The room was amazingly clean and had everything I needed. The bed was comfortable and the sheets and pillows were nice and soft.

The hotel is a convenient place for a night that is courteous to pets. The room was pretty clean. It smelled clean when you entered the room. They gave us extra towels and pillows upon request. The only downside i had was that there wasn't dishsoap for the kitchenette and the hot water didnt work in the kitchen sink. The place could use an update, but overall, I would stay here again.

The hotel was fine, dated, but having a small kitchenette was a nice bonus. The bed was a full/double, not a queen, and barely a step up from sleeping on the floor as far as comfort goes. The area was really nice, and pretty well kept. The retention pond and courtyard were a nice scenic touch.

Bed was horrible , lumpy, sinking , squeaky. Sheets and pillow not comfortable. Room was very ugly - sparse, peeling paint , dingy table, very small TV All around , a bad experience.

We stayed here last month and were not happy with the motel. Beds were like sleeping on a board. The kitchen cabinets were dirty and the walls etc were in disrepair that was painted over.we already had reservations for this month and decided to give them a try again. Beds still suck. The tub had a “patched” area with a leaky faucet. This room also has dirty cupboards and painted over issues on the walls etc. I would never stay here again!!

I never even checked in after pulling into the parking lot. Unfortunately my daughter and I came late, after dark, and the parking lot was dim and full of men just hanging out, some in champing chairs. There didn't appear to be a lobby open, just a window and I was not about to stand there with a young girl. There was a man walking around with a security shirt on. Not sure if he was hotel security but appeared to be, as he was moving in and out of doors. I'm not sure how they expect people to feel safe in that situation.

The rooms are dated. The curtains had homes. Mildew around the safety bar in the shower. The shower stall is SHORT!! Anyone 5’10” or taller would struggle. Tub/shower has a low top.

I didn't end up staying here. I saw the room and checked right back out. The hallways were super hot with no AC, there was a door propped open at the end of the hall for air flow but it seemed like a security issue in my opinion. The room smelled horrible and was not very clean. I had a first floor room with a window that didn't lock. I was staying by myself and was not comfortable with that. The only redeeming quality was the woman at the front desk. She was super friendly and understanding when I stated my concerns and left. Unfortunately I didn't get her name, but she deserves a raise for working in that dump.

Honestly, its a motel 6 so the expectations were never high. the room itself was ok clean, the shower could have been cleaned better and the room itself didn't smell but the hallways were awful. Getting to the lobby was kind of a headache. It felt like it should have cost like $70 a night instead of the end total of $108.

When we got there, after walking the entire second floor because there is only one elevator, our key cards did not work. The beds were awful. The spring mattress was very uncomfortable. Air conditioner worked well, but the room was dated.

The hotel was super clean and comfortable. Perfect pillows! Adella was especially awesome and so friendly at check in. Great location to stay if going to The Ruoff Music Center!

Room had a funny smell and the bedside table was sticky from (i assume) spilled soda. Aside from that, it was alright. The staff was friendly. Pillows weren't very much, but the bedding was clean. You get what you pay for. An easy 10-15 min drive to Ruoff Music Center, which is why i was there. Would stay again if i was in the area.

My non-smoking room reeked of cigarette smoke. I could barely sleep as the mattress was so bad, i could feel the springs. The rep at the front desk was very nice and apologeting and allowed me to check iut Nd cancel the remainder of my stay.

We reserved in advance for a stay, after a concert at Ruoff. There's was an armed security guard standing by the office outside, which tells me they're used to issues. The office wasn't air conditioned, and check-in was behind glass. Another sign they have issues. We were put on the third floor. The elevator seemed really sketchy. It made a lot of noises, and we kept our fingers crossed that we'd get to the destination. There were two bars of soap, towels that felt hard, and no shampoo or conditioner. The bed was uncomfortable, there were no USB plugs anywhere in the room, the fridge wasn't clean, and it sounded like people were trying the wrong keys to get in our room all night. The barking dog down the hall woke me up pretty early, so their walls were pretty thin.

I love the size of the room. I don't think the room was really cleaned before we came. The table had sticky spots. A cup was still behind the curtain. We found some dog hair a little bit everywhere in the room. They didn't give us any shampoo, I had to ask at the front desk. The first night we checked in I'm sure the lady didn't want to be there. But the other staff we met were nice.

Beds aren’t super comfortable, stains in the hallway floor. The kitchen was nice but the light in my bathroom didn’t work and the bedsheets had a weird smell, not a bad smell just weird. Not bad for one night

My stay of 5 days/4 nights was adequate for me traveling alone & I did no cooking. This property requires an extra $100 deposit, and is only refunded 24-72 hours after checkout. (Never had to pay a deposit for a hotel before.) The kitchen included fridge, microwave, stovetop and sink, but no pots/pans or utensils.

Staff was gruff. Key cards didnt work so had to get rekeyed. Couldnt get in the side door. Maid had to let us in. There was no kleenex, no shampoo and no blow dryer. Won't be back.

Smelled like animals pet hair was all over son had allergic reaction to whatever is used on the sheets and blankets. Holes in future and what looked like burn marks on table and bathtub
