Nice place to stay. Gym was nice but a little limited on space. We had an issue with the sinks but the staff dealt with it swiftly and was very nice about it. I’d stay again for sure.

We had a great family stay. Loved the hotel, family friendly, enjoyed the laundry room option, rooms are very spacious with the kitchenette option. I would say the only downfall is not having more dining options or room service. Staff was friendly and communicative. Recommend and would return.

It was ok, bed was uncomfortable. Toilet broke twice (stopped flushing)

Very nice unit, worked well for us with a wheelchair, but room was tight for chair user.

This place was a real find. The staff are very friendly and helpful and the rooms great. We had a one bedroom apartment which was very spacious and clean. It’s away from the busy areas of town, but very convenient for Statue of Liberty, World Trade Centre and Brooklyn Bridge. The ability to cook and eat in the apartment was also great.
2.5
Really good option if you want a little extra space laundry room is a game room balcony has grills and lounge chairs full kitchen. Heat worked great big windows very happy all in all.
2.5
Perfect for a group of friends, with bunkbeds and a clean space.
Friendly staff and a coffee bar downstairs.
Close to the water and transport

room itself was decent, big and as advertised, but we were put into the apartment next to the balcony so we had people staring into our room the whole time! No privacy at all! Make sure they do not give you that room!

dark, cramped, no lamp, failed to resemble advertised space

My husband and I had a very short but great stay at Placemakr Wall, lovely room and very convenient have your own kitchen and big size fridge. We’ll be definitely back.

We went with my 4 kids. It was an amazing experiences. Incredible space, considering this is NYC, 4 bedrooms with amazing views to financial
Center and even a little part of Brooklyn bridge. The personal was excellent and the room super clean! Totally recommended

The room has a kitchen, but if you plan on cooking something like a steak, forget about it – the smoke alarm goes off immediately. To make matters worse, there’s no kitchen ventilation, so you’ll be stuck breathing in whatever you cook. The knives are entirely dull, making food prep frustrating. The kitchen essentials are minimal, including paper towels and dishwashing soap, and what’s provided is poor quality. There are just the bare essentials regarding dishware – 2 glasses, 2 cups, 2 forks, 2 spoons, etc. As for the wine opener, it came with a cork still stuck in it, clearly left over from previous guests.
There is a kitchen, but nowhere to eat – no table or chairs, so I guess the idea is that you eat in bed. The sink in the bathroom is absurdly small, even though there’s plenty of space for a normal-sized one. The faucet is also inconvenient to use.
On the bright side, the view was nice, even if through a dusty window, and the location is great, with major attractions nearby. However, the check-in process was ridiculous – they ask you to take a selfie through their website, even when you're standing in the lobby, face-to-face with the staff who could easily verify your ID.
And the final touch—the pillows were covered in small hairs, so we had to call housekeeping to have them replaced.

This is my favorite place that i’ve stayed at in NYC!! The staff is absolutely amazing! Ethan, T’Quanae, Taylor, and absolutely every staff member we ran into made our quick stay the very best it could possibly be. The hotel itself is very beautiful and has cool decor, and the available amenities are amazing as well. We cannot wait to come back here :) Thanks everyone!!

From the moment we arrived the team that checked us in went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. They were absolutely warm and gracious. They answered our questions patiently and seemed genuinely happy to do so.
The security at the door greeted us with a smile. The staff at the mini cafe in the lobby was also very patient as we ordered our breakfast croissants and coffee.
The Wall Street locations was ideal. It is situated in the finance district which means having the Fortune 500 companies security patrols, NYPD and federal officers in some places around the hotel. This location is much more peaceful than staying in midtown Manhattan. Public transit is nearby including the NY Waterway ferry across the street.
The amenities on the property were amazing. A huge terrace with a view of the East River, clean well maintained fitness center, full chef's kitchen and more in the public areas. We had a four bedroom which was well outfitted with kitchen, two bathrooms and natural light due to almost full wall windows. It was sleek and clean.
I'm skipping the midtown hotels from this point forward, this will be my go.

It was an amazing hotel it was a small room but comfortable and so clean . Bathroom was amazing shower , and shampoo and soap . Nice area I wish I had a better view of the river view which is nothing because it was right outside across the street . Kitchen was amazing on so many floors had an area to dine and cook . Can’t complain at all well
Worth it .

Spacious appartment for 2 adults and 2 kids, 2 bathrooms, full sized fridge, kitchen, large dining table, staff very helpful and friendly. In finacial district, close to ferry, walking distance to Battery Park and 911 memorial, subway just few minutes away. Very comfortable stay, would surely return

My family and I had an excellent stay in one of the two bedroom gourmet suites. The room had dual aspects and provided a fantastic amount of space to use. Great access to the whole of Manhattan and excellent local bars and restaurants.

Clean big room. Small kitchen but more than enough for us. There was a big shared kitchen as well on the 23rd floor. Nice roof terrace on 7th floor with view over the river.
