Gemütliches hundefreundliches Hotel mit tollem Frühstück

Ich übernachte hier immer sehr gerne auf der Durchreise zwischen Baltikum und Mitteleuropa mit meinem kleinen Hund, der in diesem Hotel willkommen ist. Geräumiges, sauberes Zimmer mit bequemem Bett, reichhaltiges und wirklich tolles Frühstück inbegriffen. Freundliches Personal. Jederzeit gerne wieder.

Die Gebühr für den Hund mit 85 PLN ist etwas hoch bemessen. Ansonsten war alles wie immer super.

Allover was a nice stay, hotel was impressing and could visit again if driving through Suwalki.

The Hotel is amazingly beautiful! The decor respects the old building and the beautiful architechtures. It feels like high-class, room was really spacious and clean.

The only con coming to mind was the poorish- besic quality of breakfast. Wasn't anything special, maybe a bit poorer than usual. Coffee was good.

Good for family vocations

Big playground just outside the building and small playing corner inside. It was possible to enjoy steak and beer in restaurant while kids were playing around the corner. Perfect for families. High ceilings and fresh renovation were also nice.

The place looks really good. All is clean - the lawn around the building (in most parts) and the rooms. The building itself looks amazing. Service was helpful and nice (although I did not get the water I asked for, but no worries). The room cooled down very quickly (18C is the lowest but even with 2 big dogs it was enough). The room was big, comfortable (beds are around the corner and in a quiet area), and well-lit. Dogs were very welcome (80 zlots per dog)! Enough parking room.

Breakfast was less than expected. For me the halls were way too dark, also the lights that worked on movement were too slow.

Beautiful building Freshly renovated Very good beds&linen Friendly staff Excellent massage service Play corner for kids well equpped, great playground outside

Beeakfast was average, there were some exotic things like shoukrut juice, but no simple oatmeal & crepes. Bread was very tasty, though. Restaurant on 1st floor we went for dinner. Afgordable prices is good, but the food was so basic and plain, I would not recommend it to anyone.

Great hotel in Suwałki

Very nice clean hotel with friendly and ready to assist personnel. Dog friendly place - our dog was very welcome in the room - received bed and a snack from the hotel :) ! Free car parking outside. Great quality and tasty food in the hotel restaurant.

Beautiful hotel with spacious rooms on the outskirts

Nice and big rooms, very good beds, good breakfast, beautiful building with green spaces around, a lot of parking possibilities, little bowls for the dog were waiting in the room. ❤️

not really anything to complain, the relative bluntness of some staff appears to be an Eastern European thing. Not centrally located.

Superb

We stay at this hotel each time we travel by car through Poland if they are available. We are satisfied with their offer and price/quality ratio.

The breakfast is good, we still like it, however, the offer/variety is lower if compared to pre-Covid times.

A well run establishment, clean, with good service delivery

Efficient check in, all amenities at hand, very clean and well serviced rooms

My perpetual problem is that hotels have no concept of a decent down pillow, I have to travel globally with a decent pillow, this hotel was no exception, foam pillows are not conducive to a good nights sleep.

It's a great place to stay.

The place is great. It's clean and nice. The room was big. It was quite a surprise for how good it was. The bar has nice selection of cocktails and the food was good but on the expensive side.

If you want a spa it's quite minimal but it was free for the new years eve so it was ok. But if you pay for it maybe it will be disappointing.

Very good

Nice hotel in the center of Suwalki. Very close to the Aquapark. Shopping centers and restaurants also available in a walking distance. Good communication with hotel through booking.com messaging system. Variety of food for the breakfast was exceptional.

Price and quality balance could be better adjusted. There was a lack of information from the hotel staff on additional services at the hotel (e.g. SPA). It would be nice to get some discounts for the hotel guests at the Tatarak restaurant. There was no light at the entrance to our room.
