I don’t know why you are emailing me this request to review when you know we couldn’t stay at this hotel - we wasted the first evening of our vacation moving to another hotel - I booked and paid for a twin room and got a single bed!!

This is a wonderful boutique hotel. It surpassed my expectations. Beautiful facilities, excellent attention to the most minimum detail. Very attractive decor, extreme cleanliness, and friendly/professional staff. Excellent breakfast prepared to order by private chef. The surrounding area is very interesting, located in a narrow quiet street in a very old neighborhood of Mexico city. It is located only half a block from a busy commercial street where there are pharmacies and convenient stores within two blocks. It is the best location to visit the historical center of Mexico City. It is at walking distance from major museums, galleries and historical buildings and about a 30 minutes Uber ride to get to the trendy restaurants in the Polanco, Roma and Reforma areas.- I will definitely go back to this hotel any time.

10/10 recommended!! Excellent, lovely, professional, respectful staff. The whole time we were there, we really thought we were the only ones there, thats how private and calm the environment is. Breakfast by the chef was exquisite!! Made us feel like we were home. The spa tub came in handy after long walks. Definitely going to be coming back to this hotel. Security in the hotel is always aware of its host. They were happy to give us a tour around the hotel, that by the way is VERY interesting. We have zero complaints. Thank you so much!!
