The hotel was so bad I had to book another one on the same day. Hotel.com staff were super helped up and understanding and helped me through.
But not only was the hotel was extremely bad, when asked for refund(I sent pictures of a dirty bed, no moving space within the room, and voiced my concern that even tho it was supposed to be an all female floor, men were using the bathroom and had easy and free access to our beds) they only refunded me 20$ out of the 600$ I paid.
So: hotel has no common area, the floors that are supposed to be separate are mixed, the beds are dirty, inside the capsule is extremely hot, no space to open any kind of luggage, the showers had extreme mold, the staff were no where to been seen and the hotel is located on a fabric factory street(the smell of chemicals is pungent).

Below average.

The bed was horrible, it's kind of dirty and messy everywhere in the place and one day I found my luggages and all my stuff on the ground because I used the wrong locker, the manager just let it here lol... I don't recommend it at all

It’s very easy access to places.

Capsules were clean, but the toilets and shower area never felt as clean as other hostels at the same price. Wasnt sure how often they were cleaned either. The first night the AC wasn't working either so it was really hot and uncomfortable in the room but they fixed it the next morning. Location is pretty close to subway and all the popular areas in seoul. Althought the hotel is in a random street with construction warehouses and stores next to it.

Simple. Near the train station

I ended up not staying in the hotel after seeing the poor conditions even I paid for it. It looks like they put a few bed in the middle of a construction zone. If you have a very limited budget, then it wouldn’t kill you to stay here but otherwise I wouldn’t recommend.

This experience almost made me fly straight back home.
- Intense mold smell everywhere
- the linen is filthy. Mine had crust spots on it the owner claimed were "cleaning solution". Would be funny if it wasn't absolutely disgusting.
- Bathrooms are unclean and the ancient plunger sat in a "puddle" in my floor's bathroom.
- The shower room is moldy and dirty
- Hole place felt so unclean I slept above* the blankets, in the clothes I'd worn all day and travelled internationally in.
The front desk man Joon was understanding, but his boss was not. He was aggressive, dismissive, and thought he could intimidate me out of my refund. Nope! (I'm assuming he's a slumlord in general, but it could not have helped that I was a young solo female traveller.)
BUYER BEWARE! I would SKIP Korea before I stayed in a place this gross. Don't do it!

No customer service. Most of the times didnt have towels. But easy to get to and no other hassles. Not bad. Could definitely need more customer service on site

Honestly, I loved it. 10/10 recommend and would do again.
At no point did I have contact with a staff person. Everything was self explanatory and prepared ahead for you.

The condition and pas size was ok, but the cleanliness needs to improve!

The stay was excellent ! However they should have staff manning the front desk from opening of check in till close of check in .
Instead of putting a sheet of paper out front with code to enter this should be sent in an email or text to each individual personally . Otherwise anyone can enter in the premises

The reviews for this place are definitely misleading; at least they were to me.
Everything felt dirty and unclean.
From the beginning, the staff working didn't even acknowledge me when I arrived. They don't even check your ID either to make sure that you are who you say you are.
When getting into your capsule, you will see tons of debris, hair, and stains in all the nooks and crevices. It seems like they don't even take a chance to vacuum or wipe down the place.
The washroom is in the stairwell. There is no hot water coming to the sink that I used even though I ran it for 30 seconds. There is no paper towels provided to wipe down your hands afterwards.
Moving on to the showers, they are filthy. Stains and hair absolutely everywhere in the shower stall.
You are provided towels that seem used a million times over. There are slippers that are provided on each floor, but half of them are completely destroyed by use.
On my floor there were drying racks in the hallway and in the stair well with towels and blankets.
The immediate vicinity around this place is very residential and industrial.
There is a pin provided for the front door if you will be going in and out after hours, but the pin and instructions is posted right on the front door for everyone to see so what's the point. And I came back after the time the front door should've been locked, yet it was unlocked.
Maybe this place isn't catered to people like me, but I don't know how anyone can recommend this place.

My stay was great! Went to Seoul for a solo vacation and this place was perfect. It was quiet, I can lock my little pod while I I’m in there, enough space for me to sit up completely, bright enough in the pod and also a little in pod air conditioning unit that run by a on off switch and it worked great! My locker was big enough, although I locked myself out of my locker but I was told of a master key that was able to unlock it for me. The response time to my emails for whenever I had a question was great! The bathroom was clean but keep in mind there is just one bathroom per floor and it’s in the stairwell. The showers were hot and you could lock the door behind you, I would recommend bringing shower shoes just in case (that’s what I did). They are only at the front desk from 11-6pm but you have a door code so you can get in at any time of the day. The hotel is only 25 minute walk from the main part of Myeongdong and there are a couple Starbucks on the way as well as other food places. There is also a convenience store like 3 minutes from the hotel (maybe less) you can see it from the entrance. Now this place isn’t a 5 start hotel, I think of it like a hostel with a tiny bit more privacy. It could be cleaner but it’s not bad enough to deter you. It’s the perfect place if all you need is a bed, toilet and shower. I was out all day everyday and only came back to sleep so it worked perfectly for me. The bus to and from the airport is like a 5 minute walk from the hotel also!

We didn’t like that anyone has access to all levels. Even though we were on an all female level everyone staying at the capsule had access to each floor via the lift and rear stairwell.

I didn’t expect a lots since this is budget hotel but still I was so disappointed because of cleanliness (towel was obviously dirty and has stained, hairs is everywhere in my personal cabin). Even if it’s only for sleeping, I still cannot accept and I checked out right away on same day as checking in

nice location (5 mins walk from metro station), nice staff, toilet and shower is satisfactory, reasonably priced, only the bed is slightly stuffy (in winter it is okay......but really a hard time in summer)
conclusion: recommend

I came to Seoul for 1 night only so I booked the capsule rather than hotel. This place is very comfortable, clean and tidy. The staff is also nice. If I need to have a short stay in Seoul in the future, I will choose here again.

I loved the convenience of this place. Extremely close to major street food markets like Meyongdong and Gwangjang market. In fact, I walked to those places a few times, about 10 -15 min walk. The cleanliness of the bathroom and bedroom is superb! Maybe the toilet can be a little bit better if a better scented air refresher was used. The locker is extremely large, large enough to fit 1 large 1 small suitcase.Staff was friendly :) and English speaking! Very open to suggestions. For a backpacker, id definitely go back again!
