Excelente ubicación y condiciones de las instalaciones. Silencioso. Staff amigable y amable en general. Lo malo es que ya no incluyen desayuno como antes, encontramos algo de cabello en el baño y un poco sucio en el suelo cerca de la cama. Lo pésimo fue que la camarista entro sin avisar estando ahi mi esposa y yo vistiendonos saliendo de bañarnos

I booked for a 2-night stay. When i got there, they said that they had to fix the a/c in the room the next day around 1:00pm. They offered a room next door with no balcony, smaller room, no tub. But the price would be the same to the room i made reservation for with balcony and tub which was the Junior Suite. I asked if they would be able to lower the price due to the inconvenience and downgraded room but they wouldn’t honor it. So, i checked-out and went to another hotel. It was hard finding another hotel because either fully booked or price was too high. Other than that, the Junior Suite was really nice!

Unfortunately the service from the front desk and the restaurant ruins the good work that people are doing in the hotel. First of all they gave us a key that opened a different room, we had room 309, by accident we went to room 308 and we were able to open that room with the key. Luckily nobody was there. Then the restaurant, the food for breakfast, was very poor. We decided to buy our own breakfast, à la cart, but he was Very poor quality and very primitive service tour. The room did not have enough towels, and requested extra towels, it took about two hours to get the extra towels. It was about 11 o’clock at night when the towels came in. Also at the checkout, when we are in our car ready to leave we had the front desk person running out of the hotel accusing us of stealing a towel, she told us to go upstairs to the room to check where was the towel. We offer her to check our luggage, to go in the trunk of our car and look at our suitcases to found as stolen towel, we feel accused, and also we were asked to go upstairs to look for the towel, when actually it was no towel missing at all. We travel a lot all over the world for a long time, we retired people, and this is the first time ever they were accused of stealing it towel. Very poor service, very disappointing in the way things were handled, and definitely this is what is ruining your hotel, the service, the facilities are fine and actually very nice, but I had to deal my whole stay with stuff that is not trained.

Price is excellent. Location is excellent. Very clean hotel everything is new. Howsekeeping lady (Meche) very nice person. Staff very friendly. Only $25 US dollars per night for 1st floor rooms without city view but with small room patio .

The staff was extremely friendly and professional. Anytime I needed something, they would accommodate my needs immediately. Even though my lunch was extremely disappointing; a tortilla with bad lunch meat and barely melted American cheese (definitely microwaved), I would stay here again. The terrace was stunning with the views. The hotel was within walking distance to the La Catedral, Zocalo, Museums, tour buses, and more. And Victor Espinoza was always there to help. 4 stars from me. El personal fue extremadamente amable y profesional. Cada vez que necesitaba algo, atendieron mis necesidades de inmediato. Aunque mi almuerzo fue extremadamente decepcionante; una tortilla con fiambres en mal estado y queso americano apenas derretido (sin duda en el microondas), se quedaría aquí de nuevo. La terraza era increíble con las vistas. El hotel estaba a poca distancia de La Catedral, el Zócalo, museos, autobuses turísticos y más. Y Víctor Espinoza siempre estuvo ahí para ayudar. 4 estrellas de mí.

Terrible experiencia en este hotel ya que chocaron nuestro automóvil en el valet parking y no quisieron dar la cara. Las personas a cargo no respondieron y no había gerente en turno. Solo le dieron vueltas al asunto jugando con la desesperación y tiempo del cliente. Si van a ofrecer un servicio de valet deben de estar preparados para ello.

It is in a great location in the historic center and you can walk to everything. The only slight downside is that you can hear noises from the courtyard early since they serve breakfast there, but it’s not too bad.
