The family room has a great view over the local park with double aspect windows. A good sized room with bath/shower but no bath taps! Free continental breakfast was available 24/7 in the lobby. Great service at reception. A roof terrace with good views of the area but no bar.

Fantastic stay and the staff have been super - really friendly, helpful and engaging. Underrated hotel as it was really quite special in a good way!

The hotel is in a pedestrian zone and in an excellent location with restaurants a few steps away and major attractions within walking distance. Reception staff very friendly and accommodating. First room we had #16 (1st floor) was spacious but it smelled like cigarette smoke. The bathroom was small and the shower even smaller. When you turned on the water the shower curtain would stick to your body. I reviewed the check in experience and the next morning the front desk had made arrangements to change our room. That was very much appreciated! The second room #26 was small along with the bathroom but the shower had actual doors. My wife is a bit picky when it comes to clean bathrooms and I know hotel bathrooms will never be like our own at home but it is gross when you see mold, mildew and grime. It was in the shower and along the bathroom floor where it meets the walls. My wife honestly wondered if the shower and floor were ever cleaned! Pictures were taken but we couldn’t upload them. I deleted them because every time we looked at them it turned our stomachs.

One night stay to go and see a concert at Plaza de España with my couple.
From entering the hotel everything was a nice surprise! Wasn't expecting much with that price but got a lot!
From the start we felt so welcome with a really nice receptionist! We booked the hotel parking lot so arriving was easy. The location couldn't have been better! We had time to see the main sightseeings too and it was just a few minutes to walk to the concert! After the concert the complementary cold drinks from the lobby felt so good! The room was quiet even we were in the middle of the center! The room was cute and clean and good shower in the bathroom. Nice terrace on the roof with a view to the park. Good restaurants just next to it. Here we will stay in the future as well! Thank you and see you again! 😊

Great location. Wonderful staff. We had a fantastic balcony overlooking the square below. If you come by car, be sure to reserve parking ahead of time as there is little available in the area

We booked a Superior Double Room.
1) Per Expedia, the superior room was supposed to come with a “deep soaking bathtub.” There was no bathtub of any kind. What we got instead was a shower so small that the curtain constantly wrapped itself around you. Easily the most uncomfortable showers I have ever taken. (Per Expedia, the room was also supposed to have come with a bidet and a refrigerator. We received neither, but the absence of the promised bathtub was my primary concern).
2) Per the hotel website, the property was supposed to have dry cleaning and laundry service. What we got instead was directions to a laundromat.
When I brought up the bathtub/shower issue with the desk clerk (I was convinced they had given us the wrong room, but she reassured us that our room was indeed a “superior”), she informed us that amenities on Expedia weren’t guaranteed, that we should have requested the specific amenities we wanted. Apparently a “bathtub” means you get to ASK for a bathtub.
She seemed to be placing the blame on Expedia itself, so I decided to bring up the hotel website’s claim to have dry cleaning and laundry service. She can’t well blame Expedia for what the hotel itself claims on its own page. But she informed us that “laundry service” meant that they cleaned the bed linen. This gaslighting was so brazen that were it not for the price ($1300 total for 4 nights), I might have been amused.
The most overpriced hotel I have ever stayed in.

Sadly, we experienced a huge theft of our belongings when our luggage was in the keeping of the hotel in their luggage hold. Our luggage was ransacked and items of high value were stolen.
The police report mentions the responsibility for this theft lies with the hotel. However, we have not received any assistance from the hotel so far and it has been almost a month. We had hoped they would help with this costly and very difficult replacement. But not so far.

Absolutely adorable and quaint hotel in a great location near a ton of restaurants and a beautiful park across the street. Shower could be cleaner but everything else was excellent. Great customer service. Nice assortment of free food and drinks in lobby.

Not hotels fault, we booked as you said had parking, we had to wait in a queue to park in nearby car park for two hours not happy at all. Only in Seville for one day.

The location is really convenient for walking to most of the sights and experiences that Seville has to offer. Although the hotel has no formal dining facilities the surrounding streets offer a multitude of options to choose from. The hotel does have complimentary coffee, nibbles and soft drinks all day.

We enjoyed our 3 night stay, even though the Terrace room we booked had problems, so we were given a balcony room. It’s a great location, and we liked the coffee, fruit & water in the salon area.

We had a fantastic stay in Sevilla and were so impressed by this hotel. From the moment we checked in, the staff were very courteous and professional, and were always available to answer questions. The room was amazing: it was very clean and also spacious, with high ceilings and balconies that overlooked the Jardines de Murillo. (Also, the shutters and curtains completely blocked out the light, so we were able to catch up on much-needed sleep.) In the lobby there was a coffee machine, as well as water, juice, cereal, fruit, and other snacks which were available at any hour.
I have stayed at many properties in Sevilla over the years, and this hotel is definitely my new favorite. I am a budget-conscious traveler, and it's been awhile since I've experienced such elegance and comfort. The location is perfect: right on the edge of Santa Cruz and within walking distance of the cathedral and other monuments, and also close to bus stops (including airport bus EA) and the Metro. Staying here during Semana Santa, in particular, was really a treat: one cofradía passed directly under our balcony, the hotel had a lovely scent of incense, and there were even mini torrijas available down in the lobby for a late night treat!
Our stay was very positive and I would highly recommend this hotel!

Location was great to all sights, the rooms are a bit small, the night we stayed there was a noise that sounded like water leaking behind the bathroom walls,
not noisy enough to keep us awake. The a/c didn't work, let the front desk know. Staff all were excellent. behind the bathroom wa
