Not a horrible stay needs to be cleaned up some

The bed was comfortable. Design of the interior was fancy. Pool looked clean but we did not use. Decent breakfast but no fruit. The breakfast attendant was very helpful and friendly.

There was nasty stains on the bedroom wall. We had no hot water and when complained was told just to keep the water running it takes time. My husband took a cold shower that night. In the morning when I called down after several times someone answered and said that they are known to be backwards and to try the hot water in the opposite direction by then I was already dressed and ready for breakfast. The parking lot lights were directly in the window could not sleep or even close the curtains to block the light from shining in the room. bathroom floor was being re caulked and the pieces were all over the floor and we were stepping on them. Housekeeping came right in my room before we checked out.

Exceptional

How the front office was so nice, we got there thinking we could just check in after driving 18 hrs asa it was on the 20th of July. When we weren't supposed to til after 300pm, they fixed us up so we could get checked in at 12pm we were exhausted thank God for them

It was tolerable because the customer service was attentive. Just minor adjustments needed.

The staff was extremely kind, competent, and helpful.

Towel and soap shortage (hand soap was by request and 2 bath towels for a family of 5 was in the room). Short shower curtain = soaked dangerously wet floors. Open trash cans near fly-infested water fountain and broken down motorcycle near entrance of lobby.

It was very nice. Good waffles. Selection was good.

Not enough wash cloths. Just 1 for 2 women, 2 nights? It was good that we brought markup renovation cloths.

Never again!

Cold and lacking , 8:30 there was no bread for toast , no fruit , coffee cold , no milk , eggs and sausage were cold and tasted like cardboard.

Had to ask for wash clothes and hand towels on our arrival , there were 2 of us and only one bath towel!

Price was high for hotel stay that wasn’t expected

The location was decent because it was near almost all the amenities that we frequented.

It was extremely loud. People would slam door’s consistently throughout the night, housekeeping never came and collected our trash, we denied them one time prior because we were still asleep but then they never came back. The internet never worked, we had to use our own data plans, never were given receipts if we purchased anything from the front desk. Never received new towels or wash clothes. When inquiring about them, we never got anything.

The bed was comfortable. The omelets mon. were good. The room refrig. kept our drinks cold.

The desk had sticky areas I had to clean. The bathroom floor was sticky The eggs sat/ sun were terrible. No fresh fruit sat. The room next to ours played loud music late. The bath towels were thin and frayed.

Would not recommend to anyone with kids to stay here.

This location is not for family's. Nothing but partying going on all weekend. First room smelt like weed. Second room was better. Parking lot was filled with unsavory characters. People sitting in their vehicles and getting high.

Horrific

Nothing about this stay was positive

Mirror was cracked in half, sink was cracked all the way on two sides, hair from someone else all over bath, tub water first runs something black like dirt a bit before water is clearer, shower curtain will not close all the way and is dirty and stained, fitted sheet had massive burn hole (that handed me another when I called), room was directly above front desk so lights from entrance blare under closed curtains all night, no do not disturb sign so disturbed for cleaning while finally sleeping, horrible hotel and bed and pillows are barely comfortable enough for sleep.

There wasn’t breakfast served like it was supposed to be included. My shower water didn’t get hot at all. Called front desk about it and she got an attitude with me. So yeah I won’t stay there again. Really need a refund
