Very pleasant stay with their green concept , it’s very environment friendly depend on the guest.
Friendly staff and room is large and have everything! Thank you~

It was great. We had a very comfortable abd clean room. The shared kitchen was well equipped and no one was in therd late so we watched tv undisturbed. The highlight was how helpful and kind the staff were.
4.3
Good location and reasonable price. The elevator and mattress seemed to have a persistent smell of body odour, although everything looked pretty clean.
Other than that, very functional accommodation.
4.3
Very central and convenient
4.3
Hard to find it because the name on the building is not the one used on Hotel, com website, no sreet address is posted on Hotel.com or on confirmaion, the bed was horrific, like sleeping on a steel plate and the parking was blocks away. Unless you are really young, dont do it!
4.3
Super helpful and friendly staff. Great location and very comfortable.
4.3
Spotless!! Staff are AMAZING!! Central, comfy, nighttime views are so pretty from the living area. Would definitely recommend
4.3
comfortable bed b Lackut more suitable for one person as one side is pushed towards a wall, quite hot despite low temperatures due to ample glass wondows. Quite a small room. Big kitchen but hardly any cups or plates. Great location though for exploring and magnificent views over the town.
4.3
Walk distance to city centre.
4.3
Nice and clean modern room, friendly and helpful staff.
Bed wasn’t the most comfortable.
Music from a club nearby was very loud - although it was a Fri night.
4.3
The room was fine - clean, comfy bed, towels, and lots of hot water. The kitchen (shared space) was a disaster. Had to ask for trash to be removed twice, the boiler leaked all over the counter, and people didn't clean their dishes. There was no sign saying to clean up after yourself (can't believe I am writing that, but some people need instructions on being good humans). The staff didn't clean the kitchen either, except maybe every other day. The place is student housing, so maybe they aren't used to running a hostel/hotel. Location is great. Office staff is awesome. The laundry app stole my money. Don't use it.
4.3
Excellent quality like a 4 star hotel room a little smaller. Lovely toilet & shower beautifully tiled. Great bed, very secure just follow the instructions. Check in excellent, lots of food choices & pubs nearby 5 mins from M&S , shops English market. Church of Irekand Cathedral impressive 10 mins away. Lovely view from my room over the River Cathedral
Kettle in shared Kitchen (secure to 5 people) bring your own stuff..20/25 mins to rail station, 10/15 mins to bus station. Bring your ear plugs as it is a lively city centre location in case you need them, I didn't

Student dorm, brand new. Small room, bathroom en suite. Basic but adequate
4.3
Clean and perfect size.

Great find in the heart of the city. Wonderful night porter helped me get a cab and ensured I was in safe and sound. One thing…. Not a criticism but good to know for future trips that there are no hair dryers in the room. Great stay overall!
4.3
Very clean place and helpful young staff.Only the bathroom's basin had blocked.
4.3
Very central, very handy, has exactly what you need for a cuty stay.
4.3
It was really nice, but really hot in the flat. Not a lot of stuff in the kitchen, but good stay overall
4.3
Laid back friendly and helpful great location - would recommend
4.3
Very good value for money central location .. not much room to move about but fine for an overnighted stay .. shower was rubbish tho..barely a trickle!!!
4.3
Ideally and centrally located

Student accommodation. The location is brilliant. City is right on your doorstep.
4.3
As student accommodation, its probably a top rating - but when I first searched for this it stated ApartHotel. When we've stayed in that type, they range from studio flat to a suite of rooms - not a small study bedroom with shared kitchen, dining, lounge! This should be advertised in the Hostel category.
So we gave it a go but suffered late night noise and the usual lack of washing up; tried setting the (already loaded) dishwasher going but no tablets - if you're going to rent out a shared kitchen it needs servicing once a day.
Parking was in a remote multi-storey in city centre, so not secure. Discounted rate claimed to be E26 but turned out to be E34.

Very loud, in a great area if you want to go partying. Unfortunately I was in cork for a triathlon and my Expedia accomodation cancelled 3 days before the race and this was the only alternative they could offer. The building is modern and has good facilities, location is good. But it was roasting hot inside and so loud outside. It’s adjacent to a load of bars and clubs. Also, although bathrooms and beds were clean the floors were pretty dirty. Every time we went through the lobby the cleaners were drinking and smoking. Constantly. More cleaning less partying guys. Would be less of an issue if the floors weren’t stinking.

The accommodation wasn’t suitable for me and my sister - we are in our 60’s it was very noisy -party's going off until at least 3am every morning - Due to the hot weather we had to keep our window open so couldn’t lesson the noise -we were very disappointed with it
4.3
Fantastic location, very clean, would stay again!
4.3
Downtown so easy to walk any where. Could hear some noise from the bars because I had the window open but it wasn’t bad and I would definitely stay here again and would recommend to others.
4.3
Very noisy neighbors at night; otherwise excellent.

Towels had what I hope were stains on them. Shower was clogged and took forever to drain. Doors didn’t lock from the inside so had to lug stuff to three different rooms before getting a room with a working lock.
4.3
Very clean and great location

Lee Point is in an excellent central location to explore the city. It's a new building and as expected the rooms are clean , neat and tidy. The en suite bathrooms with walk-in shower are spacious and very clean. It's a great option if you are in a group, our apartment had 8 en suite double bedrooms with a kitchen/lounge area. The reception staff were all very friendly and helpful. They allow you to leave your luggage in reception pre check in and after check out, which is great as it leaves you free to explore. I would definitely book again if I returned to Cork, overall a very pleasant stay.

When I originally booked this place it called itself Lee Point. It gave the impression of being an Apart Hotel and NOT student accommodation.
The price was on a par to other hotels available for these dates. I thought it would be nice to have an apartment for our stay as have done this on previous trips and quite liked it. We booked about 6 months before our trip was due.
As it got closer to the time I checked back on our booking only to discover they had changed their name to Lee Point STUDENT Accommodation. I was very angry with this and felt I had been duped into booking this accommodation when I would have clearly chosen another far superior hotel of similar price.
I tried numerous sites to try find alternative accommodation to no avail as everything was booked up. I contacted Hotels.com and got no satisfaction and was fobbed off.
If this had been priced as student accommodation/hostel and this is what you want, fair enough, it will do.
However as a hotel or even Apart Hotel it lacks in all departments.
1. Student Acc and you have to share apartment with 7 other rooms.
2. It's basic. No decor.
3. Very small uncomfortable bed.
4. No toiletries for shower (Couldn't have a shower)
5. Reception is like a student union. No reception bar/cafe or lounge to relax on arrival
6. Not the Cleanest. Visible dirt that had not been cleaned.
7. Noisy as can hear other guest in your apartment.
8. Breakfast definitely not included.
In short, book a hotel or even a B&B.

The positives: Extremely centrally located, clean, secure.
The negatives: Massively overpriced, extremely basic- no tv, no hairdryer, no kettle, no SOAP even! Poor mattress & only one pillow per person. Very noisy location and noisy building also.
At half the price I would have thought this place was fine. At what I was charged, it certainly was not.

Brilliant exceptional place to stay. Everything worked and was looked after. Worth a visit. Cork is a lovely place and it was made all the better with the accommodation

Compact and comfortable enough. The rooms are boiling and the windows only open a fraction. Beds are fairly comfortable. This was my second visit and unfortunately the duvet covers were dirty. First time everything was great though. Its a little noisy but as accommodation in the middle of the city it is great as a base.
