Could do a lot better

The area was nice and calm. There was a park nearby for the kids (but with an army of mosquitoes).

Of all 3 Hotels/suites we used during our vacations in the US this was the least cleaned. The place looks nicer in the pictures dans the reality and seemed to need a few reparations. No washing machine in the appartment as shown in the picture. The pool is not regularly cleaned and was having a lot of debris.

Było ok, ale bez rewelacji.

Na zdjęciach obiekt wygląda dużo lepiej niż w rzeczywistości, ale było całkiem ok. Spokojna, kameralna miejscówka.

Nie było sprzątania i wymiany ręczników podczas naszego prawie tygodniowego pobytu. Dodatkowo do zmywarki była dołączona jedna kapsułka do mycia.

Great location and perfect family spot

Management was unbelievable with communication and helping when needed. I was with a disabled child and he literally ran to home Depot to replace the shower head for us so she could shower comfortably. Whenever I called he picked up immediately and helped the best he could 5 stars!

Some parts of the apartment were aging and could use some updating. The pool was a little dirty.There was also a very loud upstairs neighbor, which is not management's fault but something to be aware of. All in all this apartment was as expected and perfect for our needs.

One of the most horrific experiences I’ve stepped into

The blood stains on the headboard The poo in the corner by the wardrobe The oven didn’t work and doors were coming off hinges Mould in bathroom, I could go on DO NOT STAY HERE!!! Booking.com refusing to intervene as these hosts don’t respond and will not give me money back, I’m down £1500 from this property AWFUL!!

Quartier tranquille.

Je n’ai pas aimer mon séjour dans cette établissement car les voisins était extrêmement bruyant ce n’est pas du tout insonorisé, il on même essayer de rentrer dans l’appartement, la douche était casée. Pour le prix que j’ai payer en plus je trouve ça honteux. Je recommande pas du tout.

STAY AWAY

It is close to the beach and has dedicated parking .

When we arrived the apartment had a horrible smell. We had to go out and buy air fresheners so we would be able to stay. Everything that was hung on the wall was tilted and falling off. The air conditioner in the first bedroom did not work and the door wouldn't stay shut. We called to have someone come look at the air conditioner, and no ever showed up. We never even received a follow-up call. The second bedroom had termites and possibly bed bugs(look at the photos) the air conditioner in the second room was so loud that you could not be in the room while it was running. The bedding had stains all over. In the living room, the one chair had white stains all over it. The shower door was broke so we had a very hard time getting in and out. The place was a DUMP. I should not have to pay for a room that has bedbugs or termites, and the ac dose not work. STAY AWAY DONT LET THEM STEAL YOUR MONEY. This is the most disgusting place I have ever stayed at.

Good location, not comfortable enough

Good location. 5 min drive to a nice beach

One air conditioner was not working and the other one just too small for the property. Not very comfortable to be in the summer. The pool looked super dirty

I Didn’t enjoy anything about this property. And i certainly would not recommend it i was highly disappointed about my stay here.

To start we had no water, air or electricity for hours without having to call multiple times to figure out what was happening. On top of that we had a constant leak in our kitchen than prevented us from using certain appliances. Also nobody spoke english so it was very hard to get anything for the room or find maintenance. not to mention the walls are paper thin so you will hear every argument and noise that happens next to your windows.

Said no pets yet had dogs upstairs. I could of brought my dog.

Overall I will be booking again to explore more of this particular area!

Staff was very helpful and friendly. Spacious for Miami.

Bring your own wash clothes and extra mini cleaning supplies.

Nice apartment but overpriced

The apartment was a great size and clean The beds were comfortable

The pool was dirty and not as the photograph It was noisy on a night The bins round the pool were full of rubbish and not emptied It was a long way from Miami Beach and the airport

good and tranquil but for away from downtown Miami

the appartement was spacious and well decorate

there was no hand towel and not enough toilet paper and pods for the dishwasher..no trash cans or recycle bin outside.

Good value for money, spacious apartment. Close to great beaches.

Digital lock with code is generally easy. The property is located in a quiet and safe neighborhood and literally just minutes away from the nearest beach. Nice little breakfast places and coffee shops within walking distance. Free parking in front of the property. Good beds. Good wireless internet.

We could not enter the property immediately upon entering the code that was provided. Not sure what the problem was, but seemed like the lock was not reprogrammed with the code that we were given yet. This was quickly fixed after a call to the main telephone number

Exceptional

We’re really enjoyed staying in Bay Harbor Suites, very clean room, very nice and cozy lounge zone , pool was warm and nice , clean 😊 definitely will come back thank you for having us!

terrible

the manager tried his best to fix all the problems we incurred

firstly i did not get the code in email. had to talk to spanish speaking cleaning people to get manager to get the code . then realized that even though it was confirmed that i absolutely needed graound floor as my daughter had surgery, we had room on second floor walk up. then she came we moved the stuff the next day and a day later she woke up with many many termites all in her room and bed and with dead wings everywhere. i am wating for a refund. oh and the dumpster area was hideous

worst place I ever been! we stayed less than 7 hours but they charged 10 days! They are steeling money

nothing run away

Everything! They are lying to customers. The place as broken Windows broken doors, air conditioning is full of dust. The place was dirty like I never seen. we stayed 6 hours but they charged the 10 days we booked. Until now Booking did not payed back. Run away !
