PLEASE READ Long story short: please do not book this place. Long story: The place of this hotel is nowhere near the center of Napoli, hence the locational benefit is near zero. The process this hotel requires to check-in is also very cumbersome. Even though I am in my 20s, the process was hard to follow. Cleanliness was at best mediocre. Nothing special, nothing to wow. The place also requires 200 euro deposit prior to check-in and additional mandatory fees for cleaning and such. But the problem is, you will NOT be able to receive your deposit back. The following is my episode: Episode: I signed the contract prior check-in, and the contract clearly stated that 'deposit amount of 200 euros will be refunded within 15 working days if paid by credit card'. After more than almost 30 working days, I had received none. I immediately contacted the hotel but they insisted that I would be paid back in 30 working days(even though I paid using credit card). This was a clear violation of contract. Even after 30 days, they only refunded my 150 euros out of 200, and said the deduction was because I was caught smoking in the room. Frankly, I have never smoked in my entire life, so the hotel was telling a lie just to rip off my 50 euros for no good reason. So for those planning to book this hotel, be prepared to risk yourself into not receiving the deposit. Or even when you do receive the refund, you wouldn't be paid back fully because the hotel will literally "create" some excuses.

Where should I begin.For whatever reason you have to go to another location do the whole check in yourself on an iPad. Our stay was very close to the station, picked it especially as it’s hard for my mom to walk long distances.Then I find out that we first have to go to the check in location and not our actual stay location(which is more than 2km away).But I have to say thank you to the person who was kind enough to ask the driver to drive us to our location that was very pleasant.Although what happened after was very strang.I asked at the check in about certain amenities(like kettle and fridge) she said yes but truly she didn’t understand anything it seems, as when we got to our room there was no kettle.I wrote to them, no response for about half an hour then I wrote a big message, finally a response. However not with a solution but with an accusation.“First of all, we are working and we cannot reply IMMEDIATELY to our guests.You write 30 minutes ago, not 3 hours.Be respectful of our work” to me 30 minutes of silence from the people that you require help from is a long time.It would be much better if I was replied to in 5 mins with a message saying please wait whilst we are sorting out your issue,then I would have no problem with waiting. Kettle was brought with no cups, strange smell in the room, broken shelf and shower. The check out is strange too a lot of unopened doors but you have to leave your keys upstairs, so before you leave you have to open them and then go back.

Very noisy room, you could literally hear all the conversations of the people in the room next to you. Even though the booking conformation said it was a room with a bubble bath, we got a room with a very tiny shower. The room was clean and the shuttle service was really good, but overall not really a cosy place to stay.

Horrible place. The duvet didn’t have a cover and there were brown stains on it. Also - if you can’t check in before 21.00 beware of the late check in fee!

Every single thing about this place is confusing. For starters, it is not located where the reservation says, it is not looking like the pictures suggest, and it is not even called the same!!! In addition, even the reservation is not located at or near the property! Just ridiculous. If only i knew, i would have staied away at all costs!

This BnB is well located. Cleanliness could be a bit improved. The worst point is the size of the bathroom which is really too small. The best point is the welcome which was warm, friendly with helpful crew. Overall, it’s worth trying this BnB.

location is perfect to visit napoli old center the harbor is 15 minutes walk from there to al the islands kapri amafali...also close to the main train station to take a trip to pompi positano etc...clean good personal

The property was in a great location on the edge of the old quarter. Staff were friendly and helpful, and the rooms were great. Would happily stay again, there is also a great pizza place a stones throw away that was one of Naples oldest pizzerias.

I cant actually comment on what I liked or didnt about this property because we DIDNT ACTUALLY STAY IN IT! When we arrived at this property to check in (which took almost one hour as we had to wait for others to also check in) we were made to walk 500m down the road (not suitcase friendly) to another hotel (not even the same company) where we were given rooms. The room itself was acceptable so I didnt initially make a complaint. However, after our four days of staying there I have been left completely unsatisfied with the change. The new hotel was now 500m further away from town, the train station, restaurants. It was located in what I can only describe as the ghetto of Naples (my husband and I literally had to run away from an armed carjacking outside the hotel one night). There were no restaurants nearby and we simply did not feel safe. The entire four days we were at this place, NOT ONCE was there someone at the reception desk. We entered and exited the building often. At the end of our stay we had no idea how to check out so just left the keys on the desk. I have never stayed in such an unorganised place before and now I am referencing BOTH hotels! What an absolute sham. I DO NOT RECOMMEND YOU BOOK THIS HOTEL!

It was located in a part of Naples that was fairly safe and clean, and easy to find from the train. The staff was polite and helpful. The doors to the rooms were not soundproof--we could hear other doors opening and shutting in the hallway all night. The bed was pretty comfortable, but moved around and made a lot of noise when you shifted in it. The WiFi was out most of our visit, so the TV didn't work.

The owner is not helpful person and all what she care about is money and at the end there is no rooms in the hotel and she book for me and my wife a room in another hotel which is a very stupid action from her side

The room was very comfortable and the whole place was very modern. However charging 20 euros for late check in (only 15 minutes late and having called ahead) and a ridiculous amount of fees made it almost not worth it.

A spiffed up old apartment building... lovely staff, limited English..handed five keys for various doors...desk isn't 24-hours so night entrance around the corner, unmarked apartment bldg entrance....Naples is dodgy...this locale is convenient, but similarly dodgy...two-to-three-stars.

Hotel staff was friendly and the hotel recently renovated to a very good / modern standard. The lift is not free of charge to use - it needs 10c for every journey and the hotel is on second floor. The room wasnt cleaned / bedding changed everyday. This would give them a 5 star rating from me if it happened. However, if I had any requests it was promptly answered. If I had to stay there again i would do so gladly.

Great rooms, location is ok, lousy, pre-packaged self-service breakfast (although there is a choice and you could fill up on snacks and cereal). But things will be changing as this is to become a hotel in a couple of months with a full service. I would recommend this place then but not so much now. I had an unfortunate arrival as I am not used to B&Bs, my train was late and they knew which train I was coming in on, it was in the evening when there is generally nobody there. Someone was there to meet me but could not wait and missed me by 10-15 minutes. So it was dark and wet and I was out on the street. I do not have access to a phone service, fortunately I was able to get into the courtyard, and then 2 men who were staying here turned up, they let me in and rang the owner. I also had trouble finding the place, the number was clear, 311, but looking through the 64 buttons to buzz of the apartments in the building I did not see Noble House at first, and there was a sign as well, just a bit hard to see in the dark.

The staff was very helpful! When we arrived Vicento checked us in and provided us with information about breakfast and his contact information should we have any questions. A couple days later we asked about dinner recommendations and he gave us several great options. The hotel was clean and quiet. For a loud city we didnt know any of the city noise from our hotel room. The location was great; close to the subway/train station and close to many things by waking.

Great location close to the main transportation hub and a short walk to great restaurants for cheap eats and to the historic centre for souvenirs. Room was really clean and comfortable. Thanks for the wonderful stay!

It was difficult to locate in the first place because the odd and even numbers are used on the two sides of the street, and the numbers dont match at all ( e.g. In a block in which the numbers range from 210-230; in the same block crossing the street, that might be from 341-359.) Confusing at the beginning; but once you are awarded of that, it is easy to get around. The room is spatious and quiet, but breakfast is average with a piece of bread plus a cup of coffee.
