This is my second time in the hotel and is a pleasure. The staff is so friendly, the area is perfectly centric and the rooms and common areas exquisite. A+. Great coffee too. The details are a must! The coffee, the water bottle, the toothbrush, fully appreciated.

While the location is great, this hotel has seen better days. Worn walls, linens, and furniture...this hotel is in desperate need of a face lift. Uncomfortable rooms. Breakfast is pretty basic.

It probably doesn’t get more central in Bilbao than this. The old town with a variety of eateries just round the corner and Guggenheim a 15 min walk away

Big disappointment with our view "view over the city" was just the next buildings wall. A strange decoration mix that makes you wonder if the designer was sober! In this historic building they had a chance to make something special but instead went "wild and crazy". Breakfast was fine.

Staff were really friendly and helpful. The hotel is perfectly located by the historic quarter and easy walk to most places. The room had some scuff marks on the wall at the entryway but other than that was great and as pictured.

Our 5 night stay started a little bit awkwardly when we were allocated a room without any view when we had booked a City View. The staff found us a better room on our second day and that was much more to our satisfaction. The hotel is quiet, has a nice rooftop bar with super views and is very centrally located to walk anywhere in the city.

Very good hotel in the middle of old town Bilbao. Perfect place to explore Bilbao. We were there during Semana Grande, a big 9 day festival which also continued during night. The hotel was in the middle of this. Very nice but unfortunafely also very loud during the night. But in the end a unique experience.

This hotel has a very good location over a main square and very close to the old town. Breakfast is good. The room is comfortable, but a bit tiny. The scariest thing here is no privacy in shower or in the toilet as the doors are see-through. It was horribly awkward to look away when your travel company was showering or in the toilet.

I love the location of this hotel, the hotel was fine, breakfast is okay, something I totally hate is the bathroom, zero privacy! all glass, including shower and toilet area! and the door is just a glass door. The room for 4 people was minuscule and we did not even had room for our luggages since the sofa bed was open for my 2 kids. Except for the space and the awful bathroom everything else was fine. BUT the location is unbeatable!

Decent amenities in the perfect part of town. The breakfast buffet is really good too. The only thing I can say about it is that I personally wouldn’t share this room with another person because the bathroom wasn’t nearly private enough. Bathroom just had a translucent glass door that only swings shut, no lock. This wasn’t a problem for me on this particular trip, but as I often travel with friends or siblings it is worth mentioning

Nice location in the city centre, most of the important places are a few minutes from the hotel. One important thing is that they don’t have parking at the hotel, they use a private parking very close to the hotel, they do the valet parking.

A nice hotel in the old town! We chose this because of the rooftop terrace, which was closed in July. We told the staff about it, and it would have been so easy for them to compensate with a glas of wine in the bar…But they didn’t. Hard beds and really bad coffee for breakfast. When you pay more than €200/night you could expect more.

I was very disappointed with this booking, having booked it because it had a rooftop bar. This had not opened during our stay and wasn’t due to open for at least another week. This wasn’t stated on the website or during the booking, so feel like the facilities were mis sold.

We had pre-paid two nights in a room with a city view, which is evident from our receipt. However, we were given a room without any daylight. Claustrophobic and plagued by noise - with a small window to a covered elevator shaft. We requested without success both day 1 and day 2 for another room. I

I have never left a review before but our stay at this hotel was terrible. The staff at reception were very rude to us numerous times. It said on the website it was a pet friendly hotel but when we arrived we were told we would be charged an extra €20 per night for our dog. The website said it had a private car park but they did not have car park, they offered a 10% discount for a car park 1km away. The gym was tiny and the breakfast was terrible. The furniture in our room was filthy. Do not stay in this hotel, it was very quiet in the middle of the summer.
