Very unprofessional!

We’re unable to stay!

We were contacted an hour to our arrival and told that the vote over booked and our reservation was canceled. It took 15 days to get our refund back. We had need in the car over 8 hours, extremely unprofessional! We had to rush to get another hotel.

It smelled like cigarettes in every room. I arrived and immediately they brought up their no smoking policy, but the first room they have me smelled disgusting. Like someone had been smoking in there for months. I had them switch my room. The next room smelled worse and smelled like ash treys were everywhere. Terrible stale smoke smell. I think every room reeked of cigarettes it was disturbing.

Didn’t stay in the room for more than 2 minutes.

It was filthy, within 10 minutes of checking in I went back to the front desk to cancel my second night and went to a different hotel.

Not relaxing at all. Checked saw a roach left for a few hours came back to many of them on the walls and bathroom

the room was dirty when we checked in. when we went to check out they tried to charge us 250$ saying the room was dirty. we picked up everything the only thing that was left was a grocery bag that had trash because there wasn’t a trash can in the room either.

The location was great.

The bed was too springy. The fridge didn’t work. There wasn’t very much space to walk around the bed. The staff did not inform us about amenities such as the pool or ice machine.

I love the quietness, the location is perfect.

I didnt like the fact my key didn't work, had to keep going to the front office for them to let me in.. Didn't have wash cloths, or a phone in the room..

Off base party barracks for junior enlisted marines

It’s an off base barracks for marines. The bed was absolutely horrible. Place was dirty and gross

It was close to shopping and dining

Pillows are very small, some intermittent noise all night long, electrical outlets are worn out. When you plug in anything it just falls out and the toilet fill valve is noisy when filling up.

I really won't be staying here again. For what I paid, I expected a little bit of a nicer stay.

The location was good. It was close to many restaurants and shopping. The breakfast was ok but not great.

There was a roach in my room. Also I woke up itching and had several bites on me that apparently were bed bugs. We only had 2 towels in the room. For 4 people. When we asked for more, the front desk had an attitude and made us give back the old towels before giving us new ones. And tried giving us 2 towels and 2 hand towels only.
