Had to have room switched because of problems with the TV/cable. Not a big deal really but the room we were moved to hadn't been turned from the last occupants so there were no sheets or towels or shower curtain. For some reason our room was skipped by room service and we checked out the next day.

Horrible experience. The first room had mold in the shower, missing floor tiles I the bathroom and roaches. The second room had 2 holes punched into the wall and by the time we got to the 3rd room we decided to leave and go somewhere else. The number of drugs happening on property were ridiculous and the rooms smelled like industrial cleaner. By far the worst stay I have ever had in Mesa.

Needed 2 rooms so i called them... they didn't update the reservation. Got 2 keys, both rooms were single bed, needed 2 beds. Took a while to get rooms. Next day, they moved us downstairs but only had 1 room with 2 beds and 1 single. Mirrors was broken, large whole in the wall, etc. Only 1 lamp, etc. Close and cheap, but not great.

Roon was nice. Office staff were rude and told 'me they won't get change out my towels because it "should have been done during the day.. ' verbati'm , per the portly woman whom is the 'frobt office manager' overnights. I work all day and just wanted a clean towel. She proceeded to bite back, 'only the maid has access to the laundry.. ' you must think I was born yesterday and have never stayed in a hotel.. The " maid" had not once cleaned my room not left towels. Last time i and everyone I know stays here...

Pretty much a scam they’re keeping their booking on Expedia at a cheaper rate when you get there they said its Motel 6 and charge you almost $100 more and the place is half a star. It’s horrible!

After getting room key door wouldn’t open. Lots of people outside of room didn’t feel comfortable. Door was also flimsy and area wasn’t the cleanest. When we came back staff informed us of a lot of things that were wrong with the location that was not advertised in the Expedia hotel description. After asking to cancel our reservation staff stated “we can not do that”. Cooperated with staff asked for a receipt so I can make sure I get my refund because nothing felt legit. Staff stated “she cannot do that either” ???? Took a picture of the deposit agreement and is the only thing I could leave with. As we were leaving five cop cars were on their way out as well. Glad we left and didn’t stay.

Was on the second floor , u could smell weed all over the place and my neighbors seemed like crackheads always watching me , even when i opened my door I cought him peeking my dooor like if he was trying to open it , overall im never booking in that place again!!!

Property looks good from the outside, although not in the best of neighborhoods. The rooms are in disrepair. What has been "repaired" has had a poor attempt at repair. Caulk around the tub globbed on, which not only looks unappealing but allows for the growth of bacteria. (We were moved to a 2nd room where the tub was lacking any grout and mold was present) tubs had soap film on them, not clean. Where walls were patched patches were just left unpainted. Refrigerator was dirty. First room had 4 quarter sized chips on the inside of the bathtub. Since we booked through Expedia, we definitely expected better accomodations that this "pit".

I’ve stayed on multiple occasions and would recommend. The staff are absolutely amazing. They’re kind, friendly and helpful. The rooms are comfortable and roomy. They’re clean for the most part, but I’ve seen the tub still being dirty, cigarette smell in non-smoking rooms and holes in doors/walls. The neighbors are also loud at all hours of the night. I’ve smelled meth and seen tweakers in the area. The problem is more the people who hang around and not the hotel or staff. I think they’re trying their best, it’s just not a great part of town.

The rooms I am always given when staying here are always very clean and nicely updated . I so appreciate the wonderful crew on all shifts as I never have had any real issues to complain able. I am very thankful it helps me to stay within my budget. No doubt I will continue to make this motel my first choice when needing a place to stay. Thank you Extend A Stay Staff :)

There is a lot of loitering by non guests of the Hotel. The room next to mine had a prostitue running her business out of the Hotel. They charge a deposit of $100.00 for unregistered guests. Taking the room rate to $170.00 per night. Therefore, there is an incentive for the management to allow this illegal activity. I would not bring children to stay at this hotel due to the obvious drug and prostitution that goes on here. Keep in mind that I have stayed at this Hotel many many times. This is not a one off observation. There was also an armed robbery on the property on the night of May 26th.

The staff we interacted with were professional enough. The whole hotel, however, is not in good condition. There are paint chips missing from the walls, and stains as well. The sink was very slow to drain, and had a bit of leaking. The toilet would keep running after flushing. The TV needs to manually be switched to HDMI to use the remote and cable every time it's turned on. There is only one light in the room, and it provides very little light. The furniture is chipped and missing veneer. The counter is separating from itself. And the upholstered chair sat in the corner was incredibly stained and dirty.
