Love this hotel and pool

Lovely overnight getaway to celebrate our anniversary. The staff was lovely and helpful, and the spa is absolutely incredible. The sweet spa staff managed to fit us both in for a massage last minute. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub, the buffet was good, and the espresso martini from 24/7 definitely hits the spot.

Fantastic stay! Hotel is clean, upscale, and easy to get around. food was great at the chophouse. only downside: roulette table was $25 table minimum with minimum of $5 chips, which is quite high, especially for a midweek and middle of the day. really prices out a lot of regular people who can't afford to spend a ton to play roulette for a short time.

Our stay was absolutely wonderful. If you are considering staying here. Book now! The hotel was beautiful, the room was modern, clean and spacious. The pool and hot-tub were nice and relaxing.

Forgot the safe combination and the security team helped me get it open with no hassle.

Front desk staff were exceptionally helpful. Demonstrated the high tech elevators. Very personable young men.

My daughter and I had few days get away. The hotel is very nice, comfortable beds, clean, restaurants were good and nice amenities. I would recommend the hotel.

Beautiful hotel and great slot machines. I won over $900 in a couple hours. So much fun. Can’t wait to come back.

For the resort-feel that you'd expect, it just did not live up. Check in was at 4, we showed up at 5. We had to another hour (2 hours past check-in time) for the room because of them being behind on cleaning. The TV in our room was broken when we entered and when we called the inform them, they just put it in their file and did nothing to offer switching our rooms, compensation, or anything else. The Chophouse restaurant was good and they did do a good job making us feel welcomed being our anniversary trip, however there was a lot of waiting around during our meal. They delivered our bread without butter, which showed up 10 minutes later. We waited 15 or more minutes for the table-side salad to come by and be made. By the time the table-side salad was made, we had to wait over 5 minutes for the other salad to show up. By the time we had our salads, they tried to deliver our food no more than 2 minutes later. They sent it back to wait since we just got our salad. They did not do a good job monitoring us, as we had several times our waters were empty and we again had to wait for our main food after we finished our salad. Again, the food was good, but our overall meal experience took forever. While out of their control, the police was banging on the door across the hall from us at 5-6am for at least 5 minutes. Pool was nice, casino was nice, and the room was in order. We had a good time, but it definitely could have been a better trip.

Front desk service was amazing. Provided a room perfect for my needs. Hiking just outside of town is underrated. Beautiful trails for a nice fall Colorado day.

Hotel rooms are top notch, love the size of room, bathroom is huge with beautiful shower. Very comfy quiet room.

We arrived , the valet gentleman was unfreindly, and the man at the front desk . We asked if we could park our bike up front because my husband is an amputee and other health issues. But they said we would have to park in the garage and walk back to the front. He almost fell 5 times. The beds where hard as a rock very uncomfortable

Well everything is ok until I come back from the casino and I need or i want to have a green tea in the room at 1:55 am and they don’t leave cups for hot

We had our anniversary and celebrated it at Monarch resort in Black Hawk, CO.

For being a brand new hotel I am shocked I could literally hear the people next to us doing… things I should hear.

This is a BEAUTIFUL hotel! Top tier service and cleanliness. Views are amazing as well.

They have a pretty modern escalator system and the employee (bigger bald guy) was super condescending and acted like I was an idiot for not being able to figure it out right away. That said, we all have bad days. Kid that checked me in was great.

Beyond my wildest belifs

Flew in from Hawaii for a three night stay and it was well worth it. Great room, wonderful casino and sportsbook. Two parking options you can either self park or valet. Missed out on pool and spa because l was to busy enjoying everything else. I would definitely love to come back and stay at this resort again.
