About this house rental
This three-storey, semi-detached holiday home has four bedrooms including two ground-floor king-size, one with an en-suite and one with a balcony, along with a twin, a second-floor children’s bunk, a bathroom, a first-floor kitchen/diner, and a second-floor sitting room. Appliances include an electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine and dishwasher, and for entertainment there is a Sky Glass TV and WiFi. Outside, there is a rear courtyard with furniture and roadside parking on a first-come, first-served basis. Sorry, pets and smoking are not allowed, however fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the rent. You can find a shop and pub in 0.1 mile and a beach in 1.1 miles. Please note that the washing machine is in the ground-floor en-suite, the courtyard is accessed via this bedroom also. Due to the balcony on the first floor, children must be supervised at all times. 22 Above Town is a fantastic holiday home for a family break to Devon.

Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Rear courtyard with furniture. One well behaved small/medium sized dog accepted at a charge of £25.00. Sorry no smoking. Shop and pub 0.1 mile, beach 1.1 miles. Note: The washing machine is in the ground-floor en-suite. Note: The courtyard is accessed through the ground-floor king-size bedroom. Note: Children must not be left unattended on the front terrace area. Note: there is no parking or parking permit provided with this property.
Region: Devon, with its quiet country lanes, patchwork of lush green fields and sleepy villages is not to be missed. Stately home lovers will be spoiled and why not finish with a scrumptious Devonshire cream tea?
Town: Dartmouth is in South Devon's South Hams, on the River Dart estuary. Dartmouth is one of Devon's most popular tourist sites, located in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty along the coast. It has a beautiful waterfront, tiny streets lined with boutique shops, restaurants, and art galleries, and many local events such as the Dart Music Festival and the Port of Dartmouth Royal Regatta. Dartmouth is home to the South West Coast Path, the Dart Valley Trail, and numerous calm country lanes. The Dartmouth Steam Railway to Paignton and a boat ride to Kingswear and Brixham are must-dos.
