It was amazing

Great stay, great hotel. Only thing was that i wanted to check in early with having kids and put away my luggage they wanted to charge $50 for early check in.

Enjoyed the stay. Clean and friendly. I just enjoy fresh towels daily. Was able to get on own which helped.

Fabulous hotel. Very friendly and helpful staff. Beautiful view from th 20th floor. Very, very clean. Very convenient to the conference space.

Functional, clean, friendly. Good value!
I would say is the heat/AC system is very loud. Had trouble staying asleep when it would start up/shut down.
Also - pillows are really, really small for some reason.

Great room, very quiet and comfortable, but there wasn't any shampoo, conditioner, or soap in the bath. Glad I brought my own!

The stay was fine. But what sticks with me was when I checked in, I was told that there was a room available to me for (slightly) early check-in, but it would cost $30 extra. I travel a lot and never encountered a charge like this. It was a very expensive hotel and it seemed really petty to me. The staff overall was very friendly, the location of the hotel just okay--by Chinatown. Overall, like I wrote, it was fine.

Wish there was a more versatile water boiler in the room for hot water and not a coffee maker.
Breakfast staff also not very friendly. One had her prayers (through radio or app) on very loudly while at work.

I had booked two queen-size bed rooms for two people, but I received one king-size bed room and two queen-size bed rooms instead. I was disappointed with the booking process through Expedia.

Coffee pot was never cleaned, and refrigerator not working

We did not have our room cleaned after the first night, and were not supplied with clean towels until notifying the front desk when... they supplied clean towels but did not remove the used towels. The used towels were very wet and remained stacked in the shower area. After bathing, we had to then wipe-down the floor and sink area because the shower sprayed water all over the floor in this handicapped bath/shower. Bed sheets had visible dirt all over the bottom of the bed, as it was obvious that the dirty sheets were not changed prior to our reservation.
Additionally, we could not use their kiosk to purchase snack or drink items because we were told it was not functioning correctly. The desk stated they were too busy to charge our purchases, so we had to go over to McCormick Place to purchase our items.
I will need to to find a different lodging vendor now for my frequent McCormick Place visits going forward.

Everything was great and so easy to get to Soldier Field for P!nk concert. We were in room 827 and the AC just didn’t seem to cool well - it wasn’t super hot but also wasn’t the 70 degrees we set it at.

Not a bad leave, Valet Parking was expensive but other than that no complaints, they were very nice

Very comfortable hotel. Due to Lollapalooza, we stayed considerably south of our usual hotel location, but were very happy with the location and service. Close to the CTA green-line station and multiple highway on-ramps. We were very pleased with breakfast, which was less-crowded than we are used to in similar hotels. The only drawback was the lack of firm pillows, which I've come to expect in hotels over the past 5 years.

I stayed here for a concert at Soldier Field. The hotel was conveniently located. There were several options for places to eat nearby. Quick Uber/Lyft ride to Downtown Chicago. Very friendly and accommodating staff. Clean rooms, free breakfast, valet parking.

The room was dirty and when I switched to another room there were still stains in the sheets and the shower was dirty. At that point I just stayed in that room. For the money I paid, would not stay here again.

Excellent facilities and location. Breakfast was top notch. We thought the price reasonable for Chicago as well.

Our family hotel stay was good from start to finish. The location was perfect right next to the event venue. The bridge feature was wheelchair accessible which was very helpful during out entire 5 day stay. The only issue we experienced was the inability to add our Hilton rewards info onto our reservation before or after our stay. Therefore, we were unable to utilize the digital check in or check out.

As soon as we walked in, we knew we were going to enjoy our stay. Our room was Beautiful and Clean. We were in town for George Strait Concert. Was a safe walk to Soldier Field. We will be back.

The hotel was different in that there ŵere 3 hotels in one. My hotel was great, very updates and clean and the dtaff was very friendly. I would stay here again. The neighborhood is great, plenty of restaurants within ealking distance.

What appeared to be bed sheets and towels in a plastic bag remained in the hallway from 3pm until the next morning.

I didn't like that valet parking was the only parking option of the hotel. In addition, there's a 3x limit to pull the car in and out when needed.

Pool was too small and crowded to service the 3 hotels
3.0 / 10.0
Breakfast was way over crowded
6.0 / 10.0
We were on the 12th floor. No hot water would come to the bathroom sink at all ever! Also, the valet parking people, who have the job of parking cars and get paid for it, expect a tip. Weird. I was a teacher for 34 years; I never got a tip.

Everything was great, but on Saturday night there was very loud music playing and we could not sleep. The music, which was not very good, finally ended at about 4AM. Not sure if the music was in the hotel or at an outside venue.
Pity
