This hotel is usally very clean and perfect for my business trips to this area. But, this time, the room smelled cigarettes and the room had a stench to it as if it had not been cleanded before my stay.

Nice hotel, modern, no frills, close to shopping, free parking, ok free breakfast. Very convenient, easy access to highway. Indoor pool is a nice feature, but can get very busy and noisy. Would definitely stay there again.

Horrible experience for us! A not honest hotel!! I paid everything through hotels.com and once I got home this hotel charged me a tax that I had already paid for in my reservation. I contacted hotels.com and they contacted the hotel and they said they’d reverse the charge as it was a mistake!! Yeah right, how is it a mistake if everything was paid beforehand, they had access to my credit card because of the security deposit. I still haven’t received the charge back into my account and it’s been over 10days. As for the hotel, it might be a nice hotel but there was a horrible sewer smell coming from the bathroom, it was so unbearable.

Greater had a pleasant stay for two nights. Staff was friendly. The hotel was well looked after. The breakfast buffet was good and full at all times. I noticed the staff were on top of replenishing the stations as well as keeping the tables clean.

First day the bath tub was clogged which didn’t got fix until the next morning Floor was not cleaned properly…

The accessible washroom was excellent - there is enough room to maneuver the wheelchair to transfer to the toilet and to the shower area ( we brought our own shower chair). The room was very clean and we had a very comfortable stay. One suggestion I could think of is a magnetic door latch to hold the door open to make it easier for the wheelchair user to exit. We will definitely stay again when we return to visit.

It was good experience overall. I didn't face any issue at this property. I had to check out at 12 but staff was cooperative and allowed me 30-40 minutes extra without any extra cost.

Staff wasn’t helpful with knowing the area around the hotel, we flew over night and when we went to do the early check in and was turned down for that we asked where we could eat or get coffee and staff seemed clueless. Otherwise great experience, clean rooms and breakfast was good.

Great location not too far from downtown Ottawa, very clean building, and the rooms are exceptionally clean, easy parking, and the breakfast was amazing with tons of options. The pool is small, but still enjoyable

Pool closed due to quote" to many unsuprvised children in pool" than changed to "mainteance of pool" ...i have viseo proof that fire escape doors were LOCKED so noone was able to enter or exit ans when asked front desk about it they said it was for safety reasons fo not allow anyone in the building but then changed afterwards to "it must have been the kids who locked it" when i called them out on the fact that it is a serious offence to have these locked... gym also was closed for no particular reason.was denied access to conference room and was told it is not in used but you just cant use it. All in turn to be met by a disgruntled employee named Melina Cote. Tried to speak to a manager which apparantly is cause for the gatineau police being called to escort me and my family our of the premises. I really dont know what is happening in tuis hotel but i will never set foot in this hotel again

New/updated property, close to good amenities and easy to drive. Good breakfast included. Cons: When I arrive the carpet on my floor was filthy, extremely dirty as if it hadn't been vacuumed in 3 days. My roomed looked like it had been soaking wet, although I found out my AC was just leaking.

We didn’t end up staying there. We were given 4 different rooms and each of them had hair in the sheets, and had stains. One had blood stains, after the fourth room and wasting 45 mins checking the rooms we left and found a doffeeent hotel.

Hotel was close to sports venue, major shopping mall & several dining options. Hot breakfast was included & daily options were limited. No variety in fruits it was the same each day; apple & banana. Except for that, stay was great, facility clean, quiet and staff was courteous & helpful. Definitely will stay again!

Tjrs offer one Tesla charger and two regular ev chargers but they’re not free. Actually, they’re more expensive that charging at home. It would be nice to have them included in the hotel rate like other hotels do.

The property is very clean, new, and fresh- much better than previous experience. The breakfast options were good with hot and cold options. Would recommend adding a few vegetable/fruit salad options. The bathroom size is perfect but morning showers were a bit challenging/struggle because of the low pressure in the shower and highly fluctuating water temperature. overall great experience.
