Great location, very clean and comfortable. Staff were very helpful and accommodating.
Excellent value. Will stay there again.
Only thing I didn't like was that I couldn't open the window to let some air in.

It was very clean and the staff were very friendly and welcoming.

The room was very nice. Very clean and well ventilated.
There is a problem with the drain in the shower.
4.1
Very nice stay with warm host and good staff. Breakfast is super. You get everything you need in the room including a dryer and even iron!
A bit hot and stuffy when you close all the windows (for sound proofing from the streets). Well a fan is available for use.

Staff were exceptionally helpful, efficient, friendly. Lots of choices for breakfast including excellent coffee.
Bed and linens were very comfortable. We enjoyed our stay.
Important to mention: It is a heritage building without air conditioning therefore the room was very hot so we opened the windows to let in a breeze however then there was a lot of street noise.

Good location. Good breakfast. Great security.
Would like if the restaurant didn't close so early.
4.1
- Able to check in early as our room was ready,
- Good comms beforehand
- Location only 10-15 min walk to city centre and 15 min taxi from airport
- Staff were friendly
- Breakfast was great
- Hotel entrance is into a cafe and wasn't quite sure whether we were in the right place as no obvious 'Reception' . This could be better signposted
- Shower temperature was hard to control, also small shower so I ended up knocking the handle and making it so hot it scolded me

The owner said that he gave me the best room in the establishment/hotel. The windows are paper thin and one could hear noise from the street all night. If this is their best room and you wish for a good night's sleep, I suggest not staying here unless you want to hear trucks, cars and taxis all night.
4.1
Shabby, worn, stuffy and extremely noisy. I would avoid this accommodation at all costs. If you read other reviews you will see the same things being said. Very poor standard
The room was stuffy, the location horrible. Right next to traffic lights, on a Main Street with buses, trucks and ambulance sirens all night. Thus is one of the worst places I’ve ever stayed.
