i wasn't expect too much due to the price is lower than other motels and the level of the accommodation.however, this place was amazing. the room is very clean and all staffs are very friendly.

We travelled with our dog for a weekend event in Victoria. The location seemed convenient, there was availability and the price was very reasonable. Our expectations were perfectly met – super friendly staff, functional, comfy room with a complete kitchenette and even a green space right outside, so we could play with our dog. I will definitely go back.

The room was very, very basic but just perfectly fine for an overnight stay. It had 2 beds, a table & chairs, not a picture on the walls but really, who cares. The room was at the end of the property near the back so it was mostly quiet, just light traffic noise and then talking in the morning from the room next door which was heard through the connecting doors. The restaurant on site was a bonus. We had a small dog so having every room pet friendly was great. Good flooring for animals and plenty of space to walk, plus fridge and micro. Overall a very decent stay for budget hotel. Will definitely stay again.

A fantastic place to stay. Located just off the Pat Bay highway, the staff were amazingly warm and welcoming and the room was clean and well furnished. The bed was so comfortable!

The bathroom had black mould all over the shower. There was a bloody booger stuck to the wall by the bed. The walls and floor clearly have no insulation as you can hear EVERYTHING and I mean everything that goes on. The neighbours were extreme loud from the time they got to the hotel until 2am and then again starting at 4:30am. The hotel did nothing to stop the noise or compensate for the horrible stay. We will NOT be staying here again

Check in took a very long time. It took 3 rooms to find one that was ready. Not good when one is paying nearly $300 / night! Pillows were way too big - could not use them.

comfortable bed,clean. The door to the room needs to be upgraded,very difficult to open.Not having a lot of physical strength,I could not open the door myself, fortunately ,my husband was with me all the time,but he struggled to open that door. Got very annoying. A desk or separate table would be good to have for the laptop etc. Next time will choose a different room.

I would never stay here again. The floor of my room was filthy, and despite bringing this to the attention of the staff and their assurance that it would be taken care of, it was not. Parts of the shower were caked in black mould, which was the last straw. I left early and thankfully received a reimbursement for the night I did not stay there. Awful experience altogether.

This property is a nice option for those who are going to Butchart gardens and dont want to stay in Victoria. Though it was not cheap as it was booked last minute it was still a viable option. Recently renovated in the Ikea school of design the rooms are clean...well maintained if not soundproof.

Stayed with partner. Room was very neat and clean. Highly recommend it to those who takes ferry as it is closer to Airport and Ferry Terminal. Staff was very nice and helpful.

Walk-in ground floor unit was great for dogs. Loved the vinyl floors. The bathroom was small - no room for towels to hang dry for reuse. It was a bit out of the way, but overall, ok stay.

I had emailed asking for a room on the bottom floor, they had us on the top floor. Was able to get us a different room but told me "that's a downgrade." Yet didn't offer to change the price at all. I needed the low floor room for a senior with mobility issues. The window curtain had mold, there was also mold near one of the vents and the one tv remote did not work for the tv. I told the staff upon checkout (which was much friendlier than the other person I had when I checked in) yet again no offer for a discount or any compensation, just a thanks for letting us know. Hopefully nobody gets sick.

Super terrible experience that never seen in any part of the world . Facilities : Broken shower head, broken towel hang. Dirty linen. Mold windows curtain etc… Management : We booked 2 nights stay. We changed our room at first night due to the poor facilities and broken shower head. But then the staff only changed the room for us for the first night , and forget to update their computer system for the second night. What’s result was that our room was occupied by another people when we returned to hotel on the 2nd night. Our personal belongings and luggage were wrapped away without any notification or calls to confirm the situation. And we have to go back to the original room with no shower facilities due to full booking. What a motel! The staff lacks training obviously from top management to the cleaning helper.
