Hmm. Where do I start with this place? I didn’t receive an email prior to arriving with directions or the lock box key code. Going off the Expedia info the cab driver took us to the wrong place. Google doesn’t recognize the address and defaults to a property down the road. Having never been there and left at the wrong location I was able to get a message to the host who then gave us the code. Somehow the code worked at the wrong location. After a few more messages and a phone call we realized we were in the wrong place. A 5 min walk up the road we finally found it. No outside light for the lock box. The place is grungy on the outside and I’d wished we’d booked at the neighbouring Christen Hotel. Upon entering, the apartment smells musty and mouldy. It was late by the time we finally got in so we were all off to bed. Our bed was damp. The whole place felt damp. It’s a well set up place but it’s quite small. Especially if you are from North America. Tiny kitchen, tiny living and dining area. There are gross throw rugs everywhere. The furniture is tired. The beds are lump and terribly uncomfortable. The 3rd bed is a futon that dubs as a couch and it’s low and terrible to get on and off of if you are above the age of 30. The kitchen has basics, all the dishes are chipped. There is a washing machine, no dryer. The chairs for the table are folding chairs. Very uncomfortable and not sturdy. Overall we found this to be in a nice location, but it fell short of the photos.

The location was very convenient, and parking was on site. The unit itself was grungy, throw rugs were dirty, and the unit smelled bad. Beds were lumpy and the linens were rough. I called the manager, who sent someone over with a plug in air freshener. Don’t stay here.

Apartment was in acceptable condition and the location was just 20 minutes by foot from the city center. Warm water pressure is terrible, takes very long and showering is not comfy. Parking in designated area. All kitchenware was provided and everything worked. Not sufficient chairs in dining room for 4 persons.

Good location Very noisy. Next to a hotel/pub, which was busy till late, then early morning deliveries. Neighbours were very loud. Right behind a school, the sports field was virtually outside the lounge window and was in use through the day and in the evening until late

Ideal location. Just a 10/15 minute walk to the centre and another 5 minutes to the river. The property was clean and supplied a dishwasher. Excellent for our breakfast dishes. The TV remote was not so good with the tv stuck on BBC1 and we had to switch off at the wall. A chair broke and we placed it in the cupboard where there was another broken chair. Basics were supplied, however, take some spare toilet roll. Dishwasher tablets, washing machine tablets, fairy liquid, cloths & tea towels all supplied. Plenty of crockery, pots & pans. Sufficient towels were left and hand wash galore. A comfortable stay, directly next door to the Hotel, where the staff were very friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay there again.

Great place to stay for seeing Inverness and being able to walk most places. The flat is well-equipped for feeling at home and being comfortable. We couldn't find a welcome book and text to owner seemed to go through but no answer, so not sure what we missed there. Enjoyed our time in Inverness and appreciated the comforts of home, included parking and washing machine.

Bathroom is a health hazard, it reeks of cat urine/mildew/mold smell and has no ventilation fan or window to air it out. Photos are misleading and make it look better than it is in real life. The exterior approach area is dirty, trashy and neglected. Inside, the entry hall carpet is grungy and the walls are bleak and stark. "Millburn Square" is a charming name but it's actually right on Millburn Road which is a very noisy and busy road bordering on a freeway. Google maps does not recognize the address and steered us on convoluted path from the bus station. No directions to the apartment were provided and the helpful guest welcome guide book which was promised in the description was not in the apartment. The advertised coffee maker was there but there was no coffee to put in it. There was no soap or shampoo and the shower adjuster had black electrical tape holding it up and could not be moved. The mattress was thin and hard and the bed frame was flimsy and squeaking. Our expectations were based on the rather high price of the rental and we felt swindled.

Lovely apartment I. A quiet little cul-de-sac. Clean, comfortable and relaxing. Very near to all amenities and I highly recommend it.
