Shannon and Carmen are outstanding park hosts. They know the area and recommend excellent places to eat and/or visit along the way.

Great staff, very helpful. We stayed in a cabin above the pool. Pretty clean, not perfect, but worked for us to stay in for two nights. Pool was well maintained.

I didn't get the room I paid for. The room was not cleaned properly. They just made excuses and said I must talk to expedia for compensation. Poor/ rude management. I do not recommend this property. AVOID IT AT ALL COST. EXPEDIA SHOULD NOT LIST THIS PROPERTY.

Lots of Activities, and plenty of food to eat close by.

I loved the cabin, the only thing was it did not have a restroom, but it was no far away.

Staying in a KOA cabin was much nicer than a hotel - quieter, our cabin had a cooktop, microwave, full size refrigerator. Bathroom was nice size for the small cabin

We booked the KOA as our family was in desperate need of a place to stay due to a delay in escrow closing on our new home. This location was absolutely perfect. The amenities like the playground, putt putt, bbq, and pool were exactly what we needed for our children. Staff were wonderful with the exception of the last person who would not allow us to pay for a late checkout even though it was advertised and offered to us at the beginning of our stay. That was disappointing and a little stressful on our last morning.

We stayed at the deluxe chalet on our trip to the Grand Canyon.
It was very spacious, clean and the staff was kind and helpful.
We enjoyed eating barbecue around the fire pit.
Parking was next to the cabin and this was very convenient.

We arrived at 8:42 and the office was closed. There was an after hours reservation basket with envelopes of the reservations that had not checked in and no envelope for us. We called the help number twice with no answer, we tried to get a refund from Expedia and so far that has not happened. We then reserved another room at a local Ramada Inn for the night. We paid twice for the same night.

Excellent… quaint deluxe cabin good midpoint between Las Vegas and the the South Rim

Everything was great! We arrived too late for in-person check in. Signs for late-check in were easy to follow and a map that was clearly marked was left for us along with our cabin number. The cabin was clean and comfortable. It had everything we needed.

We were friendly greeted upon check in, we were checked on at our little lodge to make sure everything was working properly. It was clean, stocked with linens and kitchen utensils, and quiet. We had a nice time here. Upon check out, we were asked again if everything was ok with our stay. It was our first time at a KOA property, and very happy with the experience.

Great place to stay for a family of 5. The KOA cabins were comfortable and clean. It is definitely a home away from home.

The staff was friendly and courteous. Cabin was comfortable.

This is a KOA, and as such, it's a bit scruffy and in a fairly lousy area - BUT! The cabin itself was absolutely delightful! I wasn't expecting it to be so well-appointed and attractive, with everything one needs for a nice stay.

I like that there are several options to choose from such as cabins, logdes, trailer, motorhome, deluxe cabin etc. Grounds are quiet and safe. One thing I didn't like was dirty lodge floors, that made my feet dirty walking around barefoot. Keep the lodging fees reasonable please.

It was cozy but the bed had a pad not a mattress but we were left with sheets and a couple of little pillows. The bath house is nice and clean but don’t forget to bring towels and wash clothes.

Initially when I checked in the older woman at the counter was extremely rude did not want to accommodate us. On my second day there was a different girl at the coin who was sweet nice communicative and accommodating. Loved our stay all around and the cabin. Definitely want to come again

Basic cabin was just that, BASIC! No sheets or towels and no bathroom! Had to walk around the corner from the cabin ay 2:30am to use the restroom! Bathrooms were in other buildings along with showers. I emailed the office before the visit and asked if I should bring any "necessities" like towels and the response I got was not helpful. After check-in, Josh on a golf cart was supposed to show me the cabin and he went to the opposite side of the campground to lead someone else to their space! Just weird! Also, housekeeping lady entered the cabin while my friend was still sleeping at 7:30am and, really!, what "housekeeping" needs to be done in a Basic cabin with nothing in it but beds, A/C, microwave and small fridge! Check out was 11:00am! The website needs to be more specific about what items are NOT SUPPLIED! Luckily, I brought sheets, pillows and towels or we would have been sleeping on plastic mattresses and not showering or going into the pool because of no towels.

The cabin we stayed in was excellent. It was clean with plenty of extra linens for the pull-out bed. Very cute! The area was a little dark. We checked in after hours. The only complaint I would have, is when I called to ask about the after hours check-in, they were already closed. Once we got there though, I easily found an envelope with my name and information.

The Wi-Fi does not work in the cabin it badly works outside. I had to ask for bedding and towels. Was made to feel like that was a major inconvenience to the staff. The mattress is about as thick as airport cushion. For the price of hotel this is a let down and wanted out as soon as I open the door.

It was great. The staff were friendly and on top of everything! The cleanest KOA I've been too with awesome amenities. We staid an extra night.

Cute and cozy cabin, very clean and quiet. Staff was very accommodating and kind, we came in very late well after the office closed. They left very detailed instructions on where to go and where our cabin was. Greeted by a warm room with lights on! We will be making a point to stay here again on our next trip down to AZ.

Never stayed at a KOA before so had no clue what to expect. My daughter and I both looked at the website but it wasnt exactly clear that the cabins (that were similarly priced as a fully functioning hotel room) were a bring your own. Didnt know that the CABIN we were renting didnt include things like a shower or bathroom, let alone a TV! We did however get the list of available TV channels, but the microwave had terrible reception seeing as we had no TV. The door had a gap large enough to keep a constant flow of cold air coming in the cabin while the little space heater struggled to keep up. We spent the night basically warm cold warm cold. We were left with a set of sheets ..one. rented a room with 2 beds, got 1 set of sheets for 1 bed 2 pillows (that were absolutely flat) with mismatched cases. Thankfully I had extra blankets in my truck so that my daughyer and i could each put a sheet on 2 beds and have something to cover up with (no blankets provided) because i reserved a room for 2 people...kind of dumb assuming wware sharing a bed. The rules state you can leave your trash but no food trash...whats the point in the trash can beside the fridge if you cant actually use it. The rules state you will be charged a cleaning fee of they SMELL that you cooked food in the cabin.....assuming everyone carries microwavable food that does not have a smell. That is absolutely asinine. The beds were what they use in prison, literally! At best 4 in thick! My body still hurts. Never again

We checked in late, we had two cabins. They were clean, but the bunkbeds would not work for our preteen who is 5"10 There was not a chair for me to sit in and I have a bad back. At 9 at night, we had to leave and rent someplace else. Very disappointed as there were 4 little ones.

Cute little cabin with amenities close by, which was just what we needed for an overnight stop on a road trip

The cabins were very clean. Would have liked to have towels, but we were just staying overnight, so we just waited to shower until our next stop.

The property could use more lighting, I was unclear how to get to my cabin. I found it, thanks to the map, but the site itself was very dark and hard to navigate. Some signage wouldn't hurt.
