Liked: Comfortable mattress, quiet, safe, great location, helpful and friendly service staff, great room toiletries and water in room every day included, and amazing breakfast!
Disliked: Lighting in room is terrible, no lighted makeup mirror, unsupportive pillows, limited rooms with king size beds or 2 queen beds, and not enough towels provided for rooms with 2 occupants

I arrived somewhat late, and it was very dark, it wasnt very clear where was the door...

It is in prime location walkable to many restaurants, cafes, bars and shops. Staffs are really friendly and helpful.

Love the property, private roof top parties not so much. Thanks for the ear plugs and all, but at least invite me to the party if you’re going to be so loud I can hear it over a noise maker and noise canceling earphones.
Otherwise the stay was terrific. Nice and friendly, helpful staff. Killer location. Next time I’ll get a room with an actual window, the superior rooms are standard at best (no exterior windows and very small) but you get what you pay for.
I’d definitely come back.

Staff is attentive and courteous. Overall a great stay!

Overall, great hotel and we will stay at the Brick again. Staff were attentive and nice. Property was clean & rooms were well maintained. Two flags to watch out for: Lower level rooms (Superior Room is what we booked) do not have windows & are inward facing which is just brutal and the room description does not specify this. Our room rate included breakfast but they tried to serve us a continental breakfast which we pushed back on and got a full a la carte breakfast for our stay.

Great service and great food. Extremely small room and the tv remote was frustratingly difficult to get to work.

Nice hotel and area, close to very good restaurants and cute shops. Staff is super friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was good. The only issue I had was sometimes we would come back to the room after dinner and that would be a smell of sewage coming out from the bathroom. The last day they were doing repairs outside of our door so the noise woke us up early. Besides that I’d recommend Brick!

Originally I was pretty overwhelmed with all the nice hotel options in Mexico City, but I'm so glad I decided to go with Brick. I had a case of altitude illness on a solo trip and every single person who worked at Brick went above and beyond to take care of me. I hadn't even checked in yet, yet they were so concerned and went out of their way to make sure someone could check me and be sure I'm okay. I don't know what I would have done if it wasn't for them. Not to mention the hotel itself is gorgeous, clean, and perfectly silent/tranquil. I know CDMX has a lot of noise issues, but none here whatsoever. The location is also perfect. I honestly can't fault anything. The perfect hotel and I can't wait to be back.

Grossly overpriced and dances with misrepresentations. People very nice.
Rented the rooftop unit. Broken glass in the balcony railings making it scary to use. Broken toilet components exposed. No ability to bag dirty clothes without an expensive bag they offer for sale. Compared to other high end places double the price. The rooftop looked at their trees. No view. If it was 1/3 the price then I wouldn’t write. Buyer beware.

Loved this hotel! Beautiful design, excellent service, great food and close to lots of restaurants, cafes and shopping.

Gorgeous room; I got upgraded to one with a balcony and it was simply lovely. The service is exceptional - kind, thorough, and attentive. Small spots in the bathroom are showing their age and there was a whirring coming from the AC and the TV controls needed some explaining... Other than those small details, I'd highly recommend. SUPER location in the heart of Roma. Wonderful experience, well worth the price.

Lovely hotel with the best concierge team and reception. Rooms can be small and there was a particular smell that lingered from time to time.

I booked a room with queen bed and they gave me one with a twin bed instead.
The room was not at all what I expected from what I originally booked.

Overall we had a good stay. We booked a room with double room. I made the reservation on Expedia for 2 by accident after searching for rooms that could accommodate 3, we were charged an additional USD 100 per night even though this wasn’t noted anywhere on Expedia for an extra person charge. The room was nice but a little bit banged up. Sheets felt clean but had tiny stains, bathroom tiles were chipped. Great location, good service, one of the only hotels that would accommodate three to a room but had I known about the extra person charge, 2 single rooms elsewhere would have been the same price or cheaper even.

Excellent hotel. Location is perfect. Perks such as a free massage, welcome cocktail, free breakfast. Around the corner from top restaurants and panderias.

Gorgeous hotel with friendly, helpful staff in a fantastic location for waking and exploring the city.

Good operation and excellent location. Food is quite good and the rooms are well equipped. In our case, the big, strange thing was that we had a room with no windows! Not pleasant, even though the room was good. Service and personnel very good and friendly. We would go back, but only if we had a room with a window!

The hotel is in Roma and is very convenient to restaurants that were walkable. The lobby is clean and attractive. The restaurant was convenient and the (free) breakfast was tasty and the menu had many choices. The spa in the hotel was a surprise as was the massage that came with our stay. I would recommend this hotel to my friends/family.

The Brick hotel is located on great tree-lined street with excellent shopping, restaurants and bars. The hotel was itself was perfection. Our bathroom exhaust fan had an issue but the handyman came late at night to fix it quickly. I will definitely come back and stay at The Brick and recommend to anyone going to visit.

Great property and amazing neighborhood. It hosts some of the best restaurants in Mexico City within a 2 block radius. It does get noisy in the mornings when people leave for the airport…. It felt like walls were paper thin.

Amazing location close to the bougie hip things in Roma and a sleek beautiful hotel

Unique property in a trendy party of town with many shops and restaurants nearby. Very helpful staff

The hotel was beautiful and located in a great area but the noise at night was unbearable. I stayed for 6 nights and during at least 4 of the nights, there was either loud music or screaming bar patrons, creating such a loud racket that I could not sleep (even with the hotel supplied ear plugs) until after 11pm. On one of the nights, the hotel hosted an event with loud music lasting until at least 1-1:30am. I get that the hotel wants to make money but I would prefer to stay in a hotel that values their clients peace and quiet over their bar patrons.

Beautiful lobby, restaurant, and decor. However, was surprised to find after check in, there were no windows in many rooms. additionally, pillows were very flat and needed replacing (we had 4 pillows in the room, and all very flat).

Pretty noisy. Thin walls. Standard rooms don’t have windows.
