The room was great for the price. Very clean and comfortable. Not a hit on the hotel at all, just a warning for travelers…the heater thermostat has a bright light that comes on every time the heater turns on throughout the night. Like a flashlight turning on in the room. If you’re like me and are light sensitive when you sleep, just a heads up. On the plus side, the heater worked great!!

The room was clean but very small, the bedding was very comfortable but the bed was too soft. Lots of construction noise in the morning and too much light comes into the room from the entrance way. Breakfast was good got to cook my eggs the way I like them 😊 would return but would request room with a firm bed. Good rates!

The rooms look amazing. Great renovation, nice finishings. Parking is small and tight, did not help they had a large truck parked there and a second hwy truck parked as well. The beds although seem new are missing supports. Woke up with very sore back. Only 2 pillows per bed. We had a 2 room suite but that meant no sofa to sit and watch the tv as a family. Breakfast starts too late. And the A/C unit is only in the second room so the main room gets no A/C.

Staff provided fantastic service. Always available and giving excellent service no matter the time. Made our grandchildren feel special. Great location (despite the current construction all around. Nice set up making use of every inch of the room. Couldn’t ask for a better place for the family. Having the kitchen for the kids and excellent breakfast facilities made our stay PERFECT. The suite had 2 rooms with a small window AC in 1 room. It will be very uncomfortable to stay in hotter months. Be prepared to tackle with mosquitos as well. Beds are bot comfortable at all. The stay includes breakfast but you need to cook your own breakfast and wash the dishes.

Our stay was wonderful. We got stuck on the highway for 3.5 hours and was going to miss check in time. The staff there ensured we could still have keys and check in afterhours. It was an easy process and the room was great! Renovated and a very comfortable bed!

We arrived late key was in the drop box all was good. The room was updated, clean and the separate bed in a room was nice. The “free breakfast” is from 9-11 went at 10 and the coffee was almost empty. The workers were no where to be found. If you wanted you had to make the eggs, toast and cereal were your only option. I don’t usually complain but for paying $265 for a night I expected a better breakfast, maybe a waffle maker or more options than two loafs of thin bread and cereal which were gone by 10 and then you have to wash your own dishes. I’ve paid around $100 for a hotel and had way better breakfast options.

It is not as soundproof as listed on its features, could hear neighbours talking and loud footsteps. There was a weird, unpleasant water smell inside the bathroom. But overall there was complete kitchen equipment which was nice, and the place was clean.

Overall, a pleasant stay. Things I liked: - convenient location: half a block from a lovely brewpub and restaurants - an effort has been made to make the common areas pretty; there are well tended planters and flowers, and a garden swing - bistro table/chairs outside every room - nice sized, very clean room with thoughtful touches such as a boot tray - king size bed was super comfortable - excellent shower Things that could be improved: - floor to ceiling curtains. Ambient lighting bled through so total darkness for sleeping wasn’t possible - bed linens. Ours consisted of a sheet and very thin comforter; I saw no extra blankets and the pillows should probably be replaced - hotel style towel racks in bathroom - breakfast hours. We were told at check-in that while a simple breakfast is available starting at 9, it was usually open at 8. This was not the case when we went to the breakfast area at 8:15. Very disappointing because we had also been told that they make their own breakfast breads on site. I would rate this property a 7/10.

Highlight - Right off highway coming in, very clean white suite/bedding, full sized fridge, good AC, nice covered porch! Disappointment - The continental breakfast (9-11) is not well serviced: we arrived relatively early, at 9:20 for weak coffee (use the if in your room instead), and I got the heel of the last loaf of sliced white bread for toast. Peanut butter, honey, and jam were available spreads, as well as two types of dry cereal and rolled oats, with a pitcher of cold milk. There was one apple left, one slice of cheese, and five narrow strips of processed meat slices on dinner sized paper plates covered with plastic wrap at the center of a central dining table. Whole raw eggs and a frying pan/range stove to prepare them were available— with a ridiculously long wait line up (possibly because there was little else out?) I waited around about 5 more minutes to see if anything would get refilled. It didn’t, and no one was around to ask, a lot of staff were seen already cleaning the rooms though. My husband left with coffee only, which he dumped back at the room. Given that we specifically chose this property for the convenience of breakfast onsite, we were put out to have to grab something to eat elsewhere.
