Definitiv keine weiter Empfehlung

Ich habe meinen Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel mit gemischten Gefühlen erlebt. Beginnen wir mit den positiven Aspekten: Das Personal ist wirklich freundlich und bemüht sich sehr, den Gästen einen angenehmen Aufenthalt zu ermöglichen. Die Zimmer werden täglich gereinigt, wobei ich allerdings feststellen musste, dass es durchaus bessere (sauberere) Hotels gibt. Für Kinder wird Unterhaltung geboten, was ich persönlich sehr amüsant fand. Auch für Erwachsene gibt es ein Unterhaltungsprogramm, was den Aufenthalt abwechslungsreich gestaltet.

Leider gibt es auch einige Schattenseiten, die meinen Aufenthalt stark beeinträchtigt haben. Besonders beunruhigend war die Tatsache, dass in nahezu jedes Zimmer auf dem 5. Stock, wo sich auch mein Hotelzimmer befand, eingebrochen wurde. Die Sicherheitsvorkehrungen in diesem Hotel sind alles andere als zufriedenstellend. Die Türen zu den Zimmern bieten kaum Schutz, sodass wir unsere Wertsachen gezwungenermaßen im Auto deponieren mussten. Ein weiterer großer Minuspunkt war das Badezimmer. Die Dusche, in der sich auch das WC befand, roch unangenehm stark, was den Aufenthalt dort sehr unkomfortabel machte. Für das gezahlte Geld hätte ich definitiv ein besseres Hotel erwartet. Der Strand war eine weitere Enttäuschung. Die Liegen standen so dicht zusammen, dass man keinerlei Privatsphäre hatte. Zudem war der Strandbereich am Meer extrem steinig, mit großen und kleinen Steinen, was selbst mit Badeschuhen schmerzhaft war. Obwohl das Hotel vor einiger Zeit renoviert wurde, wirken die Stromleitungen veraltet. Es gibt nur wenige Steckdosen in den Zimmern, und selbst diese funktionieren nur eingeschränkt, da die Stromversorgung offenbar aus der Steinzeit stammt. Trotz meiner Schnellladekabel dauerte es ewig, meine Geräte aufzuladen, was mich in meiner negativen Einschätzung bestätigt. Rückblickend hätte ich den negativen Bewertungen im Internet Glauben schenken sollen. Leider habe ich das nicht getan und bereue es nun. Wir konnten unseren Urlaub nur retten, indem wir täglich mit dem Auto nach Konstanza gefahren sind, wo das Meer und der Strand wirklich traumhaft sind. Insgesamt würde ich dieses Hotel nicht weiterempfehlen, vor allem nicht für den Preis, den wir gezahlt haben. Es gibt sicherlich bessere Alternativen in der Region.

Totul a fost conform asteptarilor.Curatenia in camera a fost facuta cu seriozitate de fiecare data.Mancarea variata si foarte gustoasa. Sezlongurile de la piscina au fost suficiente, nu era nevoie de "rezervare", desi inca se practica "rezervarea" sezlongurilor fara sa stea nimeni cateva ore. Avand in vedere ca statiunea nu este mare, nu am iesit din zona hotelului tot sejurul si nu ne-am plictisit deloc, au avut activitati in fiecare zi si seara atat pentru copii cat si pentru adulti.

Pe ansamblu experienta poate fi una pozitiva

Intregul complex este renovat si arata foarte bine, poti petrece cateva zile fara a simti nevoia sa il parasesti. Mancarea, atat la micul dejun cat si la celelalte mese este foarte buna, personalul pare foarte interesat sa te serveasca si sa ajute. Camerele sunt curate, nu exceleaza dar este acceptabil. Zona de "promenada" este ok, poti pierde cateva ore seara la terasele din complex, copiii se pot amuza la spectacolele organizate.

Camerele, desi prezentate ca avand vedere spre mare, au doar vedere in directia marii. Marea se vede fara obstructii doar de la etajele superioare(5-6), in rest ai intre tine si mare toboganele piscinelor pentru copii si hotelașul Egreta ( valabil pentru Panoramic, Amfiteatru are vedere spre mare oarecum neobstructionata, dar este mai departe). Desi la prima vedere hotelul arata bine, renovarea a fost facuta cu materiale de foarte proasta calitate - balamalele usii de la baie ruginite, obiectele sanitare, cabina de dus, etc. par mult mai vechi decat sunt in realitate. Cosmeticele puse la dispozitie de hotel (gelul de dus, sapun) sunt mediocre, dar oricum nu cred ca le foloseste cineva.

Design, facilitati, priveliste, varietatea bufetului, amabilitatea personalului.

Delimitarea clara a zonei copii/adulti. Piscinele de adulti pline de copii nesupravegheati, de asemenea si in restaurant copii care baga mana in mancarea de la bufet. Nimeni nu verifica faptul ca sezlongurile stau “rezervate” o zi intreaga fara a da posibilitatea si celorlalti oaspeti de a se bucura de facilitati.

I had breakfast and lunch. Both very good. Great variety for food and drinks. Clean room. And I had a terrace ( not balcony) with 2 chaise long. The beach is private with free chaise long

Location, exterior, restaurant, food quality and the activities.

Room and bathroom quality: 2-3stars. Swimming pool just for kids: they use adults pools and jump on you, splashing and hitting you!!!

Good breakfast. Very clean. Good for kids. The all inclusive as it is defined by them is not really all inclusive, it's a kind of meal deal - no drinks are included and for the ones included is mostly water and only served during meals.

Overall it was a good experience and the kids had a good time, however in the last day of our stay the receptionist decided to check-in someone next to our room at 07:00 AM even though the official check-in time is in the afternoon. The family that came made a lot of noise, slamming doors and shouting etc.... again, it was 07:00 AM, due to high noise both my kids were woken up in a "not so great" mood... it's always nice when you arrive at the hotel and the room is ready so you can check-in earlier than official time but the receptionist should made the guests aware that they should respect others as well especially very early in the morning or late at night, this is a family type of hotel / resort not an "adults only"...

Very good

The hotel has very good view and multiple facilities such as large private beach, 4 pools and several terraces. Also they have each night entertainment events. I was surprised to find out that in half board was included also all the drinks (juice, water, coffee, alcohol)

Small room - it was the smallest twin room that I booked ever. Bathroom was very small. The food was good but was quite the same each day.

Many positive things on our stay but hotel still need to improve.

Location and food are excellent. The overall restoration work of the hotel is awesome, I have enjoyed being there.

Cleaning of the bathroom was disappointing. Booking was done on Phoenicia Blue View, however the hotel is still organised in 3 different building sections, each of them with different front-desk for check-in. So on our arrival we didn't knew on what section to check-in and after waiting in line at Panoramic we were redirected to Amfiteatru and had to queue again.

Superb

Nice refurbished hotel, superb view and the breakfast and lunch options and the food quality were simply put... excellent.

The general cleanness of the restaurant (Belvedere restaurant) could be highly improved. Especially for the tables (outside ones) as each time the tables were greasy. Also, the dishes and the cutlery were most of the times quite greasy.
