We spent 2 nights here an thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Due to the refurbishment work (which we didn't find intrusive) being carried out in the main building we were in Villa Stephanie. The room was well equipped with all we needed and offered a very relaxing space when not outside exploring the area or using the lovely pool. We didn't have dinner at the hotel but breakfast was very good, a combination of self service and cooked to order hot food. All the staff were excellent and contributed to a most enjoyable stay. We look forward to returning if we are in the area again.

Brenners is not a 5 star hotel it is a 10 star hotel. The service was impeccable The food was amazing. We got room service twice for dinner and it was delicious. Everyone was so friendly and spoke English very well. Unfortunately the main hotel was under construction but the Stephanie Villas is where we stayed just beautiful. We will definitely be comings back to Brenners

Beautiful hotel! First room had a poor ‘park’ view but they moved us when requested. Staff was very good. Carpets need replacing. Lots of extras which was a treat! Location fantastic.

My stay was absolutely fabulous. I spent my 55th birthday weekend here and the entire Brenner Hotel team made the weekend a truly amazing, relaxing a very enjoyable experience. Flowers, Champagne, a delicious chocolate dessert and fruit all with a Happy Birthday wishes in my room upon arrival. From the moment I arrived, the staff was perfection in their kindness, professionalism and overall care of the hotel and its guests. Thanks to the front desk staff (I was remise in noting the name of the front desk representative that checked me in and even walked me to my room) so very nice, and a special thanks to Penny and Bettina from the Spa and Mr. Calwer during my checkout. I have and continue to recommend this hotel to friends and colleagues. Will definitely be back. Thanks!!!

This hotel is so much better than anywhere I’ve stayed before. Their level of service, quality of food and drinks at their restaurants, and attention to details (fruit and chocolates in the room, turn down service) are unsurpassed. This is an amazingly luxurious hotel. The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. The location and gardens are beautiful and the restaurants and breakfast are excellent. This is a dog friendly hotel and our dog was well looked after with his own bed & treats. However, the communal bar areas and restaurants are not dog friendly (except the off-site restaurant Rive Gauche). This is fine in good weather as the dog could join us on the terrace, but in the rain he had to stay in the room, there are no inside areas of the hotel where he was welcome. Whilst it is appreciated not everyone wants to share a restaurant or bar with a dog, there is plenty of space where an area could be designated dog-friendly.

Beautiful old hotel in fabulous condition. Elegant through out. Top notch service and fantastic with the dog. Best location in town for a hotel. If you are even close it is worth the trip. A casino in town(walking distance)on par with Monaco.

The Brenners Hotel and Spa property is simply sublime and exquisite. The gardens are beautiful and peaceful and form the back drop for relaxing moments sipping beverages or enjoying quiet time. The Fritz and Felix restaurant is excellent and among the best in Baden Baden. The bar is gorgeous and the bartenders and service staff in general are all on top of their game.

Brienner s is hands down the most hospitable hotel I’ve ever stayed at. The room was very pretty & very comfortable & the grounds are gorgeous. We walked the short distance into town for coffee & cakes & it was lovely. Highly recommended!

Charming, old style hotel; not inexpensive but very good quality. The Wintergarten restaurant with live music is very traditional and pleasant. The new Fritz and Felix restaurant is rather noisier and edgier, and probably appeals more to younger visitors.

Brenner’s has a beautiful property, and while the building is old, the rooms are somewhat updated. The concierge was very helpful with suggesting fun activities and good restaurants. Spa treatments were excellent and a must-do! One downside was that the restaurants in the hotel were very expensive and not that great.
