No luxury very basic. The complex was run down and the grounds poorly maintained virtually no grass just scrub. The rubbish bins were overflowing with piles of rubbish bags at the side which were torn apart by the cats, bearing in mind that all your toilet paper is placed in bin bags and put out in these communal bins rather than down the toilet. The property was advertised as 2 double bedrooms and a double bed settee therefore available for 6 people. There were 5 dinner plates, 6 side plates, no bowls, 1 wine glass only, and only 2 tea spoons. No toaster, only 2 saucepans and 1 small frying pan. The whole point of self catering is to cook for oneself this was barely possible. There was no shower rail or curtain in the en-suite bathroom so water flowed all over the floor I had to purchase floor mats. The toilet in the en-suite was loose and wobbled when you sat down, the toilet seat was also broken. It was stated that there were free toiletries provided, this was 1 bar of soap between 2 bathrooms. The toilet in the main bathroom leaked.
There was just 1 bath towel and 1 hand towel per person, no spares and no changes in the 2 week stay. You had to put a fob attached to the keys in a slot for the electric but the front door needed the key to open it from the inside but doing so plunged the place into darkness, very dangerous. It is disgraceful to call this place luxury it was barely adequate. We phoned to complain and after waiting 3 hrs gave up no one came or phoned back.
