This is my 4th time staying here. Absolutely love the staff super kind and helpful room is always super clean and the free breakfast is the best! Pool area is super clean with a nice hot tub. Would recommend staying here to anyone who is traveling down to visit or pick up there marines!

Service was lacking from check-in to check-out. The woman at check-in, unbeknownst to me, until she confused me by saying something random, had an earpiece in with a friend on the phone. The upkeep of the room was fair at best. There was pretty new bedding and they no longer have the single-serv bottles of personal care products. They have nice new dispensers on the wall of the shower and next to the sink. I personally prefer this as it cuts down on waste, and being a frequent cruiser, Im used to this model. There was no slip protection in the tub so I slipped in the shower. The frame of the main door was pieced together and unpainted, and was very loud when closed, even if you tried to be quiet. I felt guilty when I had to leave the room for disturbing our neighbors. The next morning, trying to be efficient, I sent my 18yr old down to give the front desk our keys, and come back to grab belongings so we could get out of the room. He no sooner gets back, and I am standing at the sink right inside the door and nearly get whacked in the head by the door as housekeeping badges straight in. I grabbed what I was reaching for on the sink and no sooner get my bags in my hand and start walking to the door and front desk calls the room with a condescending chastising tone that I said we were leaving but we were still in the room. I have been staying here at least once a quarter, in previous years up to 8 times a yr, since '15, and never had such rude service!!!

The room was pretty beat up and had a gross odor there was no fan in the bathroom which made the whole room humid and the floors extremely slippery after a shower. I will never stay there again ever.

This place was awesome. Loved the staff. The hotel is kept up very nicely. Breakfast was hot and good. Also had a nice selection of breakfast items. Check in was easy as well. I would recommend this place to anybody. You won't be disappointed. B

Got to property and bed had hair in it and bathroom floor was not clean. Had roaches in bathroom. Never got clean towels until I ask for them. Our last night had no air conditioning.

Won’t be returning to or staying at low priced hotels ever again. Woke up at 4am to someone yelling from another room. Parking space is too small so it’s hard to get out. And didn’t have wifi for most of my stay because the signal was too weak and kept disconnecting. Rooms were what you pay for, smelt weird at times.

There were roaches. We killed three during the two nights we spent there. So much of the room was in disrepair. The burners didn't get fully hot. There were not any dishes in the room until we asked for them, although it was a full kitchen. One of the bathroom doors didn't fully close. Whoever cleans the room would mop the floor and they would stay wet for hours and hours. This place was very stingy with towels. There were random holes in the walls, light fixtures that didn't work. It was a pretty crummy place. To be honest, I wouldn't recommend anyone stay here

Inside the building had a bad smell. The beds were hard and had a metal frame that made a noise like hitting a metal barrelwhen you moved.The highway was nearby and cars and motorcycles continuously raced nearby for almost the entire 48 hours we were there.

Our room smelt like mold everything was rusted on the hinges the floor was greasy and the beds were terrible dogs barking everywhere homeless drug addicts hanging outside all night was a very bad experience for me and my family specially with my 2 young kids they were scared

Needed to be cleaned. No utensils for eating even at the breakfast area downstairs which had no food. They also had roaches everywhere in our room. I was very uncomfortable and went to get roach spray from the store!

The hotel is in a great location and it was clean. The problem in our room was the cords for the clock and lamp between the beds were very tangled so we could only use the lamp and had to plug it in ourselves. Also, when we got in our room, there were alot of flies that we had to kill. That was a turn off for sure.

Bed was to hard but was glad no bed bugs considering the way it smelled in room..and the outside around stairs were very dirty and gross..And inside wasn't to bad .but might want vaccum the hallways a little more....
