Very convent location.
Very nice room. Just know that there are stairs everywhere, to the rooms in the palace and all over Dubrovnik

Once I was able to find it...asking everyone for HELP along the way...It was a Good Location. Although, it was a bit noisy. They were nowhere to be found when I checked in, but they came over in the evening when I was in Bed to collect! They ONLY ACCEPTED CASH! I told them that that would leave me with little to no cash. They simply did NOT care! Shame on them. This is not good Business...not worth it!

a unique slice of life in the old town of Dubrovnik. We found our hotel down a tiny street, rang the bell and in the lobby found the envelope with our name, the key and instructions. Since we had the 'economy' room, we went back outside and up to the next door, a tiny room with a comfortable, very clean bathroom and good shower, which opened directly on to the street. Ventilation required opening a small window, and we could hear the chattering of tourists in the street. But not too late at night. The hostess kindly allowed us to have a late checkout so we could leave our bags in room for the morning adventures. a charming and very private stay - apart from minimal street noise.

Upon arrival we loved our little spot just around the corner from the Jesuit Stairs in Dubrovnik!
4.7
Amazing place to stay right in the heart of Dubrovnik’s Old Town - with AC!!! Would definitely recommend, the hosts are very accommodating and quick to respond. Definitely a great find!!!!
4.7
Great stay! The hotel was very accommodating and check in and out was some of the easiest I’ve had it. Very very convenient location for Old City and I would stay here again on another visit!

We really enjoyed our stay at Ritali Old Town. It was clean, modern with a small kitchen. Very convenient to some of the Best restaurants in Dubrovnik and shops. Loved our stay.
4.7
Wonderful place to rest and sleep, best quality/price ratio in the old town.
4.7
The most incredible location, friendly staff and beautiful old building.
4.7
The room had everything that a traveller needs. It is also very clean and very cozy! It was nice that we could get an English chanel, which allowed us to watch the latest news around the world! Location of the hotel is excellent, close to many restaurants and shop, but very quiet. Bed was very comfortable!

Amazing stay

Property was exactly as expected. Perfect for a short stay with 2 bedrooms. There are a lot of stairs, so be aware. Location is perfect, in the middle of everything.
4.7
The location was fantastic. Just steps to plazas and Jesuit Stairs. Our room had the right amenities for our family, 2 bedrooms, living area and kitchenette. There are many stairs to the facility and inside and no lobby, fyi

In city centre. Nerdy atmospheric

Great location. Small room but with the city right outside your door, it doesn’t matter.

Pros:
1.Hotel is right in the middle of Old Town, next to the famous Steps..
2. Staff was excellent, very helpful
3. Excellent restaurants, walkable area
Cons:
1. If you have large luggage like we did, need porter service from the Gate to inside Old town as cars are not allowed.
2. Lots of cobble road, steps depending on the Gate you enter from (recommend to use Pile or Ploce, not Boza)

Redecorated , historic property in the heart of old town.
Charming room with all of the amenities. We loved our stay here!

Best spot!!!

The hotel (although my room had street access, so it didn’t feel like a hotel) is right in Old Town, steps away from dozens of restaurants. If you’re looking to be in the middle of the action, this is the place to be. The room was very clean, and the hotel managers were quite receptive.

Rooms were described by Expedia as good for 2 to 3 guests, nevertheless at the moment when we did the check-in we were told that 2 people per room is the maximum. As we were a party of 5 we had to look for another Hotel for the 5th member, as no room in this Hotel was available anymore. This was very inconvenient for all of us.
4.7
Lovely place in the heart of Old Town. We were in the attic apartment, which was 2 BR and plenty of space for our family of 4.

It is first important to know that this is not a hotel, so no onsite support. Second, they on take cash for payment which they don’t tell you about until 2 days before arrival when it is too late to do anything about getting cash from a bank and not paying exorbitant fees at an ATM or the exchange place at the bank. They will also meet you at only two specific times each day to take your payment. When you show them that your reservation does not specify that it must be paid in cash, they go to great lengths to prove you are wrong (and tell you that you are stupid for going to the ATM you went to to get cash to pay them).
4.7
great location it is in the old town big bathroom, clean and comfortable bed .You can find everything you need in the room. Fridge, plates , knifes spoons, salt vb
Thank you

Short stay. Staff was in regular email contact with us and arranged an early morning cab to the airport in advance. Room was large and comfortable and the location was fabulous! Around the corner from the Jesuit steps but stunningly quiet. Wish we had more time.
4.7
Lovely area near Jesuit steps and many restaurants. About 20 graduated steps along the street name so consider lugging your luggage along those steps. Room was on main floor which was great but did lead to hearing all the comings and goings ( and conversations) of the guesthouse. Wasn’t too bad and didn’t impact sleeping

Great place to stay. 1 minute away from everything. Rooms were very confortable

Very convenient to sights on Old Town

The hotel has a great location only steps away from the Main Street. Expect a lot of steps not easy if you’re traveling heavy. The rooms were clean and comfortable. However costumer service was terrible! As soon as I arrived from DC to LHR while waiting for my connection I was informed by Ana that I had chosen cash only payment but I was not aware of it, there was no mention of cash on the hotel.com site. It was so expensive to get cash from the local atm that the room cost $ 100 more than the original rates. After the first day Ana sent me a text around 5:00pm asking me to meet her at the hotel at 7:30pm to collect the cash. I was shocked! I was in the middle of dinner with plans thru evening. My answer was I’ll pay you on the check out. The hotel has no lobby no staff no help at any time. They provide a phone number to call with questions and concerns but it is hit of miss if they respond. At check out a guy named Nick came to collect the money, when I asked for the invoice he said I didn’t need one and I was good to go. So I have no documentation of the detailed charges or payment. Nick offered no assistance to help with carrying our luggage down 4 flights of stairs with narrow steps. The next time I would look for other hotel options.

Very clean and cozy room. Comfortable bed. Very vertical building (most of them are inside the city walls) without an elevator so be prepared to walk up the stairs with your luggage. Great part of town and easily accessible to what we wanted to see and do. We enjoyed our stay!
4.7
Fantastic location in the heart of the old town a great base to explore from. Very clean and excellent communication throughout with the owners.
4.7
The hotel location is not easy to find, but the owner kindly provides guidance via email before arrival. The room size is small, but clean and well maintained. The inconvenient thing is that there are no towel changes or room cleaning for 3 days. And in case of on-site payment, you must use cash.
4.7
My kids and I stayed here for 4 nights and had an excellent stay. The room was perfect for the 3 of us.
4.7
The property is in a great location, right next to the "walk of shame" steps. The hotel is clean and well maintained. They were nice enough to let us check in early and to store our bags in the lobby after check out, so we could have lunch before our flight.
4.7
This is a guest house (not hotel), in the heart of the Old Town. The location is great for that reason. However, the location is also bad for that reason, in that you have to walk in with your luggage (no cars in the Old Town) and this place is a little difficult to locate. As a guest house this place does ..not have a front desk, and you have to arrange with the owners to have someone let you in. Through some miscommunication there was no one there for us. (Thankfully another guest let us in.) The rooms were small, but neat and clean. Comfortable beds, and the rooms have a small fridge and hot water kettle. However we did not receive a refill of coffee, etc. for our second day there.

Beautiful

Lovely place, a clean and well maintained room with a little kitchenette. Lots of useful guides and such left in the room.
Great location in old town. The place was a bit tricky to find at first, but that's no fault of the owners- and once you know where the Jesuit Steps are in the town it's easy to find your way back!
4.7
Lovely small hotel Smack bang in the middle of the Old Town down a quiet alleyway.
Simple key system to get in and out.
Highly recommended

Fabulous property, adjacent to the Jesuit Steps. Our Room 7 looked out at the Jesuit Church and the Steps. The bathroom was spotlessly clean, with loads of hot water and high pressure shower. Our room immaculate, beds very comfortable, also has fridge and tea and coffee facilities. Air con and heating fully adjustable if needed. Windows open fully. Excellent communication. Everywhere in Old Dubrovnik easily walkable in 10 minutes. The perfect base for a 2-3 day visit. Thank you.

Clean, central but quiet, nice staff.
