Everything was better than expected based on the reviews.
We got a four bedroom apartment (we only used three). It was clean, quiet, each bedroom had a set of towels and tubes of shampoo and shower gel. The kitchen had all the necessary utensils for cooking, free tea, coffee, sugar and cream.
For this amount was very good value for money.
Best Recommendations.
The staff at reception are very pleasant.
It's great to get a little taste of Irish student life.
Thank you very much for the comfort!

The location was really good for our purposes and it was easy to park our car. Receptionist were friendly and tried to help us. Kitchen was equipped and that's a plus.
First night, the receptionist broke into our apartment at midnight. She said she was looking for some lost keys... but you can imagine my shock when I got up in the middle of the night and I found somebody inside our apartment... my wife was shocked as well and we couldn't sleep well afterwards. Thanks god, none of our children realised or they would have entered in panick. I went to the reception office next morning to speak with the person in charge but I was not able to reach him/her. I didn't receive any apologies from the person in charge although I left a receptionist my message. Litter bins were not cleaned in our six days stay, nor any part of the apartment was cleaned at all by staff members or towels/linens changed. Some of the walls were not cleaned at all (rubbish was stuck)... the double bed was a 1.5 bed and the pillows were not comfortable at all.

We were a long long walk form the city center, but enjoyed the university area.
It was dark, unclean, and there were heavy and loud fire proof doors for every bedroom (4) and even the kitchen area. It was awful for a young family.
The check in staff person led us the wrong way to our room, we walked up a steep slippery hill with suitcases and kids.
It was over $300 per night.
The laundry facilities were crowded and expensive (3 euro per wash and per dry) and often didn't work.
The kitchen was so poorly equipped - not even a cutting board for cheese.

Good location near Cork city. Free parking and a good base to travel out of the city.
Not very clean, the cutlery and saucepans were dirty, around the shower doors were dirty.

Spotlessly clean and 4 bedrooms for a family of five. 4 bathrooms

Very good for a small group of friends meeting up to have a night out in the city. Cheap and Cheerful. Everything you need really.
Living area is ok for one night. Pretty tiny for any longer stays.

The location was good and free parking
The bedrooms had very heavy fire doors which were a big hazard for our two small children. The kitchen was very compact

The staff in the reception was very helpful .
The area is perfect, bus stop right around the corner, to bring you into City centre.
Plenty of parking.
Safe and secure.
We stayed before in summer student accommodation (in Galway 2020)but this is no comparison. Victoria lodge apartment (A 65) , it was clean, but the smell of the bath rooms was sickening. The paint in the rooms and bathrooms peeled of in places, the blind had mould on it , the windows are very thin and don't prevent noise pollution. The carpet in all rooms and the hallway smelled and looked as if "stuff " got spilled, or vomited on. The chairs in the kitchen looked very worn.
This shouldn't be a place for students, which have to fork out 6000€ per academic year, nor tourist for the summer .
If that much money comes in , than please invest some in the upkeep of the property.
Fact is we won't be back nor is this a recommendable place.👎

Living area a little small for family of 4.
7.0 / 10.0
The bed, the company, the microwave, the hallway
Small shower, the keycard for the room didn’t work and security weren’t helpful and kind of rude when asked to fix, no level 4 button in elevator
6.0 / 10.0
Clean, well appointed, spacious, good location, free parking.
Not suitable for families with small kid's as the bedroom doors have closers attached and the card locks are active. Water pressure was poor at times and seat's in living area were uncomfortable.
