Very friendly and clean. Enjoyed our stay.

A great place to stay in Camp Verde. Plenty of room and comfortable, we loved the decor. We will definitely be back when staying in the area.

We are traveling with my Dad and he requires a shower seat. The manager provided us with a shower seat and even a handle for the tub wall. The room and the patio were immaculate and everyone was friendly and helpful. This will definitely be our choice when visiting the area

We always like to stay here whenever we are in the Camp Verde area. Very clean, quiet, and comfy beds. A good value for your money. At the end of Main Street and close to restaurants.

Clean and comfortable with useful amenities and convenient location for Arizona road trip, friendly and helpful staff!

Quiet, comfortable. Loved that we could park right in front of our room. Staff went the extra mile. Came to Camp Verde for the corn festival and already planning to stay here again next year.

We spent a night here on the way to Sedona because we wanted to see local tourist attractions. It's a small motel, but well kept and the management is easy to work with and responsive.

Fantastic stay! Lovely little gem and way way nicer than the big box motels down the road. Would definitely stay again.

Rustic with charm, reminiscent of restored Route 66 strip motel. It’s obvious they take pride in their property. It offers very clean accommodations. The bed was comfortable and the water was HOT with great pressure. I chose it over the other motels because they had terrible reviews and one charges a 20$ per room per nite “resort fee”. I made the right choice even though I couldn’t figure out the satellite TV and the WiFi was slow. I’d stay there again

This propery was REALLY nice! We stayed in one of their family suites, and were very impressed with the space and layout. The kids loved the kitchen/dining area. It was nice to sit down and have dinner together around a table.
4.4
Very kind staff, room was clean and well cared for, close dining options.
4.4
Reasonably well kept place for overnight stay. Not professionally attired but helpful staff
4.4
We enjoyed our stay at will return on future trips to Sedona.

We live there for 2 night, the room is good but the ceiling fan is too old to use and one line drop off when i use it. The owner didn’t refund me deposit because of the drop off steel line…so crazy.

We had a short stay, property was pretty much what was expected. It was clean.

Lovely, family owned, quaint property. Spotless! Always enjoy our stays here.

Centrally located on Main Street in Camp Verde, and cheap. But is that enough? There was a dead scorpion in the shower drain and the drain itself took more than ten minutes to drain after a shower. After the scorpion, I had little interest in examining the drain more closely. The toilet clogged with little provocation. There is now a plunger in room 113. You're welcome. A fitting over the button on the liquid soap dispenser fell off every time I touched it. All the accessories in the room are old. A sign near the coffeemaker, cups, ice bucket and plastic wine glasses informs guests that these items have not been sanitized. Nothing like cloudy plastic to inspire confidence. This is classic get what you pay for. Falls short of the Old West charm it aspires to.

Nice town to visit on our travels.

The property is clean and our room was pristine. We had all the anemities we needed.
Beverly was friendly and explanined everything we need to know from dining to how to work the TV.
I especially liked the rocking chairs and table in front of each unit.
4.4
Very homey! The staff were very involved in making things comfortable and very friendly!

Very well maintained, great ownership and relaxing

Staff very helpful. They have agreements with all local restaurants for ten percent discount. Close to Low Places Bar and Grill. Good food, excellent service.

The lady who checked us in was super sweet and friendly!
The room was scented and had to be aired out. The advertised “suite” was really not a suit at all. Very old motel with a musty old smell in the kitchen of the “suite”.
I went and cleaned the entire room with Clorox wipes. The amount of dust bunnies and dirty surfaces were abundant.
Didn’t turn on the a/c because the filter was coated with dirt and dust! Thankfully there was a fan and we had it running all night. Along with a bathroom window open.
It’s very quiet at night. The morning was loud..you could hear people talking and the cars starting up their engines, as they have you park 10 feet in front of your motel door.
4.4
Overall, the property was acceptable but calling it a "suite" motel is a stretch. This is a single story motel with easy parking. The staff were very accommodating and the price was reasonable. Restaurants are about 2 blocks away.

The lady at the front desk is so sweet, our check in went very fast. She was so helpful with places to eat and discounts. Our room was clean and had everything we needed.

Cute little spot with thoughtful decor and all the essentials. Nice to skip the chain hotels and buy local. Enjoyed some wine on the patio in oversized rocking chair! Hiked Copper Canyon to see the area on foot. The library/visitor center staffed with knowledgeable woman and local lore! Would stay again.

Fantastic old school motel.

Everything was good. We stay here once a year when visiting Camp Verde. It never disappoints.

Older hotel, no smoking area could use improvement. Currently it’s a bench next to dog area. The host is very friendly, willing to help. Room is standard. Our room didn’t have a lamp, only an overhead fan/light. Had to get out of bed to turn light on/off. Needs some improvement, but the price is right for the area.

I was in town for my mother's funeral and decided last minute to get a room, I was surprised at how easy it was to book, the price was great and it was located close to where my family lives. Check in was a breeze

Fort Verde Suites was a great place to stay! The onsite manager was friendly and professional. We stayed 2 nights in a queen suite (2 queen beds and a full kitchen). It was perfect for our needs for a girl's weekend, we drove to the Verde Valley Railway and Sedona from here (about 30 min drive each). The rooms were clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The kitchen is stocked with dishes and utensils. There is a designated smoking area and pet area as well as an outdoor grill and picnic tables. There is a small table with 2 rocking chairs on the patio just outside the front door and we enjoyed it in the early evening for appetizers and a glass of wine. The only drawback was when people checked in late, you could hear them outside the front door. We would recommend this motel to future guests!

I didnt like it, its rundown and looks like a place drud addicts stay by the week

My 10 day stay at the Fort Verde Suites Motel was simply delightful.
First, it's an older facility and reminded me of when my family and I would stay in motels when I was a kid. The facility brought back great memories.
I was in a king suite with full kitchenette and it was perfect, complete with full-size refrigerator, hot plate and microwave. I was able to save so much money by cooking my own meals instead of having to eat out for so many days.
The bedroom & kitchen were spacious and comfortable and I appreciated that guests are asked to park in front of only their room. This ensured a parking space was convenient for me.
And being an older facility, it's built much more solid, i.e. I didn't have to listen to other guests conversations, tv's or music through the walls. The only time I really heard other people was when they were outside. This gave me a real sense of privacy that I don't experience in today's contemporary hotels with their cheap construction and paper-thin walls.
The location of the motel is also excellent, at the south end of Camp Verde's historic district. My business classes were straight up the road so it only took me about 8 minutes to drive to class each day. This saved a lot in gas money. There's also a 24 hour laundromat 2 blocks away which made my stay that much easier.
Great facility, location and lots of things to do in the area. I'll definitely head back to Fort Verde Suites for my next business trip.
