Hotel is a throwback to the motels of the 60's with a cool New Mexico vibe. Staff is very friendly and helpful. I'll be back!

We needed a place to stay for the night, we were driving back home from working in Fort Collins. This is a nice and quiet location. Room was clean and priced within our budget. If I am ever in the area again, I will definitely stay here again

What a great place! Leah greeted us on arrival and was so kind and helpful. It is obvious that she has put a lot of time, energy, and love into the property. It is very clean and well kept. We stayed in the "prickly pear" room and the decor was wonderful! The motel is in a quiet area away from downtown but was still a convenient location for us to drive to all the places we wanted to visit. It is dog friendly and there is a lovely dog park next door.
We had a couple meals at the Pecos Trail Cafe right next door and the food was excellent. We had some nice conversations with one of the owners, who was extremely kind and welcoming.
My only complaints are that the woman at the front desk the next day seemed bothered and clueless when I asked her for suggestions on where to find a nearby ATM. Also, when we checked out the following day the man at the front desk wasn't friendly and just said "ok" when I dropped off our key. I would have told him how much we enjoyed our stay, but I didn't like his vibe. However, we still had a fantastic stay and would love to come back again!

Absolutely loved this place. Met by a friendly gentleman behind the counter. I was a little worried driving to the room because the parking lot is in need of repair (good news, they are going to do so next year) but when we opened the door to our room, we were very impressed. A remodeled room with a king size bed, a kitchenette, large TV, wonderful decor, beautifully appointed bathroom, small dining table and one comfy chair. The only thing that was a concern was the rug on top of the tile. My wife and I slipped twice but never fell. I informed the front desk about the issue. They also had a beautiful pool but it closed the day before, its was 56 when we arrived in mid-October. Another plus is a restaurant on Property called Pecos Trail Cafe with a full bar serving very good New Mexican style Mexican food. We went for dinner and again for breakfast the next day. (They only serve breakfast on Fridays and Saturdays).

It’s very quiet here. We had a great time at the balloon festival.

Not fancy, but fine for a night. Hated the super soft, cheap memory foam mattress. Sink had no counter space. Was put in in a former ADA room with a roll-in shower, which made the room feel even cheaper. The restaurant next-door is so so, and it's only open for breakfast on weekends, so you you may have to breakfast in town. I appreciated that the motel was quiet, safe, and clean.

A gem we found! We loved our stay. We see your vision. We’ll be back when in Santa Fe! Thank you

This was a great place to stay outside the city of Santa Fe, while still being a very short drive away. I liked that you could drive right up to your room and that each room had its own enterance. It was a comfortable room although a little on the pricey side, for what it offerred. I would stay there again though, in a pinch.

This place is a find if you are looking for good value and comfort. My room was clean, the bed was great, and it was quiet and safe. It is not in the midst of downtown, but it's still a pretty convenient location. One of the best aspects was the restaurant which had great food, lovely staff, and the night I was there, a great local band. It was so fun to see the local folks out singing along on a Friday night. Plus, this place is a bargain!

This was such a cute property. I would’ve preferred a larger bathroom, but it was good

Awesome customer service. I usually don’t review. Very happy with front desk, room & adjacent Mx restaurant but away from downtown SF.

Loved the room (which was 125). The only negative was that I had to wait for the water to get hot, which wastes water.

New Mexico personality personified. The ambience of an old school southwest decor with modern conveniences. My husband and I stayed here last year and this year too, will stay here again next summer. Highly recommend .

This is a kitschy little gem of a place. It’s on the outskirts of the town proper, but you can get to everything in minutes. The pool area is gorgeous and peaceful. I loved the flowers hanging over the fencing and was greeted by hummingbirds and butterflies on the daily. Actually, the whole property area was quiet and peaceful. The staff I interacted with were super friendly. (Sorry, I’m awful with names.) The hubs is already talking about the next trip back and wants to stay here again.

We had a very late check-in. The staff called me to walk me through the late check-in instructions. It was an easy and very convenient process. We also had our dogs with us and they are very dog friendly!

Clean, comfortable room-pretty view of pinions from back window. Parking lot asphalt needs some TLC, but don’t let it scare you away. Good restaurant next door and nice mountain view from pool.

It was well designed, efficient, and very comfortable. The amenities were new and not cheap hotel grade. The bed was terrific, and I really liked the person that checked us in. Bonus - The restaurant (same Emma) next door is very good and has a great staff. Plus, your dog is welcome on their patio.

Liked cool, large rooms. Very clean. Convenient to downtown Santa Fe.

Quaint motel that has been furnished and updated very nicely. Stayed two nights. You will likely need a car. The restaurant next-door is excellent. I had forgotten the advantage of staying in a motel where your car is right there! Coffee maker, microwave, and refrigerator were in my room. Would definitely stay again.

A traditional roadside motel with a very large room. The bathroom area is small with really nowhere to put toiletries; however the room itself was quite spacious. The staff at the Pecos Trail Inn are exceptional in their attentiveness to their guests. The onsite restaurant was very convenient.

They have done a great job renovating the rooms, making it a charming retro motor lodge when they were in their heyday.
