We love this place and will definitely be back! It’s beautiful the staff are wonderful and it’s Central right in the middle of town! The rooftop pool and bar has a beautiful view and lots of places to relax. I do have a few suggestions: every room should have a hairdryer and small washcloths.

The location of this hotel is perfectly central, the staff are welcoming and so helpful, the rooms and beds are clean and very comfortable, and the rooftop bar and pool are amazing. Beto at Bar del Patron is the BEST. Cocktails are fresh and I absolutely loved the sunset views and cabanas! 10/10 experience and I can’t wait to come back!! Thank you to everyone at Sayulinda who made my trip truly unforgettable!

Staff was great! The only issue is the daily breakfast offered, no options same menu every day was expecting better quality of food!

It was such a fantastic week spent in Sayulita. The hotel staff at Sayulina was fantastic. No complaints whatsoever. I would recommend it to anyone. We traveled with a 5-year-old, and the experience was seamless.

Amazing hotel with amazing staff. The lack of sleep due to the noise is the only downside about this hotel. But I would like to come back and I will come prepared with noice cancelling headphones.

Everything is close to everything the beach, dinning, entertainment, shopping. Its so pretty everywhere you go. We loved it and definitely coming back.

Staff was great, Room(s) were clean. Pool area was nice but the pool does need refinished pretty badly. Not fond of the Pool bar- very expensive, and fluctuating prices depending on who is tending bar.
Short walk to everywhere in Sayulita which was great, tons of shopping and food around. Would stay here again-

It was beautiful. The team that works there was amazing. Breakfast was made to order- a little slow with no grab and go option- but SO delicious. It was in the middle of town just blocks from the beach. The ear plugs they offer were really nice- I slept really well despite the central location in town!

Sayulinda staff friendly & knowledgeable about the city of Sayulita. Fabi is an amazing, kind, happy spirit front desk employee. Fabi knows her job & super helpful Thank you Fab & all staff!! You are all amazing. The hotel is upper scale & in downtown. Everything is easy to walk to.
The drawback is the cafeteria. The hours are short and limited food options. The pool need some upkeep. Overall, great hotel.
Gracias Hotel Sayulinda!!

*Warning-If you want to get rest or sleep DO NOT, I repeat DO NOT stay here! Stay somewhere away from downtown. We stayed for 3 nights and my wife slept about 5 hours in 3 days. The nearby clubs/bars have DJ's and Karaoke all night long until 3 or 4 AM. It sounds like they are playing live music in the room it is so loud. The earplugs they give you do not help at all. However, I will say that I liked the convenient location to restaurants and close to the beach.

We loved our stay here! The rooftop pool deck was so much fun. It is in the center of town and so easy to walk everywhere. We will definitely be coming back!

Parking can seem daunting in the immediate area of the hotel but the staff helped me park close by and were very accommodating. The hotel is very charming and the room comfortable. We travel with a small dog and staff was helpful.

The property is really cute and centrally located. The best part of the stay was the breakfast and the rooftop. The staff was very friendly and accommodating but the noise was just unbearable and we cut our stay early. By our room there was a dead bird stuck in the gutters and we started smelling the decomposing body in our room and down the hall.
It was impossible to sleep because it was so noisy. It’s a good spot to stay a night or two if you want to go out and party. They gave ear plugs but they didn’t do anything to help with the noise since it was so loud. If you want to sleep, go to a different spot since all the bars nearby play music until 4am.

The gentleman helping with the luggage was super polite, kind and pleasant. The breakfast was really good as well. Beautiful rooftop. It was really pricey though. We also ask for our coffee to go and the "kitchen" charged us for it extra. We enjoyed the stay, still felt really pricey.

I had made a reservation for a room with a balcony well in advance and received confirmation from the hotel. However, upon my arrival, I was informed that due to a wedding party, my originally booked room was unavailable. Instead, the hotel offered Room 001, located in close proximity to the lobby, lacking windows or a balcony. To secure a room upgrade with a balcony, I was required to pay an additional $135.32. While I am uncertain whether this was a procedural oversight or an attempt to extract additional funds, I found the experience disappointing. I refrained from causing a disturbance at the time, as my wife and I were fatigued from a lengthy journey. Regrettably, Room 001 did not align with the advertised images and resembled more of a confined space. Consequently, I am hesitant to return to this establishment and intend to file a complaint with my credit card company.

Beautiful hotel, loved the rooftop pool. Room and staff were very nice. Only drawback is it is VERY loud outside the hotel at night. With earplugs in and a sound machine we still could not get to sleep until about 4am when the bars/parties nearby shut down.

Cute, colorful hotel. Nice clean rooms. Excellent breakfast.
The staff was nice but definitely junior. Don’t expect them to greet you by name or check in on you.
We were unable to enjoy any time at the hotel due to construction next door. The hotel seemed to have no idea this was scheduled.

Where do I start? One word - ripoff - sums it up. This hotel was unbearable. There is thumping noise from the bar until well past 3 am and construction noise starting at 8 am so good luck getting sleep. The breakfast is horrible, salty and the server is really stingy with the coffee and cream. I’ve decided that anything under $500/ night in Mexico sets you up for this. Oh the ultimate - the night staff arranged an airport transfer for $600 pesos. When the driver arrived the rate was $1000 and the day staff pretended not to know anything about it. The rooms were basic, this is definitely not a four star resort. I hope my review helps, I don’t know how there are so many good ones.

The best part of the stay was the staff!!! The rooms were small but clean. Everyone was friendly and every request was given prompt attention. Walkable to the beach and all the downtown area!!

Loved our stay. Everyone at the hotel was very friendly, from the front desk staff to the rooftop bartenders, the breakfast staff and housekeeping staff. Great central location a very short block or two from the beach. Rooms aren't large but they are super clean. A trade-off I will take. Beautiful rooftop pool. Can see how it could be noisy in the busy season, but earplugs are provided and I personally wouldn't want to travel in the super busy season anyway. Would definitely stay here again.

Sayulita never fails to show us a god time! The hotel is definitely a safe, comfortable, enjoyable hotel. Absolutely enjoyed breakfast, the rooftop lounge and staff. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Staff in the lobby are always on stand by and ready to assist. Always my go to hotel. Book it!!!

Pleasant stay overall. Breakfast was genuinely Mexican, especially the chilaquiles. The cherry on top is the roof top pool which has a friendly staff at the bar area and plenty of space to lounge. We were lucky to catch rain while swimming at night. We stayed in early October and the night scene was relatively calm, but this place can get loud during high season according to locals, so keep that in mind when planning your stay. Amazing time.

I really enjoyed my stay here at Sayulinda Hotel. Staff are very friendly. There is a little bit of noise at the end of the night but it is not obnoxious. You are also provided with ear plugs if you need them. You feel safe walking around the hotel and the amenities are great. 3-5min walk from the beach and activities.

Super clean, friendly staff, in the heart of downtown Sayulita. Close to all the great eating spots (and there are plenty!) At night the downtown party atmosphere can be loud if you are not joining in, the hotel does provide earplugs though. The beach is a block away which is convenient. The rooftop bar and infinity pool is nice addition if you don't feel like dealing with sand. The hotel provides all the basics, but if you expect extra towels or pillows, you will need to ask for them. Bring your own wash cloth, as those were not provided. They do provide great shampoo and shower gel though.

LOVE this place! The room was always kept up and cleaned. It is in the heart of Sayulita and you can walk anywhere. I would stay here again!

Comfortable, great location, friendly staff, good security, excellent rooftop pool & bar and served breakfast in a clean, minimalist, artsy style hotel. However, the single pane glass sliders offer minimal sound reduction from the chaotic nightly party going on nightly past 3:30 am. Amplified music, loud singing, racing engines and people pounding on drums made a good night’s sleep near impossible. An investment in triple pane, sound deadening glass would make for more return visitors.
