Very comfortable, well equipped. Javi welcomed us on arrival and was very friendly and helped with our luggage.

Lot of activity in the room above ours : actually we couldn’t hear voices so it was well insulated against noise but footsteps were loud and reverberated through the walls. There was disturbance pretty much all night until early morning, 6am, despite management saying the people upstairs had been kicked out at midnight. My daughter and I managed to sleep ok but my son kept waking up and was very grumpy the next day… I was woken up the Sunday morning at 6:30 by some drunk guy knocking on the wrong door as well.

Stunning apartment within walking distance of cultural and commercial parts of the city.

Superb apartment centrally located. The communal area is impeccable and the apartment (cabin in the woods) was spotless and spacious with everything you need and a beautiful bathroom. Blinds on the velux windows meant we could get a good nights sleep. Communication was outstanding and as I had booked the apartment as a surprise for friends out of the city they did everything they could to allow an earlier check in. Thank you will book again.

Clean, spacious and comfortable. Good location in the city

No full length mirrors, as it was a girls trip for the bank holiday it would have been nice to have more mirrors and full length mirrors. there is a coffee machine but for a group of 4 we were only provided 4 sachets of milk (which are tiny) would have been nice if they were some more.. seemed abit stingey

4* accommodation in the city ctr. Beautiful rooms, very clean, the full apartment, living room, bathroom, kitchen, and bedroom all this at the same price if a std room at the crown plaza or the Hilton.

Fantastic apartments, great customer service at a very reasonable price located i the city ctr.

Boutique aparthotel, highest standards.

Elegant boutique aparthotel. Recent renovation, each room with a different theme, I stayed at “The art gallery”, beautiful with all details taken care. Appliances at highest standards in the kitchen, bathroom and living room. Practical automatic entrance with an app.

Could be added an small vending machine for the building with basic dairy, bread and soft drinks.

Great and contenporary place. A perfect stay in Liverpool!

Great and contemporary decor. Quality sheets and installations. Kitchen appliances are of good quality. Kind staff in the checkin.

The lack of a wash and dry machine doente clothes. When traveling with kids, this is needed.

Definitely not a luxury apartment

A good location in the centre of Liverpool with easy access to trains and shops. The apartment was in a quiet street. Everything was newly refurbished and clean.

The rooms were small and cramped - couldn't open the wardrobe door even though the bed was pushed up against the opposite wall. The seating area with the settee was on a plinth which just made access difficult and gave no benefit. The WiFi uses range extenders through the building and so was poor performance and unreliable. The kitchenware was minimally provided with only one of each item of crockery and cutlery per person.

We needed a place for a staging place to go to the Open. This fit the bill. Clean inside and up to date.

Apartment was clean and up to date. The manager was very responsive and helpful.

Seagulls very loud especially in the morning. Couldn’t leave windows open for fresh air. Cleanliness of neighborhood could be much better. If more than two staying the apt we had was not good for spending time together.

Excellent apartment. 8 minutes walk from main train station.

The apartment is cleaned only once a week. Sheets and towels replaced once a week. They supply you, for example, 2 coffee capsules for the week

Fantastic accommodation with a luxurious finishing!Tucked away in a nice quiet area of the city centre. Comfortable bedding. Clean towels and linen. Enjoyed the toiletries provided, including the branded shower gel and shampoos. Usable kitchen area with clean utensils provided. The best part was the thoughtful setting up of air cooler and stand fan for use during this heatwave.

About 20 to 25 minutes walk to the dock area.

Open plan stay in a great location (but bring a sleep mask)

Great location, loved the open plan style, kitchen facilities were very good and our stay was altogether comfortable. Communication before the stay was excellent too, replies were quick and friendly.

It wasn’t such an issue for me at 5’ 3, but the low ceilings in our apartment were really, really low. More of a bother was that the black out curtains didn’t fully close, so a sleep mask was essential.
