The best in Cuba.

Unfortunately, Casa Arian was not what we expected. It seemed that it was good taken care of in the past but now it was like abandoned. Dirty surfaces every where, and the yard was a mess. Noone else stayed there so it felt unsafe. When we arrived, our local driver insisted that we leave as he said the place was “peligroso” (=dangerous). We followed his advice and our instinct and immediately left to stay at another hotel.

Long story short, I’ll be back. Arian was there to greet me when I arrived, was warm and spoke perfect English and explained everything I needed to know. Wifi worked great, I spent the morning working online in the atrium while the friendly staff cleaned and made me coffees-thank you Andy! I observed the changing of sheets, the cleaning process etc. the place is CLEAN. Arian is about a 7 minute brisk walk through two parks to the Capitolio and lots of other sights to see. There was a cute Turkish family staying at the property as well as two Russian gentlemen. I observed 5 rooms in total which I made a mental note of since I want to bring my kids next time. Thank you Casa Arian!!

everything worked well as it should!

Great location. We had the only room with a balcony, towards a street. A bit noisy but we did not get disturbed. A breakfast of your choice at your time was available. A rooster cackoed in the morning in the backyard waking us up in just right time. Unfortunetely we had to leave the premises due to general Corona-lock down in Cuba. We still have not gotthe reimbursement for the seven days after our departure.

The only hope for this place is that 4 blocks away from capitolio. Around the area is squatter and scary and the entrance of the place will give you a hard time to get in. It’s a run down building. Terrible noise, you can hear everything with the grumpy owner I believe?

Casa Arian has a very antique style. Walking distance to the Capitolio and other historic places in Central Havana. The caretaker there named Henry is very accommodating and friendly. He will go over and beyond to cater your needs. Me and my bestfriend stayed here for 2 nights and he made it really enjoyable. If you are looking to experience the locals of Havana, here is a good place to stay. Just be prepared for the flight of stairs you'll take :D which is a good exercise since the Cuban food is very delicious!!!

Amazing! The staff was more than helpful; at any time ready to assist you with every need or wish.Location - 3 minutes to the Capitolio. The room we stayed was clean and comfortable. It was facing the street , so noisy, but we preferred it to the one without a window .Breakfasts good and freshly prepared; you can also order a delicious home cooked dinner for a reasonable price. We would definitely stay there again.

The staff were very helpful. The location is good. It could be a bit noisy in some rooms that are next to the eating area; but overall, it's a great choice; recommend it highly.
