The property is as described. It’s a great location for a beach vacation and for a large family (14 of us). The pool area and covered porch are the highlights of the property. The management communicates well and is quick to respond & fix any issues. We enjoyed our stay and will recommend to friends and family.

House was exactly as described. Check in/out was super easy and the host was very good with communicating with us if we needed something or had questions. Would absolutely rent this house again. Beautiful home with a lot of space and the kids loved the game room upstairs.

This house was very nice! It was clean and very well stocked. We had a baby with us and everything we needed was provided, pack n play, high chair and more. We enjoyed the pool and short walk to beach.

The house was great! Enough space for all 11 of us with ample different areas for the kids to hang out along with arcade games. The pool and hot tub were used daily. Beach is a quick 7 min walk and never disappoints. Ben was very responsive when we needed him for a minor issue. Will definitely be back! Thanks Ben!

Heated pool enjoyed by all Outdoor shed well supplied with items needed for our 2 trips to the beach; beach chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, pails, wagon(visited Cocoa Beach-10 minutes away, New Smyrna-60 minutes and beach 3 blocks from property) Close trip to Kennedy Space Center, view 2 night launches (one from beach near property the other from Port Canaveral) Many great restaurants…Squid Lips and Florida Seafood Close to fishing and kayaking House spacious… game room enjoyed Would highly recommend Thank you for sharing your property with our family

House had plenty of room for all of us. Pool area was very nice, but could use a couple more lounge chairs. We had a concern and the host Ben was very responsive. Would consider staying again.

There was plenty of room for 8 of us without stepping on toes. Plenty to do. Pool could have been warmer but the hot tub was great. Should have railings for pool and hot tub to make it easier getting in and out

As many others have said, this is an excellent place to stay. The pool / spa was wonderful. The walk to the beach was enjoyable. It is positioned a good area to access many different things across the cape. If you are a space fan, you can sit in the spa and watch rocket launches go across the horizon. We got to see two of the Space X launches light up the night sky!

We had a wonderful stay at THE BEACH HOUSE! The house is clean and comfortable...it accommodated a family of eight with room to spare! We would recommend this house to anyone who wants to experience access to cruises...Disney World....Kennedy Space Center and a wonderful quiet beach! Everyone enjoyed our return to te Space Coast!

The house is incredibly nice! Our family from several states all met and enjoyed a week together. We had 14 sleep there comfortably. The kitchen, living room, and pool are the best features of this home. Kitchen is spacious and plenty of seats for everyone. The pool is so nice and we enjoyed it every day. We were two towels short for everyone having a towel, and there were only 4 rolls of toilet paper for 14 people. It did not bother us to by more paper and I did let the owner know. He said he would address it with housekeeping. With the additional guests fees (for linens and such), we would have expected enough beach towels and bath towels). We also loved how convenient this house is to so many places. We absolutely loved our vacation with family and this was a great house to stay in.

My husband and I celebrated our 40th wedding anniversary by taking our children and grandchildren to Florida. This beach house was awesome. The size was terrific and fit our 8 adults and 6 children perfectly. The pool out back was definitely an added bonus as the kids never got bored and actually wanted to stay longer. The beach is just a short walk away which we enjoyed a couple of days. Disney and Universal are just a short drive and the kids and grandkids spent a day there and my husband and I went to the Kennedy space center, which was just a short drive. As a bonus we also got to see two rockets launch while we were there too. Would definitely recommend this house.

We could not be more pleased with our rental. We had all ages in our family and the pool was a big hit along with being only a short walk to the beach. Having a large and modern kitchen also was huge along with having several separate living areas to hang out.

Very good house for families. The place is as advertised except as noted below. Needs updated ocean toys & cart. Beach Chairs in pretty bad shape. Shed holding toys was very much a mess. We drove most of the time we went to the beach as it is not quite a 1/2 mile. Lights flicker anytime the washer & dryer is on. Same with dishwasher. If instructions were supplied for hot tub and pool we did not see them. Having said all this it is a great place for us!!!

First, the owner Ben was very responsive and courteous. We advised him of a problem with the gas grill and he had another new unit delivered the next morning!! As far as the property, it is well Maintained. It is large enough to accommodate multiple families with an opportunity for families to have some time of their own too. There are three main TV viewing areas, plus TVs in four bedrooms!!! The kids loved the pool and hot tub. The pool is layered making it an ideal swim for those with young children. Also, many options available for your use including a plethora of beach toys and some basic baby supplies as well. The Arcade units were a big hit as well with the kids. Overall, I would highly recommend this property! Thank you Ben!

We had a great time staying at this property. Highlights were the pool- a great ledge for little ones to play. The layout provided enough space for 3 families to be here. One area for improvement would be to add foam pads to the mattress upstairs bedrooms, they were not very comfortable. We walked to the beach- no need to bring your own chairs, toys or wagon, this place already has it. Close to drive to cocoa beach area for dining options. I would stay here again.

The great- pool and hot tub- awesome and warm. Possibly the best pool experience I’ve had! It also has a great shallow spot for little kids. The shed of toys and beach things was exceptional. There is a LOT of space. 7 tvs in all- the upstairs game room and sitting room (with small futon if needed) was nice. I also love when the owner keeps spices and basic cooking elements that others leave behind. There were tons of spices, tea, coffee,foil, and even pancake mix/ syrup. Also soaps and sunscreen. The ok: master bath small but nice- second full bath on first floor. The walk to the beach doesn’t have a sidewalk but is not very busy. Beach parking available. No public bathroom close fyi. The beds are firm but ok. Main tv glitchy. Other- Don’t get me wrong-the place is clean! Some woodwork and tile grout could use a refresh as well as the outdoor dining set cushions. None of this was problematic- just a side note. Extra charge for over 4 (?) ppl 😞 The nitty gritty- for those who stop for groceries before you go- coffee maker doesn’t need filters, no salt and pepper should be needed in the near future. There is a croc pot 💕💕 waffle maker also fun. First floor bedrooms- king, 2 sets of bunks, and 2 twins that could be pushed together. The bunks are regular mattresses not the thin ones. There is also a cozy blanket in the living room - a bonus. The public library is a block away- they have some kids toys and puzzles for a little outing as well a rack of $ books.

Our group of five sixty-somethings plus Mom, 88, was so comfortable here. We loved the layout, pool and hot tub, and Ben is such a kind, responsive host. Nice touches included putting labels on the kitchen cabinets and drawers to make it easy to find bowls or glasses. Also the shack full of beach chairs, umbrellas, floaties and toys. Comfy beds and linens. Would return any time! Tips: no ice maker so bring a bag, and pick up some disposable plates/cups for the pool area.

This home is a 5 bedroom home and 3 bathrooms. We had 8 adults and 3 teens with us. It is the favorite house my family has stayed in. So much room, 3 blocks to the beach! And 1/2 mile to The Rikki Tikki Pier in Cocoa Beach. 20 minutes to Kennedy Space Center. So much to do in the area. We all loved the back yard , heated pool and spa very clean and so nice to have a great place to relax! Ben ( The owner) was great to work with! We hope to be back again sometime!

This house has everything you could need for a getaway! Perfect amount of space for seven of us, we loved the pool and the children were excited about the arcade games and having TVs to watch in each room! No need to bring beach items, because chairs, boogie boards, towels and a cart were all provided for us. The house had everything we needed to cook meals. Within a short drive to restaurants and shopping. Owner responded quickly to any question, and communication was seamless. Definitely would stay here again.

We had plenty of room for our combined families; the kids had fun in the pool and beach nearby. You have to text the host each time you want to make adjustments/ turn the on and off the hot tub. They were very responsive and quick about making adjustments; I just had to keep my phone around, which occasionally brought work notifications into the vacation. I usually try to disconnect more from devices. Everything else was excellent, and was close to many of the attractions.

This home was located in an area where it was close to many local amenities, making it convenient for us to move about. With so much space, we never felt on top of each other. 3 bedrooms, kitchen with breakfast bar and a dining area, living/ family room with an additional dining area downstairs and 2 more large bedrooms, a bath and two additional living/family rooms (one with a balcony) upstairs, you are sure to have have space for everyone. Yard is kept and clean. Pool and hot tub were both clean and in great shape. Host was very accommodating and responsive to our needs and/or questions. We all agreed we would rent this property again, should we be in the same area next year.

We enjoyed our stay at the beachhouse. The home was very comfortable and cool! A/C worked great. The pool was very convenient and the house was located 3 blocks from the beach. The walk took about 10 min but we enjoyed walking versus loading up a car. Although there was ample parking right next to Beach. Ben was great to communicate with and I appreciated his prompt replies and help navigating the rental process. We would stay here again!

If you are searching for the perfect family beach house . Just stop and book this one ! Our family have stay all over Florida both coasts, pan handle and this is the best house we have rented. The lay out of house is perfect, wide open floor plan. The upstairs is like a second house, with a game room TV viewing space and an upper outside patio. Ben was an awesome host, immediate response to any questions, he called the second day of our stay just to check to see if everything was good ! 5 stars for sure !
