Parking with a trailer is tough. There is signage. So I had to go to the check in desk, which was difficult to find. The hotel lobby employee was not much help. He sent us to a parking lot that did not have room for our truck and trailer. However, a very nice employee came out and gave us permission to park in another lot. He helped us get to the lot by stopping traffic and letting security know that we were approved to park in that lot.

The room was OK… but the air conditioning unit didn’t really get cold. The rooms could use a refresh

Not the best experience and very much inconvenienced. Not worth the money or time to stay. Won't be back to your location, Toilet or tub leaked all over the floor, refrigerator would not cool, could not activate the safe for use, one elevator would not take my card tap, but if I went into the other elevator I did not have to swipe and was allowed access, coffe maker did not work.

Lost my ass

We pulled into garage having never been there. Hubby dropped me off at elevators. Ended up outside on the street. Went into casino across from hotel. Could not understand Security as to where the hotel lobby was. Signage was terrible!!! Called hotel, was told, i'm not really sure how to get in. Whaaat? After several frustrating time on the street, back in the garage and arguments on the phone with hubby.......we found the lobby check in. He was WONDERFUL! Room was great - had to walk thru casino to get to food. Would not stay again - but, we are not casino people. If you like casinos you may love the place.

Sink drain was broken, so was bath drain. When went to remove bath drain so we could shower, there was a bunch of hair.. sounded like someone tried kicking in our door around 3 so not sure what that was since we were on the top floor. Location wise was nice and we did sleep pretty well other than the slight disruptions

The shower didn't drain well.... Kinda gross. We got there and we had to go to a different tower because they sold out the rooms at Lady luck. We were tired and not expecting to get back on the road and go to a different destination. Even though it wasn't too far out was inconvenient. They said they have us a upgrade, but I beg to differ!!

The rooms and the rate were fine. I don’t understand why the taco bar closes so early and why the Lady Luck no longer does table games, shifting everything over to Horseshoe.

Your front staff is your 1st impression to facility and your staff Very Rude! Gave us a room where someone is already checked in! When asked to fix their error it was a nightmare. When making the two room reservation told requirements needed(frig and microwave) grandchild has Leukemia and meds must refrigerated and a microwave for his limited diet. No microwave in rooms and Lady Luck front desk said no to kitchen help ...sent us to HorseShoe knowing they didn't have access for one. So my grandson had to go without food!! Also asked about pools or restaurants. No pools and was told they allowed teens to eat in restaurant..Lie he wasn't allowed in. Walking at night 43° to get food and lied from Lady Luck and Horseshoe. Diamond reward member with Caesar and treated like this. We went on to Vegas and Caesar stated you should recomp us out rooms. They apologized for the issue it caused my cancerous grandson.Hope they fire all Fr by desk staff...air conditioners didn't work so maintenance brought a box fan. Wow. I give recommendations as I earned 3 10day cruises done last year and stay at Harrah, Horseshoe, Bally in Vegas and Black Hawk so disappointing!

In mountains

Check-in went smoothly. Dan was at the desk, and he was friendly and efficient. He answered my questions to my satisfaction. The room was nice except there was no bar soap in the bathroom. They have dispensers in the shower for soap etc. The bed was OK comfortable. I didn't gamble or eat at the hotel/casino opting instead to go over to Central City for the evening.

Unbelievable that we had to pay a $16.95 additional fee for services which did NOT include a pool, hot tub, nor weight room. I asked what this fee was for and I was told it was for the coffee pot and 2 small bottles of water in our room. What a joke as those items are included as complimentary in other hotels! We won’t be staying there again. Also, most casino hotels offer complimentary rooms after you’ve stayed there as well as gambled there but we still haven’t received anything complimentary. We discovered Central City and LOVED THEIR CASINOS, meal deals, low ATM fees, and super friendly staff. We plan to stay, eat and gamble at Central City on our next trip!

Lady Luck has always treated us right. Rooms are always clean and comfortable. The gentleman who checked us in was personable and nice. Made it quick and easy and even recognized it was my birthday two days prior and wished me a HBD. Great service in the Lady Luck bar/casino. Pina Colada’s are yummy! We will be back.

We booked a room at Lady Luck, but we're actually given a room at Horseshoe, an adjoining property owned by the same company. The room was huge and beautiful, very clean, with very comfortable beds. From photos, the Lady Luck rooms appear very similar to the Horseshoe rooms, if a little smaller. Highly recommended to anyone traveling through to Denver or who would like a nice few nights in a casino hotel.

The housekeeping is absolutely horrible. Stayed a week and after having to “request” room service, the housekeeping staff reluctantly attended our room. Fresh towels and sheets were provided only once for the entire week

The bartenders were very friendly and helpful when asked suggestions on where to go.

Had a great time with no problems. The staff was pretty nice and even the staff at the restaurants in the hotel were nice. The casino was also very clean and you get free drinks as long as you are playing which is a huge plus. The rooms were also very clean. Over all we had a good time, can’t really complain about anything
