Hotel was fine, no complaints about the room. Breakfast was chaos, no one cleaning tables, no knives/forks/ mugs available. Very messy

It was very walkable to everything. The few blocks around it wasn't very nice, but still a great location

Not sure if that’s the policy and if so we should have been made aware, but if you want your room done you need to track down a maid and ask. Not automatic. No door sign either. But room was clean every time we asked.
Very nice breakfast buffet. Excellent.
Nice bar with some food available to order.

Small bedroom with very limited hanging and storage for clothing. Quite a long walking distance to quite a few of the the tourist sites.

Pros: the LUAS is just steps from the hotel. The location is along great fire walking to all the major tourist spots in Dublin. Hotel felt very safe and secure (card keys are required for all entrances/doors). All the staff were polite and professional
Cons:buffet breakfast was just ok, totally on par for a three star hotel.
Overall we would stay here again, it was a great price for a great location!

Outstanding breakfast. Only negative is the bed comfort. The beds are very hard, making it difficult to sleep.

We travelled to Dublin for my son’s 21st birthday to see Coldplay. Hampton by Hilton was a fantastic hotel. The staff were very efficient and friendly. The rooms were spotless and very comfortable. Had a very enjoyable stay. Thankyou to all at Hampton by Hilton.

Modern hotel with comfortable rooms and great free breakfast. Friendly staff, quiet location and walkable to main sites/ bus and tram stops. Would recommend

Positives: Great location. Decent room and decent buffet breakfast.
Negatives: A few (not all) of the staff on reception had a bit of an attitude. Having been out all day I had to ask the housekeeping staff if they were going to service my room at some point? They did but then forgot to replace the ‘two’ complementary teabags.
Would it really break the bank to provide each room with a few more teas and hot chocolates!
Also why is there a massive TV when the only channel it receives is the shopping channel?
Sometimes little things can make all the difference.

There was no water hot or cold for two out of the four mornings we stayed. No warning no explanation.
Saturday 6am fire alarm - let guests go back to room without fire brigade attending - scary to see junior reception staff making this decision.

The hotel is great, the only criticism is that the wooden floor needed washing as it was dirty.
Breakfast was busy but the food was good.

Nice hotel overall. The staff alone made the place worth visiting. The rooms are a wee bit small. The gym is an excellent place for a workout 🏋♀️ . And Importantly, the elevator has two G level buttons. One puts you in a small hallway where you have to exit and re-enter the building. The same is true if you take the stairs from the gym or some of the rooms on the upper levels. If you forget your room key, you are kind of stuck because you can’t select another floor if you re-enter the lift. The hotel layout is kind of strange as it’s very hard to get from the back section to the front section where the lobby, bar, restaurant, and reception are located.
Highly recommend their breakfast and getting there early.

Check in was terrible because they overbooked and didn’t have a room available until late after check in. I booked way ahead so very irritated with that. Received a room with a giant air unit as a visit…felt like we were in prison. The toilet seat was shaking but didn’t want to ask because of issue with overbooking. Hotel is modern, clean and has air conditioning so that helped with our two day trip.

Excellent hotel and the staff were so friendly. Great location close to area attractions but in a quiet neighborhood. Breakfast was excellent and there were so many options. We arrived early and were allowed to check in early at no extra charge, which was amazing after a red-eye flight. Would recommend.

Very nice, new hotel. Large lobby with bar, extensive breakfast included, lots of seating. Friendly staff. Very nice individual bathrooms off lobby. Our room had an amazing panoramic view of Dublin. Only real cons were nauseating perfume smell that’s pumped into lobby as you walk in and by the room elevators as well as the lobby, elevator areas, and hallways are kept too warm. Otherwise, a very nice hotel.

A really nice, swish hotel. Great breakfast and very comfortable room. Not much around the hotel but LUAS tram is next to it and 10 minute walk to some of the main attractions. A good stay!

However managed to get an extra hour late checkout with ease.

There are several vacant buildings around the property, but walkability to main arteries was very good.
