The overall hotel room was nice. The breakfast didn't have the items that was listed on the menu and it wasn't so tasty. There was no butter for the toast either.

Dripping shower head, noisy pipes, and only one elevator needs attending. Staff was excellent. Housekeeping was good and helpful. Our stay was pleasant and we would stay again.

No bottled water was provided. When we asked the front desk for water, they said it was only supplied to the Hilton honor members. There was only one elevator run during our stay, and it was crowded on every trip.

Trip was excellent , room was clean and comfortable.Front desk was friendly. However , when booked on website it states valet parking was 65 dollars upon checking in was advised it was 75 dollars a night. Room was 11th floor 1116

Hotel was pretty good. I was there for nearly a week and after the second day one of the two elevators broke down for the remainder of the trip. I probably spent a solid 4-6h+ of my trip waiting for the single elevator to take me down or up. It was extremely frustrating.

We love this hotel when we come to Chicago for a Bears game because of its incredible location. An easy 15 minute walk to the stadium as well as conveniently located near restaurants and great scenery. The staff is very helpful and the rooms are clean and comfortable.

It was a great stay with nothing to complain about.

We had a corner suite on the 19th floor with a city view that was amazing. I loved the windows so, so much. Our room was very clean, the staff were super friendly and helpful, and the free breakfast was really good. My kids enjoyed the pool, as well. Great location, we were able to walk or take the L to all of the places we wanted to go while we were in Chicago. Many restaurants within 5 minutes. Highly recommend this hotel!

The television in the bedroom did not work. We called maintenance and they tried to fix but said he was unable to so it would need to be fixed the next day. Being at a hotel with no working television, and no solution was not ideal, especially since we were traveling with kids.
Also, not a fan of the hotel’s policy if our room was ready early, and we chose to check in then, we had to pay $25 fee. Seems a disservice to the guests to pay even more when a room is available and unused.

Wrong room even though I ordered 2 queen, staff didn’t clean my room, noisy because of the train near by.

It great until check out the lady that checked me out was very very rude and doesnt know how to talk to people. I glad the supervisor was there to help at the end.

Good location close to an El station. Clean and good condition. Staff was great.
My only complaint was the breakfast area. It wasn't very clean and I hated using disposable products.
If you're a runner this hotel has quick access to the Shoreline Trail.

Great place to stay. Staff were very friendly and the breakfast (included) was very good. Only issue (very minor) was that the stopper in the bathroom sick didn’t Work which meant the sink took a long time to drain - so minor we didn’t even report it as an issue, but it might annoy some others. Would stay again

They had no fruit or yogurt by the time I went to have my breakfast

My family and I stayed for the Taste Fest weekend. The couch and cushions and throw pillows were dirty. The floor looked worn out and furniture in general has seen its days. The bathroom was clean except for the black mold in the corner of the tub/shower. There was hardly any lighting in the kitchen area but the dirty refrigerator door was easy to see. We were given one extra roll of toilet paper and one roll of paper towel. Luckily, I brought extra from home because when we asked housekeeping for a roll, they said to put in a request with the front desk. Pretty disappointing seeing we overpaid for something mediocre. The front desk did get housekeeping to clean up the black mold. Despite the lack of cleanliness, the free breakfast was good and they accept pets (for a fee). Upside also is the location. Walking distance to the festival and directly across the street from Grant Park. Gorgeous view from the corner suite.

A little bit pricey but worth it. location is the best .

We stayed 5 nights. Place was nice and clean. Food was good. First issue is that they are pumping such heavy amounts of essential oils in the front entrance that you can't stay in the lobby for than a few minutes, and I'm not against smells. I guess that's probably why they do it but it's ALOT. The second issue is the provided crib. The Pack and Play had such a heavy fold in that mattress that it would not be sleep safe at all for a littler baby. Our baby was 5 months and able to lift his head but any smaller and it would be absolutely unsafe. Overall the stay was great.

Nice lake view and city view with sunrise, pool and jacuzzi, spacious room w kitchen. Would be nice if there is a coffee table and a pan and big bowl. And a radio/Bluetooth speaker will be nice

Good area. Walking distance to taste of Chicago. A lil too pricey but had a great daily complimentary breakfast. Beds are not to comfortable room ok clean water doesn’t get hot enough in shower. No iron but had a board. Stains on kitchen chairs. Freezer great drinks get cold fast. Left my drinks in the fridge so that’s 15$ wasted. Oh also held my car hostage even though we weren’t trying to check out at yet we could not put our items in the car without paying 65$ for parking just to get the car crazy work…

Great price for the room I got but it was a bit noisy with people next to us or across the hall slamming their doors shut. Also the water pipes made a weird vibrating sound anytime people above us used water.

The room was nice and the location was great for what we were doing. The service was terrible. Ran out of Shampoo, no conditioner, they didn’t clean our room and, after a couple calls finally cleaned it. Then they didn’t bring towels. Said they were out and that we could go do to front desk to get them. Paying so much for a hotel, you shouldn’t have to go get your own towels. Very disappointing for a Hilton owned property.

It was a little loud - there was construction and the train near by- but there is little they can do about that- but if someone wants quiet this was not the spot.

Had a wonderful stay for 3 nights with my best friend . We loved the room and amenities . Our only complaint was we were told they clean every other day and they never did in the 3 days there . It was easy to call and get more towels , coffee etc so it wasn’t a huge deal as we kept the room clean. Beautiful room and nice breakfast with different options each day.
