motel options and felt really lucky we made the choice we did.

Very cute, clean, modern hotel. Very close to the beach and all the restaurants.

Charged for two nights when I was there for only one

Cute, updated motel with clean, quiet rooms. Pet friendly was a priority for us. Hotel has a free Level 2 (about 6.5kW) CCS charger in the lot - big bonus for our EV "Brad". The saline pool (small; clean) and sauna were both bonuses. The staff were very cheerful and helpful. Will definitely return when we're visiting the area overnight.

Excellent location was in the middle of everything. We really enjoyed the small pool and sauna. Had a cool small bar with games and bikes that you can check out for free. The bikes were really useful to get around town. Overall the place has a great vibe. The room was really nice except for the mattress, which was quite firm. We didn't sleep that well because of that. The bathroom was pretty good too, besides the silly barn door.

Negative: garage floor, thin walls, dark room, overpriced.
Positive: close to beach, soft sheets.

Nice motel with on site parking, very close to everything Seaside has to offer. The large pride flag flying outside told us we were welcomed, and was much appreciated.

We had a lovely stay at Ashore. Front desk people were friendly and helpful. Would stay again. Only complaint was the loud footsteps above us.

Just steps to the beach, you are really paying for location but the rooms are minimalist and clean, the beds comfy, and the staff wonderful. We would definitely stay again.

Very simple and clean rooms. Great vibe, welcoming place. Coffee and beer available in the lobby!

Excellent service, rooms were a bit dark, location was perfect for walking to the beach, beds were comfortable but room could have been cleaner. Would I stay again, yes. More pluses than negatives… yes. But can’t give it 5 stars .

This hotel is less scenically positioned than Adrift in Long Beach, e g., but otherwise feels fully appropriate for this hospitality company. The room was well executed and clean. Same with the lobby and pool areas. The staff was prompt and proactive. Proximity to the beach was terrific, but also the core town attractions. I would stay here again.

You are in the heart of it next to everything. No long walks to get to the beach. No long walks to get to the Main Street.

Unique, smaller hotel. Conveniently located with friendly staff.

Great little place to stay. Half a block to the beach, friendly staff, fun firepit - we had a great time.

Great place to stay, especially if you have your dog with you

Great location, and staff. Super pet friendly, food and drinks in the lobby. Every detail is taken, even a French press in your room!
Can’t wait to come back

Older hotel that has been redecorated in a charming nautical/maritime motif. A fun place to stay and relax, just off the beach.
3.0
The hotel had a pretty cool trendy vibe. I liked how they had a trundle bed instead of the traditional 2 queen beds or pull out couch. We all know those pull out couch beds suck! The coffee set up was awesome too if you enjoy the French press thing. We did! It was very close to everything we needed. We hardly had to use the car unless we left town. A few things that were a bit annoying was we couldn’t use the T.V. our whole stay. We couldn’t get it to work with the remote. We went to the office a few times asking how to get it to work but 3 separate times and 3 separate employees couldn’t help. Also the worst part was the strobing lights. I’m not sure if they have something going on with the main power but every few mins for the ENTIRE STAY all the lights in the room would turn into strobe lights for a few mins. It was actually nauseating.

Property was solid. Stuff was rude as hell. Would stay again though.

This is the 3rd time staying at Ashore. The last time was in 2019 and everything still looks the same. There has not been a refresh of any kind, with more wear and tear. The pool is definitely the highlight.

Room was not clean and dog poop outside my door.
I emailed the hotel for a refund but never heard back.

Very nice boutique hotel. Definitely a good location for access to the beach and various tourist items. Would recommend as a destination.

Very quaint decor and friendly staff. It was a comfortable say and everything was walking distance to Seaside which was great!
5.0
This hotel was at an affordable price plus right next to the beach! Everything from food to shopping to good bars are all in easy walking distance.
1.5
The floors could be cleaner with a mat inside to take off shoes. The hotel itself is very cute and boutique. However, there was no service to refill coffee supplies/towels each day. We had to bring our containers to the front desk to get them refilled. That’s kind of weird. If you are a light sleeper, you should probably ask for a top floor because you can hear people walking when you are on the ground floor.

Was nice and close in proximity to the beach. Only complaint is the bed was a little lumpy/slight sag. But bathrooms were clean, staff was helpful. Would very likely choose to stay here again.

Great little hotel. Room was tidy and clean. Pool and sauna were nice as well.
Location was great. Only a short walk to the ocean, and close to shops/restaurants.

Fantastic, accommodating staff made our stay over the top!!

great location. walkable to all the main areas in town.

We stay here every time we come to the Oregon Coast. Rooms are always clean and comfortable. There was an emergency maintenance situation which required the power to be shut off for a period of time, they called prior to our check in date to give us the option to change/cancel at no cost.
4.0
Television was far more complicated than it should be. Location is convenient. Hopefully they get the sauna fixed as it was out of commission for my visit. Staff was very nice.
2.5
The hotel was great
