The last minute reservation turned out pretty good. Quiet, clean, roomy. Not exactly easy to find hotel check in however.

Really nice room accommodations! Our hotel room was clean and comfortable and very spacious. The staff were all very kind. Free parking, free wifi, very reasonable breakfast buffet. So much fun at the casino!

This was a lovely hotel/casino. We will definately find a way to visit again. The breakfast buffet left a little to be desired. But this is the off season, so we will give them a break.

Our stay was very comfortable, room was very clean, staff were exceptionally polite and friendly.

We got to the hotel and everything was very modern and nice, but when we got to our room the only thing I did not like was the shower. The shower head was very dirty and foggy and little to no water came out.

Great experience friendly staff, clean room and great food and beverage options. Highly recommend. This hotel had many options for a fun weekend, with everything from casual dining and entertainment to a special dinner at Storytellers. We will be back for sure a great one stop experience.

Nice clean rooms, comfortable bed, quiet.

Bed was a little firm, we had a king size bed.! My son had double queens and his was very comfortable. Service was good.

Always have an amazing time at Cliff Castle Casino Hotel! So convenient. Everything is at the casino. No having to take an Uber.

Check in was a breeze, parking garage is a close walk in to the casino. The hotel room was clean and comfortable with the bathroom shower being huge!

Very clean and spacious rooms. Bathroom was very large as well. AC worked great. However the buffet was not worth the price. The breakfast place was good and served a huge breakfast burrito. Would have no problem staying there again

We really had bad luck with this stay. We were missing our pillows and blankets for one of the beds. We called to get them delivered and the hotel didn’t have pillows or blankets so they brought us 3 flat sheets. I was there with my brother, it wasn’t like we were going to share a bed. After I was finally able to fall asleep without pillows or blankets, I get a call after 10pm that they forgot to run my card for the incidental deposit and that I needed to wake up, get dressed and go downstairs immediately. Lastly, at the vending machine I paid $4 for a water but Iced tea is what I got. I put another $4 in and pushed iced tea hoping I’d get a water but I got a Root Beer. I gave up. I asked twice for a manager but none were ever available. I was only there one night, but it was enough for a lifetime.

Everyone was very nice and the room was clean and easy to get to. The pool area and patios were clean and well kept as well. I will be returning to this place soon

This is our go to for staycations and we always have so much fun. The staff is amazing and the amenities are so convenient.

This was our first time here. The staff was very friendly love the arcade brought our 15yr old son. Plenty for him to do as well. Pool was amazing we also did the bowling loved it. Plenty of options for food. Room was very clean spacious. Casino floor was wonderful the bar tenders where fast on drinks. We will definitely be coming back.

I love coming up here but my room was dirty there was food left in the refrigerator and there was food left by the queen bed and it was very dusty under bathroom sink by the towels and head board

Castle Casino has two hotels the Lodge and Tower. Both have pools, and nice large rooms. Includes many amenities with shuttle access from Lodge to main Casino and more. 24/7 staff at main check-in lobby. Have leg problem and great room for my problem. Various options for AAA, and AARP visitors. Very clean property and enjoyed our weekend stay.
