From cookware to bakeware to spices and olive oil, you'll have all you need to prepare a gourmet four-course meal or fun cookout on the brand-new propane grill. The 1900 square foot second-story deck with beautiful views makes it feel like you are lounging in a tree house.. A lower terrace is the perfect get-away spot for a moment of peace or a morning coffee. There's also a fire table in the private backyard for s'mores!

Based on North Carolina Laws, a signed rental agreement and photo ID are required to confirm booking.

Security cameras are located outside of the home covering the driveway, front deck and backyard.

There is a gravel mountain road for the last mile leading up to the house, however, it is well-maintained and any size/type of car should be fine.

One of the beautiful things about the NC mountains is the wildlife. Don't be alarmed! While they tend to avoid people, it's important that you do not try feed them. All food and the grill must be put away or properly stored after use.
