My first night was enjoyable. The room was clean, and the staff was friendly. However, the following morning, I was surprised to learn that the cost of extending my stay was almost three times the rate I originally paid. I inquired about any discounts available to members, but I was told there were none. As I was in the city on business and needed to finish some tasks before moving back, I decided to check out and look for another place to stay. After searching online, I found that your hotel's online rates were cheaper than the quoted extension rate. Therefore, I rebooked my stay. Unfortunately, my second night was disrupted by several disturbances. At 6:29 am, I was awakened by an annoying beeping sound coming from the hotel room alarm clock. I managed to turn it off and go back to sleep, but about 20 minutes later, the fire alarm went off. I jumped up and frantically tried to get dressed, only to learn from my neighbors that it was a false alarm. This incident further disrupted my sleep and ruined my plans for sleeping in. The following morning, I spoke to the front desk clerk about the alarm incidents and the discrepancy in pricing. She explained that prices change on weekends and that online prices are typically cheaper. While I understand this, I believe she should have informed me of this when I inquired about extending my stay.

Thin walls, everything that happened in the hallways could be heard in the rooms. Housekeeping is slow, returned to my room after 3 pm and it still had not been cleaned. Waffle machine was broken on a Saturday morning and this created a line at breakfast. Something in room 432 made random clicking sounds so my sleep was disturbed on my last night.

I loved the place. What I don’t like is the fact that they charged me $45.00 on my credit card for incidentals. We just use the hotel for sleeping. We don’t have extra charges. I would understand if they put the card on in case. And my credit card is still pending that charge. If it goes thru, I will dispute it.

We stayed in a suite which was plenty spacious for 2 adults and two children. The wifi was spotty as was controlling the ac temp in the bedroom. There is a dishwasher if your willing to bring your own dishes! We used the pool briefly because it was so hot and combined with the smell of chlorine it was enough to knock you out! (The pool isn't as large as the picture shows) The location is excellent as was the staff and service.

Property was very clean. Staff was very welcoming and accommodating. Only bad thing was on our last day, they started picking breakfast up 20 min before it was supposed to be over. So the older kids in the group didn’t end up having breakfast because the waffles were already picked up. Would definitely stay here again.

My husband and I stayed here for a concert. We arrived, room was very clean and ready for us. We had a 2 queen bed room. Was decently spacious. However the walls in this hotel are so thin it makes your stay miserable. All we heard was others conversations, TVs & toilets are so loud you hearing them flushing all night. If you flush your toilet you’re waking everyone up. That makes your stay miserable. Our tv was on volume 3 and it would be heard by other guests. However yes the room was extremely clean & pretty decent customer service the only issue I had with customer service was nobody on the night shift or any housekeepers really spoke English so it’s hard if you need toilet paper etc . And the area seems very safe, Outback Steakhouse in the hotels lot, and a Starbucks next door , But however the cons are when you pay to stay in a room and can’t even have a private conversation or watch tv on a very low volume that’s crazy. You can’t even flush the toilet because your scared of someone complaining. I would not stay here again because of that problem. Definitely not a place to bring kids.

Arrived a little after 4pm. When I checked in at the front desk the lady was explaining to me about a $15 charge that I was going to be reimbursed and then she took my debit card and touched it on the machine which was for me to do not her. Then when we went up to the room that she gave us, we walked in the bed was unmade and food was laying all over the dresser. The room wasn’t even cleaned! So then we went back downstairs and for the inconvenience I asked for an upgrade if it was possible, the gentleman was trying to make that happen, but the woman was not willing to accommodate me at all. Every time he would point at a better room she would say the room had not been cleaned. What confuses me is why all of the rooms are not cleaned by 4 PM when that is it your check in time? When we finally got in to our second room, there appeared to be something that look like a piece of lettuce on the floor and a potato chip. Me and my husband do not get away hardly at all, so I was very disappointed.
